I know buying a car is a huge hassle. Almost everyone has had a bad experience and if you haven't, you know someone who has. Even chumming the water where you swim is less stressful. These guys though, are fantastic. This was the easiest time ever spent buying anything. Nick was great. He took the time to show me everything, get my trade in value high, payments low and everything in between. I'm impressed. Thank you all at Dave Kirk.

UPDATED REVIEW:I've honestly deliberated about updating my review, but I cannot leave it as is in good conscience, lest I mislead others who read my original review. As much as the sales experience was nice (and I still stand by that part of my review), they were not as forthright as they should have been. The truck pictured was a nightmare because they did not disclose important details to me at the time of the sale, namely, that at the time of the sale, the truck had federally required emissions equipment removed. As a result of that engine modification, one of the cylinders in the engine went bad four months after the purchase, and I found myself stranded in Kansas without a working truck. I reached out to the dealer and they worked with me, but after all was said and done, I lost $19,000 by purchasing a vehicle through this dealer. Therefore, I would not use them again nor would I recommend buying from them unless you clearly know your stuff.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Really enjoyed the experience of buying a truck from these people. My sales rep was kind, patient, super-helpful, and low pressure. The finance guy was clear, chill, and very kind also. I can t even begin to describe how they went out of their way to help me complete the sale and make the experience easy. I would definitely use them again!

Micah Board was the best person to work with! He was so helpful and got me the best thing I have ever owned. 2019 ford escape. All the workers in there were so patient and kind. I m so glad me and my husband chose GMC at Dave Kirk!

I had a wonderful experience with one of their gentlemen in the tool department, Dean, on ordering a back tail light, every other place had the price at $900 or more, but Dean went the extra mile for me and tracked down an alternative at $230. No other dealership attempted anything like that, Dean took 5 calls with me or more and walked me through it. Will be buying my next vehicle from here because of him.

My wife and I are old and have purchased lots of cars over the years. We currently own six. We purchased a used car here in February and could not be more pleased. Very nice people to deal with. No pressure and very reasonable deal. We would definitely recommend Dave Kirk Chevrolet, our salesperson Mike and all the nice people here. Thanks!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful not pushy. Tyler Starling was my sales rep I told him what i was looking for and he found exactly what I wanted, gave me a good trade in on my vehicle and we made a deal. Tyler was very professional and treated me like a friend. They have my business and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

This is not my local dealership and I was treated like it. Booked an appointment online while visiting my parents to have headlights fixed and also a blinker issue looked at. I waited while the work was being diagnosed and completed. The person who checked in my vehicle needed approval for a new estimate and at that time (10:45) I was told the work should be done about 12:30 pm. It was 2:45pm when my vehicle was complete and ready. No update between those times, i was just left sitting there watching the waiting room empty out and then fill back up again. I found this extremely disrespectful to my time. When i drove away I realized they didn t fix the blinker issue and after checking the invoice they only addressed one headlight when the issue was with both. All around disappointing experience. Details count.

Scott took the worry out of everything!! My Tahoe battery was dead and we couldn't get it out of the garage to boost it! A technician was sent over to boost it, but didn't resolve our problem... so, Scott arranged for a roll back to pick up my Tahoe and took it to Dave Kirk. I had my vehicle back in a few hours!!! Thanks again!

My 1st time taking my husband's truck, he called an told them exactly what he wanted an that it would need to be done by 5 because I had to be at work shortly after. Arrived a little after 3 the man I dealt with made no eye contact didn't look at me once while doing my paperwork. Was told to wait in the lounge 2 hours later the same man comes in tells me the truck needs 2 replacement filters. Doubling the original price that my husband told me just for what he had told them he wanted. I refused. Told him I came orj for just that. He left the lounge. 20 minutes later I go to the front desk since I'm going to be late for work. The lady at the window was very nice she informed my vehicle had been done for about 15 minutes an didn't know why I hadn't been told. So I pay, she gives me the key. Its now dark I can't find my vehicle so I'm pushing the alarm button like crazy an a salesman says oh you can't find your vehicle. Well Sir nobody even told me it was done why on earth would they tell me where it was parked in the back backed into the back parking lot as I continued across the dark parking lot by myself. . As a female I would never return here alone.

I called and requested to speak to Scott in the service department. I was immediately transferred to him, I asked Scott when I could get my trucks oil changed & serviced. I was thinking it would be a couple of days, Scott told me I could bring it on down that morning and he would work me in! He also lined up Matthew to bring me home. I am very pleased and thankful I was worked in so promptly.

The Service Department processed my paperwork immediately & began the work on my car promptly. My waiting time was kept to a minimum & my car was brought to the door for me when the service work was completed. I was treated fairly, warmly, respectively & comfortably while I waited on my car to be serviced.

We brought our truck in fora lube ,oil and filter and to get the vehicle detailed. Our service advisor michael recommended that we use an additional oil treatment to prolong the engine life. Great experience.

Everything was done in a timely manner. The technician who worked on my car discovered a nail in one of my tires while rotating them. He patched the leak. It must have been a slow leak as I had noticed the air pressure in that tire was a few pounds less than the other tires but did not suspect a nail. Thank you to the technician.

Absolutely amazing people to work with! They made buying a car an enjoyable experience for once. Greg and Micah found me my dream truck and Bob delivered the dream to my driveway. We would like to thank Jason Reed and the Dave Kirk dealership for everything they did for us with the purchase of our 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 HD. A local dealer had put us into a difficult situation and with the help of Jason, were able to able to get everything resolved and finalize the purchase of our new vehicle. They even helped with the transportation of getting the 2024 to us in Pennsylvania and then picking up our 2018 trade back to them. Paperwork was over nighted for us to get the deal finalized as quickly and smoothly as possible. Jason did a face time walk around and answered all of our questions. I was on a road trip and noticed a noise coming from my rear driver side tire, I pulled over to find a nail in my sidewall. I googled a Chevy dealer near me and discovered Kirk Chevrolet. I pulled in service and met Gabe who checked inventory for the same tire. Initially he reported that he would have to order the tire and it would be the next day before it would be onsite. He asked me to wait while he double checked his inventory. Upon his return he stated they had just received four (4) tires that matched mine that had not been entered into inventory yet. He tagged my vehicle and an hour or so later I was back on the road. Kudos to Gabe for taking the extra steps to double check the in-stock availability of tire I needed.

This horrible company employs bait and switch tactics. Premotions are a lie to get people in the door and get thier personal information. Shady business practices and the use of promotional companys so they can pass the blame. People should avoid this place like the plague. Dealerships like Dave Kirk give reputable car dealers everywhere thier bad wrap. This company should be ashamed.

Took truck in for a alignment got a call saying that the alignment could not been done due to too much slop in front-end. Was told possibly wheel bearing. I would have liked to have been told exactly what was wrong and if the truck was even safe to drive and Maybe even a estimate on what it would cost to fix. Instead I was just Sent home with the truck and no other explanation.
