Went to this location by chance. Truck popped the belt and this was the closest place. Was lucky enough to get Mr. Anderson as my associate, he looked up my belt and gave it to me. I went to go put it on and they lent me the tools, it's been a while since I have done this. There was no diagram or picture of how the belt was to be installed, I tried the belt and it didn't fit. For about 20 mins, Mr. Anderson kept his cool, patience and his professionalism and we tried almost every belt in the store. I called another store just to verify and they gave me the part number of the very first belt I was given. I youtube'd the belt and I was installing it improperly, I asked for the belt again and properly installed it. I know I would have tried to be as patient as the store representatives, but don't think that I would have succeeded. Kudos to Mr. Anderson, thank you again for your patience!

I was recently on vacation from Ohio and on a Saturday night I started having an issue with my Ford Explorer, to make matters worse I had my 80 year old wheelchair-bound mother with me so I was in high panic mode. Advance Auto Parts was the closest business to our hotel so I went first thing Sunday morning, a manager named Larry opened the door about two minutes before opening and motion me in and asked how he could help me, I told him the situation he immediately hooked my car up to a handheld computer give me the diagnosis and told me to take a picture of it so I had a reference, he then gave me detailed guidance of what I needed to do and the questions to ask once I got back to Ohio. Larry went above and beyond to ensure my peace of mind of getting my mother back to Ohio, his high level of customer, service and representation of Advance Auto Parts is outstanding!

The staff was very kind, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this location after my experience today.I went to have my battery checked thinking I needed a new one, but their diagnostic test said my battery was completely fine. They suggested it must be a problem with my alternator or starter, and then were unable to jumpstart my car again despite the fact I had jumped it half an hour before to get there in the first place. They did spend at least ten minutes trying different things to get it jumpstarted, which I appreciate, but were unable to. My husband had to miss work to come get me and my infant daughter and we paid to have it towed to the mechanic, only to be told by the mechanic that the only thing wrong with my car was that the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. The mechanic then jumpstarted my car easily on the first try.I understand that sometimes mistakes are made, but this really derailed our entire Friday. We wasted five hours of our day on this, paid an unnecessary tow bill, and my husband missed work - when all I needed was a simple battery replacement. We ended up going to the AutoZone down the street for a new battery and now my car is working fine.

3-15-23I normally don't do this but I was stopping by @2137 I didn't look at the site due to picking up my daughter and my radiator fan stopping so advance is my normal go to the ligh4s were still on ans vehicles were in the lot and I seen two people by their vehicles that looked like employees so I asked yall open or closed they said we are closed so my response was ok just checking and I proceeded to turn around to leave the one employee that drives a mid 2000s Ford f150 hollered in a aggressive tone closed so with that you have lost a customer of 9 years and autozone was mor2 then happy to help me

Came in tonight and Michael was so helpful and nice. He helped me find everything I needed, plus showed me a few items on clearance that I had to have for stocking stuffers. I wished all the local advance employees could be so nice and helpful as he was.

Super nice people work there at Advance Auto. I needed a new set of windshield wiper blades so I always go there. They are the only ones that have been able to replace my back glass wiper blade. I was told by other places that I had to get them replaced at the dealership. So glad I went to Advance Auto, because they were able to do it with no problem. And they don't charge to install the new blades. They will always be my first choice!

Staff here very helpful for someone shopping for her male spouse! Compared products and what would be the best fit. Didn't push more expensive items, honest. Very attentive, listened well.

The store was clean & had everything you could possibly need for your vehicle. The employees, there were 2 there but the guy was very helpful & friendly.The "Customer Bathroom" was very nasty!! It hadn't been cleaned for some time it was so awful!!

Long story short, we were 700 miles from home and needed a drive belt just happened to walk in this location after trying several other auto repair shops and parts stores with zero help. Then came Rebecca she was so extremely helpful and friendly and recommended a mechanic for us to try. In less than an hour we had the belt we needed and had it put on thanks to Rebecca. Great job Rebecca!!!

Customer Service was over the top on Chapman Hwy. Mrs. Casey looked up what I needed, I chose what I could afford & she & her co-worker put my wiper blades on for me. Was very friendly & a great help & I appreciate such service as this.

This is my third experience with Jade at this store and she goes above and beyond each time. I can not say how grateful I am that she helps me. She is a big asset to your company. Would follow her whenever she goes when I need help with service on my car!

Michael at the main st store in Sevierville was more than an outstanding employee, he was an outstanding human being. We are 650 miles from home and our alternator went out during a heat wave. We made it to his store before our car died. I had my wife and 2 small kids with me and, being Sunday, no idea what my next step was. He recommended repair facilities, when they didn't have the alternator in stock, he went and got it from the other store in town for me. They let me and my kids hang out in the a/c while waiting for the tow. I really cannot believe how fantastic this gentleman was. Michael is a credit to advanced auto parts, Tennessee hospitality and humanity as a whole. Really blessed to have met him. Thank you Michael!

Stranded there with car trouble from out of state this store was the ONLY one around to carry the alternator we needed or wait a day, which would have cost more. Mobile mechanic Ober from the Google ad was instrumental in helping us, while this particular Advanced Auto came in to save the day. Thank you!

I asked them to check my alternator because my light was on, they never checked it they checked the battery and claimed it was a faulty battery (I just bought it from Walmart the same day). So I thought okay that does happen, I went and bought a new battery from them, 268 was my total. Installed it and the light was still on. I told them, they were like it s the alternator. They refused to exchange the battery or give me money back for it because it was installed even though they are the ones who told me I needed a new battery. The vehicle never even moved or left the parking lot after installing it and they refused to give me my 268 dollars worth of battery that they lied about. Trying to contact further, I hope I get somewhere since I need that to buy an alternator.

I pulled in after noticing my brakes felt funny. Melody came out and immediately noticed the problem (they were visibly stuck). I called a remote mechanic who promised he'd be there in an hour - FOUR HOURS LATER, he called to say he couldn't make it. During that time - even though I wasn't a customer - Tony, Mike, and Jade could NOT have been nicer to me (Melody had gone home!). I eventually had to get my car towed, but I am so grateful for their kindness during a very stressful.time. The next time I need anything auto-related, THIS is where I'm going!!

Okay Jade at the one on Main Street in Sevierville is amazing absolutely incredibly amazing I cannot even say enough how amazing she is! Her knowledge is incredible and hers customer service is out the roof! She and Richard wer absolutely perfect. I have never in my 58 years of life been treated with so much respect and concern in my entire life! They both went above and beyond to try to help me with my problem! Jade absolutely blew me away! I was blessed to be there during her shift because she just jumped right in and took charge and knew what the problem was and fixed it for me! If every Advance Auto had a customer service rep like Jade it would run everyone else out of business because they would be going straight to her I will never darken the door steps on any place other than Advance Auto as long as Jade and Richard are there!! Anyone near as good would be amazing to me when I tell you I was blown away by Miss Jade I am not exaggerating! Actually I will find out if she's there or not before I go down I trust her with 100% of my car needs! After she worked with me I brought my son-in-law down and we both had purchased new batteries but we still having a little trouble and she jumped in on my son-in-law's knew exactly what the problem was and corrected it! You people in Sevier County if you need any help with your car parts I'm not kidding go see Jade and Richard Jade Jade Jade a thousand times over you will not regret it I can promise you that! And I would never make a promise that I absolutely don't believe in I promise you she's brilliant!

Rhonda was great!! Thank you again!! Parts worked that morning. Only hour to change both radiator and alternator in parking lot. His truck is good as new. Father-in-law got to enjoy our last 2days of vacation with my boys.I use advance alot at home thru my work on commercial side, back in Kannapolis NC. This place was great and had everything I needed at 8am on a Saturday morning!! Rhonda was able to work with my guy Chris at my home store thru my commercial account!!Saved money/time had it all! Radiator and alternator! Thanks again! Highly recommended!!

So...3 cars are sitting out fro. 15 minutes before "open time" guy comes to door to tell us that. He goes back inside. Then then when he opened, he had a mask on, but said he was not allowed to put a scanner on a car. We were stranded in TN from Florida....YET...YOU WERE ALLOWED TO BORROW A WRENCH, AND SHOP FREELY WITHOUT A MASK. DUMBEST THING EVER
