If you re looking for somewhere to buy a car from honest, reliable people. Ask for Kyle. I couldn t put into words how well they worked with me to get me into a car. They made the car buying process a breeze. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Trying to get to the bottom of our canceled extended warranty, which was canceled well within the 30 days we were told we'd have to cancel, since the vehicle was totaled 9 days after purchase by an uninsured driver. The dealership gets the money for the extended warranty from the total purchase price ($2,100. In our case added to the purchase price) and since it was canceled, it's up to them to return the money to the finance company. They knew this yet acted like they couldn't understand why it hadn't been taken care of yet. So not only is my child out of a vehicle but now I'm giving the dealership free $ by having to pay the finance company the $2,100. that they should've returned. We sincerely held the name Jason Lewis in high regard. That is no longer the case. Should be a zero star option, because this would be one.

Jason Lewis car dealership is. Not like any other dealership in Crossville. It is not owned by big corporate money hungry businesses. They really do care about the people they sell cars to. Even the people that purchase preowned vehicles. They stand by their word and I would recommend them to anyone needing to buy a used or new vehicle.

I've had a 2005 Nissan Altima since the early 2010's -- needless to say, it was way beyond time for an upgrade! After a lot of searching and contemplating with other services and dealers both in the area and not-so-nearby, I decided to stop in and see what I could get. Sonny Hardaway was extremely kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with as a first-time buyer (as my old car was a hand-me-down). I had a loan offer waiting for me from my bank, but Sonny managed to get me into a better offer that won't drain my bank account every month! If you're looking to get a new (used) car, I recommend stopping in and checking out what's on the lot!

We recently bought 2 vehicles from Blaise Stokes at Jason Lewis in Crossville TN. A 2019 Chevy Silverado & a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We are happy with both. Blaise was attentive, thorough and nice to work with! Thank you Blaise & Jason Lewis!

Not very friendly!! Brought our new truck in for an oil change. When we entered the lot, I rolled the window down and spoke to the sales guy standing outside, Hi, I have an appointment for an oil change! To which his response was, congratulations .

This was the first brand new to me car that I have bought since 2001. Hunter and Tyler were exceptionally nice and helpful and I actually drove out in my 2017 Ford Focus less than 2 hours later (had to wait for my husband to come test drive it or it would have been even quicker). They have also followed up to make sure everything was good with the car. It was a wonderful experience.

I feel as if my truck wasn't properly inspected before being sold. Seven months after purchase and it has had THREE major ISSUES. Given it being used one can expect problems, but I can't even get it to the dealer to have it fixed now. Before and during the purchase process I felt the customer service was pretty great for a dealership. I asked about towing services since it says it is covered under warranty, but I was shoved off and told to contact the warranty provided myself to ask them if it was covered, instead of the dealer who should know what their offered warranty covers.

These guys were amazing plain and simple.We bought a SUV from them and there was a gremlin under the hood. Couldn't find the issue. None the less I was able to prove that there was an issue. Without any further questions they had us in a comparable vehicle the first WITH a longer and better warra for no extra cost. Everything worked out for the better in the end if you need a good dealer to work with for the rest of your car buying days go see Cliff, Hunter, and Frank.
