Was so happy to work with this crew again. The folks are down to earth and really work with you to meet your needs. Brandon was a huge help throughout the day and kept things flowing, and Jesse wraps up the process well, too. If you re looking for a vehicle, buy with these guys!

Jordan is the gentleman that assisted me from beginning to end. I told him what I wanted and what my budget was and I bought the forst car he took me to. I had thought and researched, so I didn't go in blind, Jordan just knew how to take care of a customer!! He took the time to search for me the absolute best deal, and when he was done he got me a deal that was significantly lower than my monthly budget!!! I bought a 2013 Chevy Camaro ss with almost brand new mileage. I'm not having any buyers remorse today, I still feel like I got an amazing deal. Myself and my 2 children are also loving my 17 year olds dream car, abd what my 2 year old son calls his race car, lol.

My wife and I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and returned to purchase another vehicle due to the respect, and very low pressure sales approach. Keith Martin the salesman has been our go-to person each time. Keith is very knowledgeable regarding current inventory and truly listens to your needs. Very friendly, approachable, and does not try to oversell. He actually offers you options and does not pressure you to over buy. Keith is friendly, has a sense of humor, and is very responsive. After we selected our vehicle we were directed to finance and sat down with Jordan Buckner. Jordan could be Keith's personality twin. Neither of them lied, tried to hide numbers, or push extras on us. We discussed options with Jordan and when we declined certain add-ons, he respected our financial decisions and didn't proceed any further with over selling. Both Keith and Jordan made this second vehicle purchase just as easy and, yes, enjoyable as the first. They both even looked to see if we could SAVE more money!! Very pleased and will not hesitate to return in the future.

The service department is outstanding. Been doing business with John and his folks since he took over for Doyle. Matt is a great technician with a great attention to detail. We have 3 MOPAR vehicles that we bring there for service with over 650k miles between the three. Can't get miles like that out of vehicles without great service. Thanks for the great job!

Nice experience at East TN Jeep on Wed. Arrived to look at a couple Jeeps and was fortunate to meet Gentry and Keith. Both really nice guys ... Answered all our questions and operated in a relaxed way. Helped us work through the differences on the units we looked at, suggested one we didn't know about, and ultimately helped us decide on a nice certified used Jeep which we took home a short time later. Have no problem recommending them and will likely be back the next time we need to find a vehicle.

Our service Manager Josh was awesome. Very professional, not pushy, very knowledgeable, took care of my Jeep Renegade and issues that transpired from service being done at another dealership last week (never negative, dealership name was never mentioned either) I highly recommend asking for Josh he is experienced, has compassion for the customers.If you are lookIng to make a purchase in a vehicle see JOSEPH he is awesome and is NOT a pushy salesman either!! Tell him that I recommended him to you, he listens to you and your needs. It was a pleasure to speak with him about the vehicle I m looking for if he runs across something for me.

Today we drove from Murfreesboro to Crossville to look at a 2021 chevrolet 3500 an was pleasantly greeted with a nice gentleman Drew Eastman upon introducing ourselves the hubby an him walked over to the vehicle he came to look at an they test drove it come back an made a grey deal an hubby walked away with the truck!If you ever need a vehicle i highly recommend Drew very nice an never pushy about the deal. He would be a person i would highly recommend when purchasing a vehicle from East Tennessee Chrysler jeep in crossville !

I just purchased a vehicle from here that broke down after 1 month of me having it! I do NOT suggest anyone to go here! They aren t going to even help me get it fixed either and I am not covered by any warranty EITHER !! I m very upset about this it was my first time buying my own car and this place definitely took advantage of that! Brandon Garrett was the one who sold me this car! I now have to pay 500 a month for a car I can t even drive and that just so upsetting!

Due to 2 very poor experiences at local Chevy place, I will not use them anymore! Called East Tennessee Dodge for an oil change for my Chevy. They got me schedualled and in later the same week. The guys were very nice when I checked in. Waited for truck to be done was about 2 hours. Was expecting about that timeline. They inspected the truck & notified me of other things that could / should be done. At the time I did not add those extras on. Did a good job! Will likely be back!

I called Joseph toward the end of the day about a Ram 2500 and he was fantastic. He had great communication and very up front with some minor scratches that was on the truck before I made the hour drive to the dealership. Once I arrived everything was as he said and he made deal flow smoothly right before they closed. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to him.

Was interested in a used truck i saw on their website. I called the dealership and spoke to Emily. I asked about the truck and she put me on hold so she could ask the "Inventory manager" if the truck was still available. A short time later, she stated "the truck was there and was available". I advised her I would come look at it later that afternoon. We setup an appointment time.I'm an 1hr and 45 minutes from this dealership. When I was within 15 minutes of the dealership, Emily called and said that when she went to find the keys, she found out the vehicle was sold that morning. Keep in mind, I asked about the truck around 2pm in the afternoon, and she said it was available.I spoke with a manager named Chris. He just wanted me to buy a different truck that cost more than my budget would allow.What a waste of my time and money!! And did the dealership care? NO! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! I would not believe what they tell you. This is a very dishonest dealership, BUY BEWARE

I just got off the phone with Tim he was trying to help me find touch up paint for my car. He s extremely knowledge and so is the lady which I forgot her name but she answered some questions I had previously about my car. They are fantastic and both of them deserve a raise. I ll purchase my next car from here in the future. Might even buy my battery from here when I need a new one. Thanks again guys!

Absolutely amazing experience! We worked with Emily she was attentive. The communication was fantastic. They were very easy to work with. We ended up buying two trucks at the same time one brand new one and one preowned. Absolutely recommend them 100% of all of the dealers I called, they were the nicest and easiest to work with.

Austin Chambers went above and beyond to help me get EXACTLY what I was looking for and wanted in a Jeep Wrangler JL. This has honestly been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Austin (basically I would recommend the entire East Tennessee crew) for your new or used car.

The service team was able to fix an issue within 30-45mins! Never in all the years of owns Ram/Dodge has a dealer taken my vehicle in at scheduled time and repaired it without trying to sell me extras or a new vehicle.Thank you to the service team we were able to keep to our schedule and still make it to our clients on time.

Trading my 2019 Dodge Ram tradesman 2500 to a 2023 Dodge Charger. A decision I didn't take lightly and gave a lot of thought into. At the time I got my truck I was using it for what it was intended for. Now from the change and the experience from the trade to the Charger will hopefully be just as good. I want to thank Joseph Johnson for working with me making the transition easy with lower payments and a smooth looking ride. Thank you sir and East Tennessee Dodge of Crossville, Tn.

The service was outstanding. I had employee's walking asking me if needed anything to drink or wanted a snack several times. The manager came up to me and introduce himself to me and chatted with me. My sales rep was very good, I found a car, or he found one which fit me perfectly, took me for a drive and explained all the new devices on the car. I bought a Jeep Crossover, super gas mileage. It is a turbo 4 cylinder. It takes off like a sports car! Good price for all the extras it has and comfortable.

Had the best service from purchase to maintenance and repair! Austin took great care of us during our purchase last year even ensuring missing mats were ordered after purchase. Then when the service center found a recent issue during a maintenance service, they went above and beyond to get it to Knoxville KIA to have it repaired under warranty while providing us a loaner during the time frame. Service folks were great from start to finish! We appreciate you!

I love the service department at East Tennessee Dodge. It really became apparent that they are a cut above the others when I had to go to another dealership. For the similar service, it cost twice as much and took over three hours.I won t make that mistake again. I will always go to East Tennessee Dodge..

I had a great experience here. My salesman was Brandon Slaven. He really helped me when I came up there to look at a vehicle and made sure that we looked over every inch of it, and he brought up things that I didn t think to look for. And when we started talking numbers both him and Tim Bargayo were super helpful. And out of every dealership I have been to in the last few months, this one is the only one that has taken me seriously. This is very important to me because I am young and everywhere just treats me like a child. I m very glad that this was not the case here. When I get ready for my next vehicle this will be the first stop.

My experience trading and buying a SUV was easy. No pressure at all. Tim Bargayo was very patient and gave me a few options for the purchase.A few days after I got SUV home I noticed a few issues. I called talked to Tim and he said bring it in. He did not hesitate to fix the issues! Thank you Tim!!!!!!!!!

The salesman Drew was great! He was a car guy and answered my questions. I hate salesman who don t know their product. The company was friendly and worked a good deal for me. The truck was certified pre owned and the battery died the day after I got home. I texted them the receipt for a new battery and they sent me a check for the price of the battery. No complaints and would highly recommend. Thanks Drew!
