Reviews are everything they can either make or break a business. I read the reviews on Gary s when my car was in an accident. They worked in a timely manner with my insurance company. Answered all my questions very professional personnelI got my car back it s beautiful excellent bodywork everything is working I would highly recommend Gary s Auto Body In Crossville. The front end of my challenger doesn t even look like I ever hit a deer. Nice job guys greatly appreciate it.

Great people and great service I was surprised they even wanted to take on my little pain in the butt project but they treated like it was the only job in the shop. I highly recommend Kyle and everyone at Gary's! Thanks guys for a great job

This place is absolutely amazing. I got in a car accident and messed up the front of my car. They re-painted it, put in a new bumper, headlight. My car seriously looks better than it did before my accident. I would recommend this place to everyone!

My insurance company recommended Gary s. Not only did Gary s look at my car that day and schedule me within the week (to allow for parts delivery), Paul also looked at my insurance policy: the claims person had said my deductible would be $250; Paul read the fine print and said it was $100.My car looks great! It was delivered on time and with NO hassle. While I hope I never have to have more collision work done, I do I know I ll go to Gary s and recommend them to anyone. An all around super experience. Thank you, Paul and staff.

Gary s Body Shop in Crossville TN deserves my 5 stars! I took my 2018 Honda CRV into their Shop this week to get my left front fender repaired. Gary s Body Shop exceeded my expectations. They kept me updated, completed the repair and returned my car in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with their repair. Gary s Body Shop, you won t be disappointed.

Gary's Body Shop repaired the damage to the rear lift gate of our Honda CR-V. Gary's provided professional, friendly service & quality workmanship. Gary and Marlena (sp?)are a class act, and we won't go anywhere else for our Auto/RV repair needs.

Paul helped me coordinate my insurance covered repairs. He was very easy to work with, kept my updated with progress, and overall very helpful. The work that was done was excellent. I can't tell that my car was ever hit.

Had an issue with a telephone pole to the right rear corner of my Titan. Gary s Body Shop gave me a great quote for the repair and did a wonderful job. Thanks for making it look showroom good again.

People were mean. Pulled up and they were closing and started yelling bc we entered the wrong side.. Then one says he knows me and he also a cop. I would believe it till he then asked who am I? And what's my name? Although this officer who said that he knows me asked who I was right after...really I felt sad for him but this place over charges,drive way is uneven with rocks that will hurt the paint.

I couldn't tell that my car was repaired. The paint work was emaculant. The staff was very friendly I could't be more pleased. I recommend Garys to anyone that needs their car repaired
