Went there today for the first time for an oil change and was very impressed. Julia and Sam were great, very nice, helpful and professional. The entire staff worked great together.My dog even got treats from Julia while waiting. Thank you!Highly recommend and definitely will be back

Went in for an oil change, fluids topped off and everything else they do.The lady that was working said I had an oil drain plug in that she d never seen before. and what looked like red loctite around the plug. She also mentioned that my oil pan is leaking it ll need a new gasket maybe an oil pan. She was even so kind as to take pictures for me.They refused to change my oil and I completely understand.I want to thank them for their service and being so professional and honest.Appreciate y all!

Was talked into getting a synthetic oil change which was over $80 even with $18 off. Wish I had gotten the $50 oil change, but didn't. Was my own fault for giving in. They get you in and out fairly quick. Really no issue except the price which next time I'll stick to my guns so to speak and get what I came in for

Kelly and the crew were very nice. The guys were very knowledgeable. Apparently I had a critter living in my cabin filter area at some point. Lol.

Oh my! What service! I wish I had known about this place sooner! First thing, I was offered a bottle of water before driving into the bay. They checked my tires and brought them up to standard air pressure, explaining everything they did and why. Next I asked them to check my air filter, kicking myself, because I just gave them carte blanche to add to my bill, but lo and behold, they showed me the filter, explained how it wasn't bad, that they could shake off what was on it and it would be good for a long while yet. Meanwhile my oil change was being done. When the guy finished, the girl double checked his work, making sure the filter and plug was very tight, I know, cause I felt my car move. She called out what she was checking and the results. Then the guy did the dipstick, and brought it to me to show it was full and clean. These people were efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough! Definitely has all my business now!

Super impressed with this place. I went here because I wanted to get in and out quick. And I did just that. The staff was soooo friendly and helpful. My technician Maria was so kind. I will definitely return for another oil change in the future!!!

Polite, professional, respectful, thorough. Have never experienced such a thorough oil change. From start to finish. The safety check was surprising.

The crew was very polite and very professional. They took care of my oil change and replaced my windshield wipers. Will be visiting them again.They all were very friendly and sure made my day!

We went in an a cold cold day. Where weather records had been broken. 2 women were working. They were very busy, very professional. The thing that stood out the most was their smiles. They were friendly in less than idea circumstances.

Service was quick and courteous, the price quoted jumped by $20 when I presented my 18 off coupon. So I ll probably try another place next time.

Replacement of wipers they done a great job cleaned my windows put the new wipers on and had me on the road in just minutes. Great service friendly service technicians. Nothing but Great.

Nice people but way too pricey! I usually go to Dunlap but was in crossville tried it out, they were super fast but it cost me $25 more than I usually pay! So I would have to say overpriced.

Austin and Thomas were great! Walmart was unable to help with my oil change, so I headed over to Take 5 30 minutes before close. They were out of the oil my car needed aside from a quart and a half and proceeded to put that in for free. They sent me to Autozone and waited patiently for me to come back with the oil so they could get the job done. They stayed over an extra 10-15 minutes just helping with this and even corrected my coolant hose that was slipping off of where it was seated. Excellent, friendly service. RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! This was the most expensive oil change I ve ever had AND THEY DID THE LEAST! They didn t top off fluids, didn t check the air filter, they didn t even check the tire pressure until I asked. They marked on the sheet that they filled the windshield fluid. I checked and nope. The guy even spilled the oil in the engine and said not to worry about it if I smelled burning oil or I saw leaking oil. Seriously. $121.79 for a full synthetic oil change. Only an oil change. That s more than my car dealer charges to change oil. This was my first and last Take 5 visit. Valvoline and Jiffy Lube are a better value and do far more.

When I need an oil change and I don t have time to wait this is where I go. It is quite expensive compared to doing your own or taking it to a place like Car Fix but those places take almost two hours most of the time.

I will be ordering from you soon. I lived in Germany for 12 yrs while stationed in the Army. Learned to love Brotchen. The black bread (rye), is great for open faced sandwiches.

Got my oil and my oil filter changed, and fluids checked,but, I wished that I had stuck with the economy level service as the next premium service was out of my budget and your services are too expensive for me, I'll find someone else that I can trust with my vehicle to get proper service for it.

They have not had 10w30 or 10w40 oil for the last two years that I've come in. They offered me a lower viscosity oil which will damage my engine or a diesel oil for much more than the regular price. So I either damage my engine or pay twice as much for the service. How do up think my experience was. You use the half size filter not a regular one. If I bring my own filter and oil, I pay way to much for you to use it . Not happy feeling like I'm coming to your business with my hat in my hand. Having the right products is YOUR job. I'm paying you for the proper service. Part of customer service is providing the right stuff. Anything else is poor service
