Jason and his team are awesome. We take all of our vehicles there for routine maintenance. They are always friendly and looking for ways to save you money by informing us what is priority and what isn't. We are also car people and would definitely love to do the work ourselves but time can be short running a business. We completely trust them to do the work and whole hearted believed them when they said they have done the work. We greatly appreciate the work they have done for us and will continue to go to them. You guys are the best!

A couple years ago we got our truck into their shop and they did a great job on it. Last night our minivan broke down and our roadside assistance insurance contacted Express for towing. The gentleman who brought us (family of 5) & our minivan home last night was wonderful. He got to us quickly and drive home so safely. He was delightful to visit with. I really appreciate the wife range of work Express Automotive offers. They offer to take the Vicks to their shop for services and a ride home for nothing additional. If we had the funds in the bank we would've done that option.

Had a loud pop in the front end of my truck when I would turn left. Took it to Express Auto. Jason told me I needed upper control arms four ball joints and sway bar links. He said one CV drive axle was very loose but he thought it would last for quite a while. Few days later I picked it up and the bill was $1,085. The next day I noticed the pop was still there. I waited a few weeks before I went back to talk to him. He told me to bring it in the following week. He had it for 5 days and never touched it. I got disgusted and decided to pick it up. I live alone and the only way I can drop a vehicle off is to ride my bicycle. 6 miles each way . I'm 70 years old. When I got the truck home I looked underneath the front end and the lower ball joints had not been changed. They were covered with dirt and grease. The upper control arms ball joints and sway bar links looked brand new and had been changed. I took it to another mechanic and had the front end totally redone. He told me the lower ball joints had never been changed out. I've got pictures and videos of everything. I went back to Jason and threatened to Sue him, he returned all my money $1,085. He continued to lie to me about replacing the lower ball joints. Never looked me in the eye. This business is in a retirement community where people won't look under their car to verify that the work's been done. Jason takes advantage of this fact. Do not go to Express Auto. He is a good mechanic but a bad person.

Jason and Laura are the most amazing people I've EVER met!! Kind, caring, considerate, and most of all HONEST!! I recommend Jason to everyone I know that has a vehicle. He never recommends anything you don't need, and is upfront and honest about the parts & labor costs.Not once as a woman, have I felt spoken down to or treated as though I'm unable to understand what is being said to me about what has needed repairs on my vehicle.I will never bring my car anywhere else, and suggest you don't either!

The first proclamation that comes to mind is " Thank you . The customer service was amazing. The service repair was top notch. Once again Thank you. Story : we were visiting from out of town , vehicle had overheating issues, we were concerned about being outsiders in a foreign place. I was able to get an appointment quickly for some routine maintenance I wanted done before a long car trip. The person I dealt with on the phone and at the counter was pleasant and helpful, and the work was done as requested. I had set a time by which I needed the car ready due to another commitment, and they had it ready early!

We recently moved here to Tennessee and on the advice of the person we are renting land from, we went to this business to buy a car.We paid in cash on June 6, 2022, and took the SUV as it was, with the sunroof unable to be opened, on the promise that the motor would be in, "in a couple of days," at which point they would install it.It's six weeks later, and we have been put off time after time. Last time I called I was told the tracking numer showed it coming in "Friday, Monday, or Tuesday." Tracking doesn't work that way, but I went along with it, and they promised to call.They have NOT ONCE reached out to us when they said they would, and today my husband called and was told there is no tracking number!We are moving further East, and told them this; they assured us it would be taken care of in plenty of time.I am stunned at this treatment, when we went there on the advice of someone who knows these people.They have proven very dishonest and unprofessional. Highly disappointed and of course, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Update: As mentioned in my review, our landowner referred us here; they didn't attempt to contact us but DID complain to him, and he is now kicking us, our 15-year-old, and our two cats out. What upstanding citizens! EVICTED FOR LEAVING AN HONEST REVIEW!!

I trust Jason and company. They are professional and make you feel like family. I really love that they are not trying to rip you off, the services offered are reasonably priced. Laura is the first person you meet and she is delightful. I love this place

Laura and Jason are excellent to deal with. Jason takes the time to explain what if anything is wrong. Laura is on top of the appointments and will do her best not to waste your time. They are a full service shop taking pride in their work and it shows. They can work anything. I would not hesitate to send my wife or mother there. I was on vacation and needed my brakes and oil changed. They took care of everything and was finished in a timely manner! If I ever need service and are anywhere close Express Automotive will be my only stop.

I can't rave about Laura and Jason enough! I know from experience how hard it is to find an honest, superbly experienced, reliable auto repair business and Express Automotive is it! I don't take my car anywhere else and when people ask where they should take their vehicle, I always emphatically recommend here.P.S. On a personal note. They're more than a great business, they're great people! Long before I took our car in and met these lovely people, Jason bought my husband's (a total stranger) cup of coffee at a gas station one morning when the clerk couldn't break a large bill and he was going to have to use his debit card. How nice was that!?

The mechanics are super knowledgeable! In my opinion, proper diagnosis determines good doctors & mechanics and is my number one reason for being their customer ... PLUS ... They fix it! A super friendly atmosphere! A little pricy but they use GOOD warrantied parts. Never a problem in 2 years. Good mechanics are hard to find ... Don't pass these guys up!

Wow! a repair shop that knows their trade and an added bonus with Jason and Laura both being great people. We were visiting from Claremore, Ok and our 2015 Equinox was having trouble running. We were planning to return home for Thanksgiving and realized a 600 mile trip was not going to be in the cards. I had plans to leave by noon the next day. We called Laura just before closing and arranged for Jason to look at the Equinox at 8 am the next morning. I explained that my goal was to leave by noon but I understood that he may have work ahead of me. Jason was able to do a diagnostic while I was there. The great news was he was not able to meet my time target but beat it and we were on the road by 10:30. We drove the 600 miles with no problems. They saved the Turkey Day! Great job! I would actually give them a higher mark is possible.

We re in TN on vacation from PA. On the way here our check engine light came on, truck didn t have power. I called Express Automotive and they were able to get us in the next day and had us on our way in about an hour. Thank you!

Jason really knows his stuff! Laura is very accommodating. They were up front with me from the beginning. Even fixed a mistake made by one of the other mechanics in town. Highly recommend!

They over charged me by almost 100 dollars. They said they replaced a part which they later admitted they didn't when I brought proof. They also missed a lot of problems the vehicle had. Including a needed radiator and oil leaks. In my opinion this place isn't trustworthy at all.
