Courteous and professional staff.Parts and items we needed were in stock and placed conveniently to find.The parts clerk was very knowledgeable and most helpful.In and out in just a few minutes.Keep up the great work guys.It is a breath of fresh air to find company's that actually appreciate your business.

Just wanted to shout out Zach & the phenomenal customer service experience he played a role in. When I find myself in an auto parts store I am generally distressed before I put my car in park in the lot. From the moment I called the store looking for a part to the final checkout and warranty exchange (I did not know so even had) was complete, Zach was delightful and went above and beyond for me. Advance consistently has the most competent and caring employees and will always receive my business for that reason.

placed an order online to get 20% off my purchase and went to pick it up when I got off work after working 3rd shift. Was supposed to be ready in 30 mins and I waited in the parking lot for 45 and never received a confirmation email but the web page said my order had been placed. Was tired of waiting for the email telling me it was ready for pick up so I went in the store and my order was ready just sitting there and I could've been half way home instead of sitting there waiting for someone to email me it was ready.

Nate was extremely helpful, i came in to buy coolant and he went above and beyond for me. he checked everything under the hood, gave me prices on everything i needed now and in the future, and helped me add my coolant. i m beyond impressed with the scope of professionalism, skill, knowledge, and hospitality!! I woke up this morning with a dead battery that I got some time ago. I am a single mom, struggling to make ends meet. I knew that my son would have to make it to school on monday, and I was concerned that the warranty on my battery was expired. I went to Advance Auto only to find out the brand of battery had been discontinued. I spoke with the manager, Tommy, and he was gracious enough to honor the warranty, and replace the battery. Because of him, I was able to get my truck running, and take my son to school on Monday morning. I cannot say enough about this gentleman, not only was he kind and understanding, but he was completely professional. In a time when things have become so expensive, and it's "every man for himself" I couldn't have asked for a greater blessing. Tommy is an awesome manager and a kind, caring person. Everyone should use Advance for all their auto needs.

High tech meets low tech. So now you can get a lithium ion battery for lawnmowers, generators etc. I needed a battery for a new piece of equipment and stopped in here. They provided me with a batter that s so far, superior to the lead acid batteries of old. It s smaller, lighter and has 25% more amps. It did cost more, but if it lasts longer, it may work out to be cheaper in the long run. Plus I need a deep cell and this exceeds what I can get with a lead acid.

One of the rear break adjusters for my car broke on Memorial Day (5/29), when all of the mechanics are closed and I am from out of town. Tommy and his crew made 15+ calls during their search to help me find a replacement part. They found a part about 45 minutes away and were kind enough to go all the way to that other store to get me the part AND didn't charge me for it!! What a blessing Tommy and his crew have been!! Thanks for everything

We were struggling to find the correct U joints that properly fit my son's older Chevy truck. An employee spent well over an hour helping us, and other customers as well, find the correct parts by comparing new ones to the old ones we'd brought in and making sure they fit in the drive shafts. 10/10 service.

Had an issue with the wife s ride. Seems the battery was going bad and needed to be replaced. Nate helped me pick the right battery for my needs and even ripped the old one out and put the new one in. Plus it was nice meeting him and chatting about his love of tools and his time in the army. I ll be coming back.

Competitive prices and friendly help.UPDATE:Had occasion to go in again yesterday and a very nice gal/lady waited on me. VERY helpful and knowledgeable - if she didn't know the answer to my question she would go to the computer and check it out. Spent a good amount of time with me, showing the different options that they had to try to get my task done. MOST helpful person I've run into in an auto parts place!Later the same day, I returned with another issue and the manager on duty was able to help me with my needs!GREAT CREW on West Avenue!!!You just HAVE to give a chance with your next auto parts need.

The employee that I delt with was well he left much to be desired in regards to pleasantness, but everyone has off days I guess. OMG!!! I really hope that this is RE-reviewed! I am so sorry but, I made a mistake & just noticed it when I read the response to my review was for the Crossville Tennessee location. I was thinking of the wrong store! It was not the Crossville location. Please forgive me & rescind my complaint. I was thinking of a more recent visit in a KY. Location. All of the employees at the Crossville Tennessee location were very friendly and pleasant!!! I soooo very sorry for my mistake. I didn't realize until just now and I wrote back instantly. Please forgive me! I feel terrible !!

Main place we go for car repair-related things. Everyone that we've ever dealt with has been knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and nice as could be!There's one that we've dealt with on a couple of occasions, Nate, who goes above and beyond the definition of customer service. If we could clone him the world would be a much nicer place, every company in the world needs a Nate, we can't say enough good things about him. He's beyond a 5-star review all on his own. Thank you for taking the time to help your customers and treat them in a manner that you yourself would want to be treated. He's the epitome of the Golden Rule.

I went with my hazards on because my power went out. Got there they tested the battery and alternator. Put a new battery on, it was the alternator. Bought one. Spent 500. It was a good experience. Tommy is very professional and sociable. He is a hard worker but you can tell he likes to help people. Well go there every time I can.

Order parts online got the discount no problem when to get them when I pick them up would rush would go back do everything online and get the discount and then just pick up in the store

Very helpful! Manager was very nice and kind. He helped us when we were broken down outside of the building. Also, he was kind enough to let us stay inside the place to keep out of the heat until our ride came from over an hour away. Every employee was a big help:)

Tommy was caring & professional. He explained things clearly to an old woman and her granddaughter. He ended up saving us a good amount of money because he was honest & caring! Pretty helpful people. Good place to get car parts. Wouldn't reccomned getting the cleaning supplies their because it's pretty highly priced in my opinion.

Thank you to Tommy and staff, I visited on a very hot day and Tommy was able to assist me with a new battery and new wiper blades for my vehicle. He installed everything for me as well. I can be a difficult customer but Tommy made my shopping experience a breeze , Thank You againAdvance Auto Parts and Manager Tommy !!!

I always enjoy using the Advanced Auto Parts in Crossville, as the staff is always very friendly. They're ready to help customers with a smile on their face. It's very nice as the store is very clean and well organized with every visit I have made. A special thanks to Joshua, as he always provides the best service, will order parts if not in stock, and gives the best advise. Thanks Brittney.
