I have an 06 mini cooper S and do not live in Crossville.. We had an issue with the idler pulley and ultimately alternator which killed my new battery. I took the car to A1 from another repair shop who couldn t work on it. The folks at A1 did an outstanding job did leg work for me and kept me informed through the entire process and repaired in a timely manner. Very definitely would recommend these folks to anyone

James has always been attentive and quick. Professional ASE certified tech at its best. Definitely our go to for any vehicle issues. Aaron handled the issue for us this time and we couldn't b happier. We r back on the road.

I've been going there for over a year now. I've always been timely with their appointments. And I'm never had a problem with any of the work that they have done.. knock on wood! Highly would recommend using this shop

This was our first time going to A1 but it won't be the last. Went in for a brake problem expecting a big ticket fix. Instead it was a very simple (and cheaper) rerouting of the brake fluid cable. Thanks!

I always rely on A1 for my car maintenance. The work is completed quickly, and the mechanic always explains what was done in layman's terms. It's so great to have a shop that I trust. They're the best!

Excellent and quick service. On vacation at Fairfield Glade. The dashboard warning light: low brake fluid!" Never seen this warning before. Called the nearest car repair shop and it would not have any available appointments for three days. They recommended A 1 Auto Repair. I called at 8:30am and Aaron said come in at 1:00pm. In less than 2 hours the brake problem was diagnosed, part ordered and delivered, and brake repair completed. All of the staff and mechanics were wonderful. Moved here in June, had different issues with my cars. They were honest and up front. Did great work on my truck. They are very helpful and wonderful to talk to.

Only place I come for my car troubles. Great customer service. Honest people. Good prices. And even when they messed up one time awhile ago they took care of me. Mistakes happen but they always have done right by me and people I know.

I had my mother in law take her car there. She was nervous but James and Aaron were very nice and professional. She asked for a business card to contact them if needed. She felt very safe driving home.

Amazing! Was in a huge pinch and they didn't turn me away. When 4 others places didn't even take the time to listen to me. He said let me check and see and I will call you back. They said Friday, but since I got it there, they had a cancellation so he called and let me know he would be able to get to it sooner. I'm just very blessed he was willing to see if they could help.

2022. September .....This is BEST, most honest, very professional, caring Auto Service I have found in Cumberland County. . James and the whole Staff are Super ! He has serviced my Honda for 7 years.Tunes ups, Brakes , Fans, Radiator, A/c and Starter. He has kept her running it s a 2002And never let me down. Checked my Mom's breaks no charge and even took it for a drive to make sure it felt safe even though he was very busy. Also, 2 other people spoke highly of this business add honest and dependable. Very friendly and professional. A customer in the waiting area said this business won the best in area for years.

I'd highly recommend this garage. My wife and I were visiting from NC and had a headlight bulb go out. It's a pain when you're away from home but I called A-1 and took my car by and they had me up and going in no time. Friendly people, honest and with good service.
