Black Widow has been great to deal with. I was wanting to rebuild my own motor when I called them to fix my truck just thinking I was gonna have them fix it. But he worked with me on pulling the cab and engine so I could rebuild it and bring it back. He let my truck sit there until it I could get everything done how I wanted. Now I'm just waiting for them to drop the engine in, so I can finally use my truck after it's sat awhile.

Was traveling from Louisiana to Gatlinburg and about 200 miles out def system started acting up and limited my speed to 55. I waited till Tuesday when they opened and given them a call. Told me to come and it was history from there. Thank you for getting me out of a pickle. Definitely recommend them!

I just wanted to give Matt and the guys at Black Widow Diesel Shop a 5 star review!! I took my 2006 F250 to have it restudded. Matt did a wonderful job of keeping me updated on the job and all the terrible things they found that the last mechanic had done to the truck wrong. The crew is very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. My truck was done in a timely manner especially with finding all the extra issues my truck had that they had to fix. Black Widow Diesel Shop definitely cares about their customers and how the vehicles leave the shop, Matt even text me days later to ask how the truck was doing or if I had any issues just to check in, which really shows that he cares about his customers. I will be recommending them to everyone with a diesel! You know when you take your vehicle to Matt it s coming back done correctly! Great quality, price, and customer service! Thanks again!

Took my truck to them about two years ago and had some work done it, got it back and was greatly pleased with how it ran.Can t thank Matt enough for increasing fuel mileage from less than two hundred and fifty miles per tank to around 500 miles per tank, great job and well done.Only place to go if quality work is what you need. Also, it s the only place I will take my truck when other than routine work can t be done by myself.

Was leaving on vacation Saturday and my check engine light came on Friday morning in my Dodge 2500 . I called around noon ( on a Friday mind you ) and they said bring it in to run a diagnostic . Got there around one or so and the diagnostic showed an issue with the DEF system . They stopped what they were doing and fixed my truck so I could still go on vacation . We weren t sure if I continued driving if it would go into limp mode or not so they did the repair on a FRIDAY afternoon !!!!!! I ve never had customer service like that before . They were great at explaining and actually took the time to help me out . I ll definitely use these guys for any repairs or maintenance in the future . Phenomenal job !!

We were visiting from Louisiana and had truck trouble, didn't know what we were going to do until Black Widow Diesel pulled us out of a problem! Call them! They are a God send! A+

Matt always takes care of my F-350 6.0 4x4 I never have worry about what they are doing. Vary thorough and always keeps you up to date on what ever they find. Even if it's just a check up before a trip. Just a great shop. And people just great No the best in this area. No one else will ever work on my truck.

Was on vacation had an alternator go out on my F250. Called black widow they said they could get it the next day. They helped with rollback service saiid they would look at it the same day of the call if I could get it to their shop. Much to my amazement they called the same day and said it was ready. Price was less than I expected. Great guys quality work.If you need diesel work done in this area and don t give them a call you have made a big mistake.Thanks guys!

Very helpful. Had mechanical issues while traveling called every diesel shop on Google within 200 mile of me. These guys were the only one that offered to get me the parts I needed overnight. Lucky for me they were located about half hour from my destination.Will definitely call next time I need something

Matt is the most knowledgeable diesel guy I know of. They do a wonderful job, very thorough and good about explaining what the problem is and what they are doing to fix it. We have several trucks in our company and they do all of our work.

We had an issue coming to the area which required roadside repair. When we got to our destination I called around on Monday to the local Chevy dealership. Was told their earliest possible time to look at it would be at least 2 weeks out. Since I was pretty sure the part I needed for more permanent repair I asked to be transferred to parts and would fix myself. Unfortunately Chevy s parts info suggests replacing pipe as well as the boot/fitting for the turbo which is insane! The parts guy was good enough to suggest calling Black Widow and really glad he did! When I called they understood exactly what happened and were pretty sure they had the boot I needed. Got there and they checked out the truck and made the repair right away for a VERY fair price. Would suggest giving this shop a shot at your repair as they seem really good! Thx much guys for helping us out!!

Hands down the best customer service I've found in a diesel shop! We were in a big pickle... headed down from Michigan with our newborn and toddler, no sooner did we hit Indiana and our clutch started to go. We made it to our vacation cabin and I started my search for a diesel mechanic. I messaged on a Sunday morning and had a reply in minutes! These guys got us taken care of so we can safely head home and I could not be more grateful for them

I can t thank this shop enough. While camping I started having Turbo issues out of my duramax. I worried all weekend but my worries we re put to ease on a Monday morning when Matt stopped what he was doing and diagnosed and provided the part to fix my truck. It s hard to find an honest shop that will go out of its way to help someone, but Black Widow Diesel is definitely one of those shops. Thanks Matt!!!

I just want to rave about how nice and great Matt and his guys were to us. We were on Spring break vacation, leaving Gatlinburg heading towards Chattanooga for the last few days of our trip when our dodge diesel s dpf wouldn t rengenerate on it own nor could we force it to regenerate. We stopped by Smokies garage to get them to read the code as to why the check engine light was on, thinking that might be why we couldn t force the regen. The code said the dpf was full of ash. They were booked and not able to help us and gave us Black Widow Diesel Performance number. We called and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what it would take to get us back on the road and said he would work us in and get us back on the road the next day of we could get our truck to him. We chanced it and drove the 10 miles to them, and was blessed it didn t go into limp mode on the way there. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for us, by fixing our truck and getting us back on the road the next morning. I would recommend them to anyone that asks. And if I lived in the area would use again. We were in a bind and at his service and he was helpful and didn t take advantage of us. Such great service.

I limped into town towing my travel trailer having issues with my F250 Powerstroke. Took it to the dealership the next morning and they told me it couldn t be looked at for three days, the day when I was supposed to be going back home two states away. They gave me Matt s number and he had me running better than ever the next morning. Fast, friendly service and very knowledgeable. I couldn t be more appreciative to get me back on the road that fast.

Top notch service. I was on vacation from Louisiana when my truck service light came on. DEF issues. Matt was very knowledgeable and was able to get my truck repaired the next morning. Fair prices and quality work! Highly recommend these guys.

My truck wouldnt start 4th of July weekend. They were booked solid and going on vacation. But they still gave me some pointers and answered my questions that i was able to fix it myself. Can't say enough about these guys. I will take my vehicles to these guys any time we are down here.It takes a very kind person to help someone from out of town like me even when he was gearing up to go on vacation himself.

I had my truck served at the dealer in Missouri before driving down here and thought the issue was resolved. Made it all the way down to Pigeon Forge and the DEF limp timer started again so I was basically stranded. One call to Black Widow Diesel on a Monday morning and he had me back on the road by Tuesday at 11. In less than 24 hours he had my truck running better than factory. So grateful this shop was around because no one in the area would have had me taken care of this quickly.

I have ran duramax trucks for the 20 years. 6 total trucks. It has been hard to find someone I can trust.Black Widow has helped me out of a bind on multiple occasions. His work is by far the most precise I have experienced. He communicate quickly and accurately. He helps me understand what needs to be done.Even though I live hours away I still keep in contact and by parts through him. Anything major that needs to be done I will drive or ship my truck to him.Thank You Matt!!

While camping in Pigeon Forge my Chevrolet 2500 HD just shut off and would not restart.I called Black Widow. They said they did not have a way to come to the campground, but they talked me through how to start it. It started!!!!! I carried to them and they fixed over night. They really helped me out and took a lot of stress off of me. The price was actually less than I expected.Thanks for your quality of work, and not taking advantage of the opportunity to charge an outrageous rate.Bobby

If you have a diesel that you'd like to optimize, quit searching, this is the place to go. Matt is fantastic at what he does and can't be beat bar none. We have been repeat customers for years. Black Widow is where it's at to get the best performance from your truck.

Was on vacation of course truck decided to leak coolant while I was getting fuel, I Couldn t find where it was coming from. Called around no one could get to it! Matt told me he possibly could help me out I drove it to him 5 miles down the road and he jumped right on it and found out it was the radiator no one had one local so he jumped through hoops till he found one! He said if I left it he could have it done by 5 he called me at 3:30 and said it was done. Highly recommend Matt and his team! Appreciate you guys for getting my family and me back in the road ASAP!

If I could, I would put 0 stars!!! My car broke down across the highway from Black Widow Diesel Shop in Sevierville. So I walked over and I saw three employees in the parking lot, I explained to them my car is broke down on the highway right over there and If I could use a phone to call a tow truck company. They all look at each other and all three say No they don t have a phone. Not even a business phone I asked. So I walked to another employee that was working on a truck and he was wearing earbuds so I m assuming he might have a cell phone. He said no. Wth . I m very disappointed about how they treat a woman that s alone and broke down on the road just asking to use a phone. I wonder how they would react if their wife or daughter was in my position, and was rudely turned away, with no other choice but to start walking.

A+++++++++++++++Highly recommend.Turbo went up on my 2000 F-250 just east of Knoxville on my way back to MD. Left my truck with Matt. Communication was great, work was solid, price was good. Black Widow Diesel is a shop you can trust.
