Took them 2 hours to determine a leak in the tire was too close to the side wall and then tried to charge me for a new tire. Terrible customer service, Jonathan thinks he is a God and customers are just peons taking up his phone time. When I would ask about my vehicle they would just laugh to themselves after I would walk away.

I would've given them five stars until I noticed that they swapped out one of my chrome caps for a cheap black plastic one. Apparently they either lost one of mine and didn't care to find it or whoever did my tires needed one for his car. So despite the decent work, I'm giving one star for theft.

Scheduled appointment was canceled even though my parts were in. Reasoning was my parts weren t in. Had to wait over 2hrs to get my 2 tires installed.

Made reservations a week ahead of time, and they refused us because they didn't have sticky weights to balance tiers with. We drove an hour and a half to have this done. We went to Cookeville Wal-Mart and they took care of us right away.

We were on vacay and got a nail in my tire. We needed someone to help on July 4th and they were opened. Did not have to wait long and the service was excellent.

I went to a garage to have tires put on and they told me it would be a 3-hour wait at least. I called Walmart tire lube they said come on in we'll get you in about 30 minutes to an hour, I didn't have a lot of time so I went. They had me in in less than 10 minutes they had the tires installed and balanced in just under an hour so my entire stop at Walmart was a little over an hour and I am very happy with the price, cuz it was cheaper than the other guy anyway, very happy with the quality and the service. I'm going back to have lifetime balance and rotation because I didn't see a problem with purchasing that extra little bit.

They told me it would be a 3 hour long wait. I told them I understand but was trying to get somewhere by 6pm and I had 4 hours of driving left.... they worked me in quickly and had me back on the road within 45 min. The lady (I think her name was Trish) was very kind and understanding. Thank you!

We just had a wonderful experience with Crossville Walmart automotive. We are traveling, and our tire was damaged on the interstate and we needed a new tire quickly. We were served quickly and back on the road with 30-40 minutes. Jonathan was very efficient in automotive customer service, and Mike was fast and thorough in replacing the tire. They helped make a stressful event less stressful. Thank you!

Pulled in on my spare to get a flat tire fixed more than an hour before closing time. I live more than three hours away and was traveling home. They said they had decided to close up shop early and turned me away. Had to book a hotel to get the tire fixed in the morning. Is zero stars an option???

Poor service and communication: had a tire blowout during a road trip so needed to replace rather than limp along on the spare. Went here and everything seemed fine. We were told it would be 45 minutes. Fine. We wandered through walmart and came back 50 minutes later to be told everyone was on lunch break and it would be at least an hour before they even got it into the shop. Went to another place down the road and were back on the road in less than an hour no thanks to these guys.

Needed oil changed in my truck, mechanic stated oil filter was on to tight and could not perform the oil change. Took it to different place and they had zero problems taking off filter and changing my oil. I absolutely will not return to walt mart for anything that has to deal with vehicle maintenance, seems like the spend more time making excuses for working instead of doing the job they have been hired to do.

How do you give a zero. Wife's car had a nail in it. Tried to get help @ 6:05pm on 5/19/2021. No one at the counter, one guy was waiting he said he had been there for 10 minutes and hadn't seen anyone, had to get someone from another area to go find someone to be told they would not help. The tire was outside the bay going flat. They shut the bay doors. Way to step up Crossville Walmart Tire Center.

My niece had a flat tire on her way home. She showed up at 6:40 Sunday night in need of a plug in her tire. They told her they didn t have time and she had to get her grandmother to drive 35 mins to pick her up and leave her car overnight. Seriously!! You re open for 20 more minutes, so you don t offer a 10 minute service to help out a young college student alone. Terrible service and I m disappointed in good ol southern hospitality and concern for a young lady in need.

Waited an hour and a half for them to tell me the cap was too tight so they couldn t do the oil change, oh and they don t have anything besides Walmart brand oil so good luck at this trash dumpster of a place castrol premium lube express is super quick and way better I d recommend going there, they do it fast and I ve never had any problems with that place, people are way nicer too!Service: Oil change

Bought a set of Good Year tires, for my antique F100. Only drive it on the weekends. Tire blew out the whole sidewall. They didn't do anything about it! I will never go there again!! I suggest a real tire store that sells quality tires.

I took my car in for an oil change when I drove out of there. I couldn't keep it running, they tried to tell me that's the way I brought it in ,but when I took it up there cuz I complained and ,then I called my original Mechanic. I took it back up there and they realize they had bumped a wire when they were looking at my filter shame on them for making me get upset and had to prove that my car was not running bad, when I took it in there I will never use them again. Never

ZERO STARS!!!! I tried to get my oil changed 2nd in line as soon as the doors opened. I waited for two hours!! I'll never go back!! Went down the road to Castrol Express I was in and out in 5 mins!!!!! I love them.

As is the case with most Walmarts these days the customer care is nonexistent. Manager of tire center had to be called for overrides for battery warranty returns. Complained about it every time. Hours of delays. One young lady behind the counter working hard and doiing a good job. The rest were playing around and pretty much letting her do all the work. Including the Tire Center manager and one of the store managers. Folks, just stop going to WalMart! Had it not been a Sunday with nowhere else to go I would nevere let my shadow grace their store again.

Excellent service. Got me in for 2 tires with a very short wait. Did a nice job mounting and balancing the tires. My car drove great.

The tire and auto manager Carl was so helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter gto back on the road. I let Terry Bush the store manager know about Carls service. He was very awesome as well!! A+ Walmart!!

Told me they couldn't put the tires I bought from them on my car because they were afraid to put it on the lift because they said one of my lift points was broke, looked and it was fine.Lazy and incompetent tire service.

It's funny if you buy a tire from them it's $18 to get them mounted if you buy them online and hire them to do it it's $28 more work I guess

Packed with long wait times and low inventory, but not the fault of the employees! They were doing the best they could with the staff and supplies they had on hand.
