Wanted to give a big shout out to all the staff at the new Car Fix location. They got me in on the same day for a diesel oil change plus tire rotation. The manager Bobby went beyond necessary with a customer service issue and I will be a loyal customer from now on. They do all kinds of work and with staff like this they will do very well. It s so refreshing to have great customer service again.

Car Fix north just off of Highway 127 is awsome! Not only is the building beautiful and clean the employees are great, they are always treating you with a smile and ready to help. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to them. New state of the art building and tools and certified techs

Superior customer service. Very fast tire change. We had a flat tire while traveling and they were extremely accommodating even though in was close to closing time. Staff was amazing and friendly. Would strongly recommend.

CAR FIX was able to get me a same day appointment. Excellent customer service! Lakin went above and beyond explaining everything and even showing me a breakdown of the report they ran on my vehicle. She gave me multiple affordable options on new tires, filters, etc. They have a very nice waiting area where cold beverages & coffee are offered while waiting. They even dropped me off to pick up my son's vehicle while they were working on mine. CAR FIX is my new go to place! If I could give them 100 stars I wouldn't hesistate! These guys & gal are A1!! They've earned a lifetime customer with me and my family. Thank you CAR FIX!!

Lakin was very attentive, listened to my concerns, and kept me informed every step of the way. Bobby, the manager, introduced himself and was also eager to help fix my issues. If you re looking for a locally owned company that has your best interest and safety as a priority, this is where you need to go!! Thanks for a great experience!!

Clean store, free water and soft drinks, excellent customer service, a five oil changes for $49.95 and quick, competent care of your car makes Car Fix my go to repair shop from now on! First class, top shelf place!

Professional staff ... had a problem with my AC .. they tested and found my problem in a few hours and gave me a loaner car, while they fixed it.
