We arrived at Spacious Skies Belle Ridge in Monterey tn. Had a driver s side rear tire on our fifth wheel lose about 2 of tread on the inside. Called JCDA and Jason walked me through things to look for and check. After some over the phone diagnoses and a new tire we are ready to continue our trip. Awesome !!!! Problem resolved on the phone no cost to us. I would highly recommend JCDA for your Rv services.

Lied and told me he was insured then after causing thousands of dollars in damage to my DRV Denver he tried to take off. Finally gave me the name of an insurance company that never herd of his company before. Now no answer when I call or text.Be ware he s no good

Jason was awesome, showed up when he said he would, listened to my findings and thoughts, attempted to fix my problem diagnostically as to save me on parts and finished in about 20 minutes. I had him dispatched by Coach-net, but I saved his number and will call him directly next time.Military Vet that served our country, enough said.Service: Electrical

We needed help with our leveling system. Jason came out to us in a timely manner and had us up and on our way fast. Was very reasonable and friendly. Our trip was saved thanks to him.

What an amazing company, hands down! Definitely a life saver. We were out of state and the owner came to the rescue and helped us. Can t find someone like this in Chicago! Highly recommend !

I have used JCDA in the past and had a great experience so I had hydraulic issues and called again. Jason came out found and repaired the failure within a a couple of hours. It took longer to have 2 hydraulic made than the demo and install. I will continue to use Jason in the future. In fact, I will have Jason to change out the cheap manufacture hydraulic lines when I return from my trip. If I took it to a shop, this repair would delayed my trip by 3-4 weeks and cost at least $1200.00. Jason is an honest, hard working person!

I m new to RV living. Had issues with my black water holding tank. I was having a hard time finding someone who deals with this problem. When I called Jason he promptly answered and told me that he could be here in a couple hours. 30 minutes later he called telling me that he was at my location. He found the problem and quickly had it fixed. I highly recommend his services and will call on him for any future repairs.

This guy is amazing, me and my family got scammed really bad by factory direct marine and RV rockwood and this man came out on his day off and hauled my RV has it apart in a couple hours and told me what was wrong with it. He's also took it into his own hands to contact the RV place and try and get them to own up to there mistake. I would recommend JCDA On-site RV service to anyone in the area

Called Jason on a Sunday and he picked right up. Told him our hot water tank was leaking inside of our 5th wheel. He said to send him some pictures and he would be on his way. He was at our campsite within 1.5 hrs and started working on our unit. Jason was very professional and knew what he was doing. Our hot water tank valve is fixed and back to having water. Great service!!

This man is a SCAM! He brought a transmission he said was new but was used and did not fit so he took it back along with the original one and $2,000.00. He came out and charged me $150 dollars to give me a bid on repairs on my camper. I had to call him and text him multiple times trying to get the bid. Took over a week waiting. When he said he would have me the bid by the evening witch I waited two days before I contacted him. Got the bid. Got with my Insurance company. He would not contact them back no I. He just shows up takes your $150 bucks scribble some things down on a piece of paper know he is not going to do the job. I tried contacting him over 3weeks with text and voicemails. So did my Insurance company. Never getting any replies back. He is a scam.Service: Body & Trim

A slide out on our fifth wheel needed repairing. They were AWESOME! Jason and his brother had it repaired in no time and at a great price! I would use them again if needed and highly recommend them! Great guys!Samantha and George Baker

We are not from around the area and we were trying to set up our RV, but the leveling system was not working. We tried calling multiple places, but this man answered right away. He said he was willing to come out even though it was 100 miles away! Instead he talked us through it over the phone and saved us in more ways then one. I wish I could give more then 5 stars, he deserves it!

Fast, efficient and fair service. Repair was completed on the side of the road and we were back in trip quickly and safely. Highly recommend if you are between Nashville and Knoxville.
