They had a couple of issues getting my bucket truck into the service bay, but once they figured out the clearance problem they made quick work of diagnosing and fixing my sticking brake caliper. Their prices were good too. Thanks for the service!

My rear passenger side tire had a slow leak, which started three days before Thanksgiving. (Things never conveniently take place.) Fortunately slow enough that I could air it up the evening before and get to, and from work and do the process again. I live near a small town, so there are many services unavailable. On Black Friday I was relieved to see that Shadden Tire Discounters was open. I checked in, and waited my turn. My good fortune was, that the leak was found (sometimes, the cause isn t obvious, tire bead seating, leaking valve cores, or stems) I had picked up a nail and it was in the tread, not the sidewall. The service technician was careful in the manner in which he worked on my car, that meant a lot to me.The service manager handed me my key fob and said You re good to go, no charge. He didn t have to do that, so I gratefully I thanked him. My finances have had taken on difficulties, so it meant a great deal to me to make my good fortune into financial relief.So thank you to those in the Shadden Tire Discounter s, I highly recommend you for your service and your community ethics, thank you.

As a birthday gift my parents decided to purchase me tires for my big dulley truck. Dad went in and spoke to Keith. Brought back several estimates with different tires. We decided & ordered them the next day. About 2 days later they arrived & I got a phone call. Was offered that afternoon to install, do an alignment & everything else involved. Was told it would be about 3 hours to wait. I waited and it was just about exact. Did a great job! Everyone was very nice! BTW: Free coffee, bottled water & popcorn. Will be back!

Salesman Keith was really nice and seems like a good family man. He talked about his lovely wife and children while we waited on my new wheel and tire install. He offered to buy my lunch while waiting. Will definitely do business with this shop again!!!

Came in back during hay season looking for a baler tire, stood at the counter for almost 20 minutes had 3-4 people ask if I needed help, when I told them what I was looking for they told me only one person could help me. I wasn t 10 feet from this guy and never could get his attention even with the other employees walking over to let him know I was waiting. Must have been 4-6 employees in that waiting room at any given time and not a single one could help? I found the tire online myself and ordered it in the waiting room. 20 minutes just to find out if you can get what I m looking for is ridiculous. Looks like the new management is really bringing things around, what an improvement is service. I remember the awful days of being able to come in and get service, sure glad you fixed that!

Traveling from out of state, my car started making a noise. I called Shadden Tire Discounters. I got in right away. They fixed my problem and I got home safely with no problems. I am grateful that they helped me very reasonably.

I have used Shadden for tires for years. I will never use them in the future. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and brake pads. The gentleman stated they don t schedule appointments. He stated just bring the vehicle in first thing when we open. I went in at opening a few days later and asked for an oil change and brake pads. The guy at the service desk asked if I was going to drop it off. I stated I was unable to do that and I would be waiting. He appeared to want to talk me out of waiting with the vehicle. He kept telling me how long it was going to be. When I still said I was going to wait, he stated it might be all day before your vehicle is worked on. I felt he wasn t interested in my business by his tone of voice and facial expressions. I left and went to another business. They had no issue with me waiting and they were very busy with cars lined up outside checking in for service. That business took about two hours to complete my vehicle and I was happy to wait. They knew how to express it was going to take awhile without making you feel like you were irritating them for being there. Maybe Shadden should learn how to handle customers better.

They completely ripped me off first I took my grandmother's car their mind you she is 84, she was having some problems with the front end of her car all they did was an alignment so they said but they never gave her any alignment paperwork and the car still shaking around having problems, I inquired about my vehicle at that point when I picked hers up and they told me that their front-end guy had been on vacation and would be for the rest of the week so there's no way they could have fixed my grandmother's car and they charged her $600!!!! Then they ended up charging me $2,000 for some front-end work and my car was also shutting off and they were supposed to have fixed whatever was causing that... They didn't I broke down on the interstate on the way from Tennessee to North Carolina three different times I ended up having to buy my own alternator and install it myself and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. !!!!!! Absolutely would not recommend stear clear of this business!!!! It is nothing like it used to be when my grandmother has trusted in these people for 50 years!!!! It makes me sick!!!! This place seriously needs to get shut down!!! If I had the means to file a lawsuit I would own this building!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually great service. This last trip was not so good. I ended up having to repair myself literally picked up car went to Napa replaced ac o ring brought back they refilled the system. They charged me to evacuate and refill the system and for refrigerant. Not sure why they would not replace the leaking 2 dollar o ring. Oh well live and learn.

I was driving from Nashville to Knoxville when my tire was punctured on the interstate. I was able to make it to Shadden on my donut and am glad I did! Extremely helpful folks who patched my tire for free and helped me get back on the road to school. Stressful experience that ended well thanks to them!
