My Isuzu roll back car hauler stalled on 40 in Crossville. Called Young's and they immediately dispatched their big hauler. They estimated 1.5 hours but got to me in a little under an hour in rush hour. Very professional guys and they knew what they were doing. Loaded my truck, disconnected my driveshaft and dropped me off at truck shop down the road.Service: Special vehicle towing

Needed transport from home to collision shop. (6.5 miles) Driver arrived and loaded car within 10 minutes. Drove to body shop and unloaded. Charged $500. Driver said it was because it was insurance claim and that's the way it is. Body shop was even shocked. Big rip off.

Woke up to a flat tire this morning. Called Onstar and they sent Donathon to fix my flat. I cannot express how much of a perfect gentleman he is and got my tire fixed quickly. He even shared the information about my full size spare I had on my Equinox letting me know it will fit my new car. Fantastic company and worker. Will call them for all my needs.

Young s Towing will always be our first choice! They serve their customers with excellence! When my wife and I got stranded due to an unexpected vehicle breakdown, I called Jay and he had someone to come to the rescue right away! He made a very stressful situation so much better! The driver even made sure we had all the resources available to get back home! I am forever grateful!

Young`s towing was great. We had a situation on 70N at Plateau rd. Two different folks stopped to see if they could help. After seeing what we had they both recommended Young`s. We called and they sent Don out. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped get us through the stressful situation and got us to where we needed to be. Awesome folks!Service: Car towing

Don was very quick to pick us up. He had the car loaded and us back to Knoxville in no time. We were very comfortable with him and were able to relate with him.This is the quickest I've had my car picked up and dropped in all my towing experiences.Good company. Better employees.Service: Car towing

Excellent towing company. I was stranded on the side of I-40 on a rainy cold December evening when my Jeep started making grinding noises. My tow truck driver was fast, prompt, efficient and polite. He waited in traffic to get to me, got out in the rain to load up my Jeep while I waited warm in his truck, brought me to the dealership and then took me to a place where I could wait for my ride. He even gave me directions on how to get around the mess of traffic that was piling up on the highway.Hope to never need them again, but will for sure use them if I do.Service: Car towing

Our alternator went out at exit 311 on the way to NC for Thanksgiving.I called 3 or 4 tow companies that did not have anyone to dispatch to get us back to Cookeville so we could get our Pilot to the Honda dealership.Jimmy dispatched Don and he was there within 30 minutes and got us towed back to the dealership and even dropped us off at the Hampton Inn to stay the night. Don went above and beyond for a family stranded and we will never forget it. Thank You!!Service: Car towing

Young's towing was extremely professional and helpful. Helped tow my wife's vehicle and even loaded the car seat for her. They were even extremely understanding when we had issues with GEICO insurance agency when they decided to change how much they were going to cover once the vehicle arrived.The drive and owner were very understanding while I spoke with 3 representatives and was hung up on 3 times trying to get them to send the correct PO.Highly recommend Young's Towing very professional and respectful. Young s Towing and Donathan to the rescue!!!! Towed from Crossville to right outside Virginia and Donathan was the most pleasant young man I have met. Very professional but down to earth. I ran out of gas about 100 yards from the exit off 40 and found this company to help. The driver arrived quickly, was friendly and helpful. 4 stars ONLY because it was ridiculously expensive, $100 for about 2 gallons of gas! I was stuck and appreciated the help but for less than 20 minutes of work, it was a bit much.

I highly recommend Young's Towing. They are always professional and get to me as soon as possible every time I've used their service. Tow truck driver Roy is my favorite... sorry boys but he just is lolRoy is always courteous polite and very respectful. So in my experiences with Young's Towing I give them 5 and give Roy 6

7/16/22 our water pump went out in my car along the interstate . we were able to pull off at a truckers rest area.Thank you for your quick response for picking us up and our car and getting to the car dealer. We were able to get back on the road and enjoy out vacation.

Let me tell you this towing company was amazing the other night only a few minutes from my house my van's driver side rear tire locked up on us. Roy was the guy that came out and he was so awesome very professional! If we EVER need towed again Young's towing and recovery is definitely getting our business!

My car broke down on the interstate between Genesis and Peavine and I activated my StateFarm roadside assistance, who sent Young s to tow my car. From pulling to the side of the road to the tow truck showing up was maybe 15 minutes. The driver, Roy, was very friendly and helpful. He was so fast getting everything done, my ride wasn t even there yet by the time he was finished. He offered to wait with my friend and I until our ride arrived, for which we were extremely grateful! Thank you Roy for your help and taking care of my car!Service: Car towing

Roy came out and checked our battery. It started when he put the batter paower booster to it. Two days later he came out again because it was doing the same thing. He got it and taking it to the shop for us. He got here pretty quickly. He is very professional, kind and cares about his customers. I had a stressful highway breakdown in the middle of I-40, mid 3 day road trip. We were connected with Roy at Young's towing through AAA and hit the jackpot! Roy immediately called us to get our location and was out to pick us up in 30 minutes. We were from out of town and Roy connected us with an incredible mechanic (Smith's Auto) and hotel recommendations. He towed my car in the rain all with a warm smile on his face! He was so patient with us as we were trying to decide what to do moving forward. As if that wasn't enough, he called me the following Monday just to make sure everything worked out and we were on our way. Thank you Young's and thank you ROY!Service: Car towing

I have used Young s before in the past for a towed vehicle, but this time I needed my Ram truck pulled out of the median from hydroplaning. Roy was there very quickly to help me and it was pouring rain and needed to use the winch to pull the truck back into the road. Once it was out of the median he helped check to make sure it was still drivable! I would definitely recommend this company and this young man for all his hard work! Thx Roy!

Called around in Harriman area, was told multiple times by different companies that they could not pull my car out of a ditch for any less than 300 dollars because it was too early in the day (around 6am ). Some even said they were booked all day. I understand having a few calls come up at once, but saying you're booked all day for towing seems a bit odd.Youngs is in Crossville of all places, and was more than willing to make the drive over to help. They arrived in less than an hour and got my car out of a ditch without damage in about 3 minutes. Don was extremely good at his job and very friendly during this stressful situation, which honestly helped out a ton.I would highly recommend to call youngs towing first before any other company if you need help and if they are near your area.Service: Car towing
