I had to replace a dead battery in my truck so I took an Uber to the store. When I walked in I was greeted right away. The lady who works there (wish I could remember her name, sorry) was soooo helpful. After finding the right battery, she even offered to loan me her tool bucket to help change the battery. I decided to buy what I needed. Got a ride back, got the battery changed, and it worked perfectly. Thanks to the team who was there on Saturday the 21st of October. Caleb, much thanks to you.

They always come through, I am very disabled and they always help me with what ever i need to get products I have good and bad days they help quickly and no condemnation for my disability. In the rare times when I get a wrong part they come with the right part fast. All these guys are great but Ben is stellar.

Went to a different auto parts place in the area because it was closer. They could not help me even with the part that I needed to have replaced in hand. Decided to try NAPA. As soon as I showed the gentleman behind the counter the part I needed he said, "I know exactly what you need." What a relief! I have always had very good experiences with different NAPA stores. Definitely worth a short drive out of the way if needed.

This Napa location has excellent customer service and plenty of automotive items and accessories.We ordered our parts and picked them up at the store.Free parking.Close to town, Walmart and a mall.

Was broke down and got a starter installed it was no good brought it back. Got another one installed it. Tried to get some kind of compensation. Theemployees were rude and not wanting to help won't go there again

The counter people are always very helpful. They go out of their way to try to find the part you need if they don't have it.

They are so nice people that work in there plus if go to another auto store sometimes they have it but sometimes they don't they you to Napa auto parts
