By far my most enjoyable and easy car buying experience. I wanted a newer car with certain options and left in exactly what made me happy. If you need a car stop in for sure, odds are they will get you approved and in a vehicle! Definitely will look here if and when I need another car.

Hands down the best dealer around! I've always worried about if a dealer just wants a sale or is his integrity bigger. Gibbys proved today they are nothing but honest people. I don't believe I'd ever buy from anywhere else. Trustworthy, honest and some of the most humble people. Thank you for caring about your people!!

It was hard for me to let go of my dad s truck and trade it in for another truck. However, Noah and his dad were the absolute best. They were so nice and helpful and made this truck buying process so very simple and gave me top dollar for my trade in. Definitely recommend

I seriously can't recommend Gibby's enough! They made the car buying experience extremely easy. I told Noah what car I wanted, he worked out trade-in and financing and got me in my dream car same day. Seriously, if you've been told no by other dealers, go talk to the guys at Gibby's! I'll absolutely be back the next time I need a car!

I have always dreaded buying a car and spending hours in a dealership trying to get a deal together. My experience with Gibbys was exceptional. Eric and Noah were honest, professional and understanding of what I was looking for and what I needed. From first contact to driving off the lot in a new vehicle, was about 24 hours. Eric gave me great advice and listened to my concerns. Gibbys has changed my mind that all car dealerships and car sales people are dishonest and shady. I will NEVER buy a car from another dealership again. They made me a customer for life. Thank you so much!!!

I am fairly new at purchasing a vehicle on my own. Each time I have had to get a vehicle i've always had to go through. A circus of hoops just to be told NO. Well a friend of mine recommended me to try Gibbys. I was scared at first, but she insisted I'd try them. I am so glad I did. If you are in need of a vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to Sevierville, TN and checking out Gibby's!!!!! (Please don't judge the photo. I was still speechless and I didn't have time to prep for a photo. Lol)

Last night at work, my only reliable vehicle broke down. I was stressed to the max & not sure what we were going to do. We woke up early this morning & googled buy here pay here lots near us, & Gibby s was one of the first to pop up. I read reviews upon reviews about them & decided this is where I wanted to take my business. We had no money to take with us & so we were just browsing, seeing what we could find & what the process would consist of. Noah told us to fill out the application & then bring him everything he needed & then we could talk numbers. I literally went to a car lot today just browsing & never expected to drive off in a new-to-me car. It took a few hours & a little bit of running around but he made sure we were taken care of. We drove off the lot in a 2015 Kia Sportage. I couldn t be more pleased with him, his business & how great he was to us!!I highly recommend that you take your business to them. Noah was absolutely amazing & my boyfriend & I appreciate everything he did for us. I was literally at a loss with what to do about having a reliable vehicle. He told us he would make it happen & he absolutely did!!THANK YOU NOAH GIBBY!!!!

I d recommend to anyone! I explained to Noah I had a certain amount for a down payment along with a few other difficulties on my end. He told me he should be able to work with me. I was approved and drove off the lot within an hour and a half. The car I took home only has 60,000 miles and is a 2020. I m surprised they got me approved and in a vehicle. I m so grateful for their help! when I want another vehicle I will go back to Gibbys.

I was looking to get a new vehicle when mine decided to die on me. I visited the owner of Gibby's. Let me tell you. I filled out my finance application online a couple of days ago and came in to test drive the Kia Sedona today. After the test drive he asked if we are dying to take it home and I said if I can be approved on the financing. He said how's approved sound. I signed all the required paperwork and was out of there in about 30 minutes. Thank you Gibby's for a fast and friendly transaction

I have known Eric all my life, any time Ive ever needed a quality car, he has what we needed. We bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler last night from Eric and Paul and we LOVE it, Paul done a wonderful job and even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. It was a great experience and we re very happy we went there to do our car shopping!! Thanks Eric, Paul and Noah!!

I had a very good experience with purchasing a vehicle from Gabbys. The application process was easy and I was able to turn in most of my documents online. Overall I would recommend this business to anybody that is in the market for a new car.

Eric Gibby is the absolute best. He helped us trade in our old car and even worked with us on paying the deposit. We are so in love with our new Mazda 3. We will definitely be coming back for car number 2 as soon as we can.

Noah was extremely helpful, and the whole family at Gibby's is extremely helpful and got an amazing deal could not recommend enough. It took me an hour to test drive and sign papers so speed of service is on point. Only thing that could make it better is maybe a detail on the cars but i dont mind the cleaning. Again thank you Noah.

Amazing family run business. They answered all my questions regarding my choice of our vehicle. We purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson,low low mileage. Perfect condition. We are extremely happy with the service, kindness as well as the quality of the inventory we had a choice of in purchasing. The financing took an hour and my wife was on her way home. I comment on service with companies we conduct buisness with and this is the first dealership that I can honestly say has the best of quality in service and inventory. Thanks guy's.
