Beware. They don't accept returns for unopened or unused parts anymore.Purchased a climate control part to fix a bad heater at 12pm. Ended up figuring out the problem and didn't even open the box. Went to return at 240pm and they said no.I'm not sure if it's this particular store or what but these companies are getting super greedy when you won't take back a part that hasn't been touched.If they had said up front you can't return this item then I'd be ok with it but I've never not been able to return a part that's unused.Stick with O'Reilly ! I feel bad that I've been shopping at this store. It won't happen again.

Had the worst experience with this location. Purchased a temperature sensor in which mechanic said they no longer needed because they had fixed my issue without having to use new item, upon trying to return after an hour to store they're going to le me know that store won't do a refund on the item at all..

We use this store as our landmark to turn and head back home but yesterday I went inside to buy some gasket sealer/maker goo.The guy that was working was kind and knowledgeable. He is also the reason that I now know that the sun sphere in Knoxville not only has a floor for tours.. it also has a restaurant on a higher floor.

I was on vacation from Michigan and I had a wheel hub go out on the car. The gentleman s name that helped me was Zack he was very knowledgeable and respectful with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place. Not to mention I had to change the hub out in their parking lot and they didn t have a problem with it. They even allowed me to wash my hands afterwards. Thank you again Zack.

I have never had any problems with advance until now. I purchased an electrical piece for my car and didn't need it so I tried to return it,and they refused. I am now out of $90 because they won't take it back regardless of the fact that the part hasn't even been removed from the packaging. Their policies are not stated upfront or on the receipts, and at the time of purchase I was assured that it was returnable as long as it had not been installed and that I had the original receipt. I am very upset that I can't get my money back on such an expensive part that is not even needed at all.

They have some great employees but prices are outrageous no only good deal is the wipers warranty, great deal been paying only 6.oo dollars for my wipers!

Visited when our Buick got a crack in the coolant reservoir halfway through our Tennessee vacation, being 6 hours north of our house in Washington County Ga it was great to have employees here that were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I had to do the replacement in the parking lot. Thankfully it was only 102�

Would give 1000 stars if possible Lydia and Elliot went far above and beyond to get us back on the road while on vacation. Both were both professional and dedicated to serving us as customers. As a customer that shops back and forth from advanced auto zone, auto zone and O'Reillys. I am now strictly switching to advanced auto parts from here on out solely based on the actions of these 2 associates. I can not praise them enough. Thank you two so much

First, ignore both their website and Google as to their closing time. They close at 9:00, no matter what the website says. This is true even if you, as I did, order parts at 9:00 to be ready in 30 minutes, and pay for them on their website.Don't expect the employees still on site to care at all either.It's not that hard to fix the time.It shows either deliberate malevolence or complete disregard for their customers.

I am a 66 year old woman who knows just enough to drive a car & put gas in it. This past Tuesday my car was making noise & stopping unexpectedly. I came in to Advance Auto Parts & an employee, a wonderful young man named Eric Coats, came out & checked my oil for me. There wasn t even enough oil to put a drop on the dip stick. He helped me find the type of oil I needed & then talked me through poring the oil in. The employees are not allowed to do the work themselves for legal purposes, but it was an easy job for him to talk me through & he stood there to make sure I was doing it correctly. My car has run like a top since.It had been 2 years since my last oil change & a couple of days later, on his day off, he then helped me change my oil. I have only lived here for 2 years & do not know businesses around here & I always worry about being taken advantage of because I am a woman. The biggest compliment I can give Eric is that he treated me with respect & kindness, just as I would expect one of my sons to treat me.I hope Eric Coats rises up in the ranks with Advance Auto Parts as high as he wants to go and gets raises every time they are available to him. The company is lucky to have him.

I work with the most knowledgeable people at the Fork's of the River store. We care about getting you what you need or want in a timely manner. I like to see people return and tell me how their job/project went or is going.

Do not buy electronic parts in this place, I repeat DO NOT BUY ELECTRONIC PARTS especially sensors, they do not work and do not accept returns, I spent $140 in defective sensors, my dealership replaced them with oem parts and problem solved, i brought proof from the dealer and the staff didn't even bothered to take a look of it . I will never buy anything here again.

Eric went above and beyond for us. We came in 30 minutes before close needing a new battery before we headed out for our two week road trip out west. He changed our battery and explained what all we should keep an eye out for. I always have a great experience everytime I come to Advanced Auto Parts!

I visited this location last week. I typically go to a location closer to my house but this was convenient. "Will" was so very helpful! He was professional and really went the extra mile to find my brake pads and answer my questions with patience. Thanks for a great experience!

Really had a good experience here. My battery died around severiville outlets and managed to get jumped off in order to get to an auto parts store. I opted for Advance Auto Parts. The lady who helped me was very nice. She was able to answer all my questions - so that we could agree on the best battery to purchase. I highly recommend this place.

Commercial accounts department is a joke I chose this place for convenience and ease of use to open a commercial account through my work twice now I have turned in tax exempt form and it's still not logged in the computer which means two different people told me they would do their job properly and did not I guess I'll have to go somewhere else find a company that can hire competent employees

Visited today looking for a K&N filter for my motorcycle. Was helped by Ronda who found the filter quickly and had it ordered in no time at all. She also worked some computer magic and got me a fantastic price. Thanks Ronda for making that extra effort to make sure I got the best price possible. Great Job!

The "old man" Gene, is a walking Haynes Manual Straight up! I always look forward to coming into this store for his expertise and vast array of knowledge. The store has nothing but helpful and knowledgeable workers, but Gene; they need more like him. However I haven't seen Gene is a few days and miss seeing him there. Guys like him are hard to find working at a counter.

My boyfriend and I came in from Chicago and the engine belt on my explorer snapped. We got the part and the tool with help from Wilfred. Now, my boyfriend is pretty good with cars, but when I have to help him it s pretty much setting him up for failure. As I was holding the tool for him to get the belt on, he kept asking if I could move it more, creating less tension. I couldn t. I m weak. Then what do you know, as my hand is giving out Wilfred comes out, asks if he could help, and took the tool for me. Pushed it down waaaayyyy further than I could and in the end helped us fix the problem so much quicker. Even better, he s probably one of the nicest people I ve had the pleasure of having an encounter with. Thank you Wilfred! You made our evening so much better.

Im being generous giving two stars. I asked for gasket sealer,trans fluid and a gasket.the stoner looking kid at the register just stared through me as if he were in a daze.could not answer any questions I had. I stood at the check out trying to buy a funnel for twenty minutes.finally just walked out because I got tired of waiting and drove to dollar General and bought a funnel and the same transmission fluid at a third of their price and it took me less than five minutes. I don't see how the place stays open. I've used advance forever and this visit was a huge disappointment.

Don t talk to Lidia she might take all her pent up stress and blow up on you because she s a manager and thinks she s right about everything. I d go to to the junkyard just to look at rust before I came back here to do business.

Got sold the wrong part (it doesn t fit, it s suppose to be a direct fit), treated like I was lying about the whole situation. (John), at this store treated me like I was lying or like I had done swapped a part, or something, the part has a limited lifetime warranty, At no point when I bought it was I told that a ignition coil isn t returnable. I even asked at the other store.As well, as I bought the part 30 minutes from home, drove home, tried it on, didn t fit. Too small. I ve had the part for less than an hour.There s no way to secure it, at all. Now I m stuck with a part that won t fit on my car, and to add insult to injury, was treated with rude, condescending attitude, and treated like i was lying.

Staff was a little short handed but they were trying. Plus store seemed to actually have what I needed IN STOCK which seems to be a rarity these days

Danny went way beyond to help me with a problem I was having with my brakes. The parts I had bought from them called for the same make and model off my car, but wouldn't line up. He worked on it until he figured the problem out. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me.

It was an hour before closing when we went in had great customer service, battery check, change, and installation. Our attendant was super friendly and got us in and out.
