I had excellent service yesterday. Was offered free water while I waited. The manager pointed out a $20 discount to buy an air filter with a complete oil change. I will stop and let them top off my oil. They also have a great price on coolant exchange. My oil change took just 15 minutes.

I had read some of the reviews and was uncertain as to if I was going to have my truck serviced here. However, I am certainly glad I did. Everyone there was pleasant and happy to help. They treated me like an ole friend. Explained everything upfront that they provided and asked which of the services I would like. After I made my choices they went to work. There was three people that worked with my truck. I wish I had gotten all their names, Dylan is the one I remember. They did a full service, checked the air in the tires for me topped off fluids (washer fluid and coolant) checked filters inside and out. I now know where the cabin filter is. lol changed my oil and filter. They went above and beyond to treat me as a person and not a job or number. Everything was explained step by step in detail as they were doing the job. Excellent communication among the workers. Amazing people and outstanding people. My visit was March 2nd. 2024 and they have earned my continued business for the future. Thank you crew!

Wife stopped in because she thought a tire was low. (They do our oil to). They took excellent care of her and even checked all fluid levels. What more do I need to say? Thanks!

These guys were awesome and very professional!! Thank you for your service!! I had an issue with my car oil leaking and I was driving across country when the low engine fluid light came on twice and these guys were great on finding the issue that was done by the dealer few days back before starting my trip .. the dealer messed up the oil change parts causing leaking while i was driving and not knowing could of caused major engine damage.. thank you for fixing this issue and i reached my destination safely!!

Very friendly. They were very busy but came to my car to tell of a 15 minute wait and offered me a bottle of water. Once in the bay they were thorough and friendly. I will definitely return.

The staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Great place to get service. If I could give 10 stars I would, staff was so friendly and welcoming, they explained everything to me in detail and took care of all the things my truck needed. These guys were awesome they found a possible issue with my truck so I can get it fixed. They communicated with each other very well they their safety was impeccable and this is definitely my go-to place for my oil changes it was refreshing to see a woman working there love it

I have been taking our vehicles to Take 5 in Crossville for near 7 years.I always recieve the best service and great attitudes.This team always does a fantastic job advising and educating the customer, without any intent to "Up-sell" the visit.They advise and make recommendations of only what is needed, which I personally feel is an "Honest" approach to a customer/service provider transaction.In closing: I will continue to bring all 4 vehicles to this Take 5 location, thanks to the honesty, quality work and professionalism of the team at this particular location.

If I could give this location 10 stars I would. They were all so quick, efficient and friendly it made my head spin. They has us back on the highway in no time! Literally! The service was outstanding, but I favorite part is during the middle of our oil change a funeral procession went by, all the staff members came out and lined up and pay respect until the procession was over. That shows real class! Well done!Services: Tires, Oil change

Absolutely professional. They went above and beyond in customer service. A bottled water while you wait and dog treats for my puppy! They made sure my vehicle was safe all the way around for my 600 mile trip. Absolutely recommend this take 5 for all your needs!

I would never go there again 137 for a oil change 7 quarts of oil didn't check my tires didn't top off my windshield didn't check my transmission fluid didn't check my wiper blades didn't do anything but change my oil

Hard push to upsell services. Thought they were dealing with a woman who didn t know anything about cars and since I was also from out of state it would be easy. They pushed hard - air filter, cabin filter, wipers, etc. Service itself appears fine, although I will have my own mechanic go over the car now that I m back in my home state. The worst thing was - not only being talked down to, but two fraudulent charges for $125 each were charged at the same time. Luckily I used a credit card, not my debit card and I caught the charges right away and notified my credit card company who took immediate action. Avoid.Service: Oil change
