we were headed to Florida from crossville Tennessee. When our camper tire came flying off, with the bolts as well.we thought our trip was either done or going to be harder without the camper. It was also Labor Day but we gave them a call and they came with the tolls they needed to help us get the camper going. He did a ever nice job on getting the new tire on there and made sure it was good to go to Florida. Great price, excellent service, overall outstanding. We made it to Florida with no issues at all, really great work.

Benny and his wife were really great. We were at a campground and our car would not start. They came out at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon in the pouring rain, worked on getting the car out of drive, and towed it to a garage before it closed at 4:00. We would recommend them to anyone in the Crossville, TN area.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Benny (with an assist from his dad) saved my butt a few days ago. I'm from out-of-town, and was in Crossville/Fairfield Glade to visit my very elderly father. I had a belt break on my Outback on my way to my Dad's house. It's waaaay out there and a tow seemed like it would be difficult and probably crazy expensive from where my car was - not to mention seemingly unnecessary for such a relatively minor repair. I went to the Advance Auto Parts to get the belt, and while I was there, I asked the nice sales lady if she knew of a local mobile mechanic. She gave me Benny's card. I called him and he came out within two hours, identified why the belt broke (jammed pulley because of a loose bolt), and had everything done in an hour or so. Great service. Very fair price. Thanks a bunch, Benny (and his dad)! 5+ stars from me!
