I needed tires at a reasonable price. Had two cars which both required two tires each. It was nice to be told the brands and they were in stock. It was a quick install and I was treated great. Just wish they had nitrogen service to fill the tires so the tire pressure is stable.

I had gotten a flat tire in the area on 2/23/24 and had to get the tire fixed as the spare couldn't be used long term to get home 1.5 hours away. The tech that we spoke to, Will, was so helpful and friendly, as were the other techs on duty that day. We were asked multiple times from different techs if we could be helped while we were waiting. Will fixed the tire, and made sure we were good to go by checking and another tech double checking the work. Thanks Will! Would definitely recommend!

STAY AWAY! it might be convenient but they're way too careless with their work. I got two new tires put on and my other two rotated. They didn't balance the new tires. They cross-threaded EVERY SINGLE LUG... ALL 16 LUGS... They came out and said "just wanted to let you know. We cross threaded all your lugs and didn't notice til we impacted everything down." Seriously? This caused another $100 in damages and that's not even including the cost of fixing their installation. Car is driving worse than ever now. Truly a waste of money. I'm waiting to see how they respond but so far they just said "don't take your wheels off until you're ready to replace all your hubs". Not an acceptable answer by any means.

I had a flat on my back driver side tire, plugged it, aired it up, and decided to go ahead and get two new tires, so I dropped by this place thinking it would be easy and simple. I was so wrong. I was told it would be a 6 hour wait (past closing) and the tires I needed weren't in stock, and to order them online and set up an appointment. The tires I needed showed up online as in stock at the store, but we still had to wait another week for the appointment and then have them put on. I showed up for the appointment and had to explain that I wanted the back tires replaced, the best two of the three good tires put on the front, and the flat tire removed. I had to explain this four times. I was in a rush and didn't think they could mess this up. I was so wrong again.The next day, I noticed the front driver side tire is flat! And it was missing its valve stem cap! I was too busy to fix it and thankfully have had a friend help me out with their vehicle. When I finally had time to look at it, I saw that it was the flat tire they had put on the front! I'm without an air compressor and tire plug kit right now, so I called the auto department and the guy told me to bring it into the store. I explained how I couldn't, but I really needed my vehicle that had been out of commission for two weeks now due to their mistakes. He then said there was nothing he could do. WHAT? I can't believe this is a professional place of business. Please avoid at all costs if you need any auto work done. They cannot and will not follow simple instructions, will mess up your vehicle, and then you are SOL and on your own unless you have free time to dedicate to their mess ups.Service: Tires

I got a flat tire halfway through a four hour drive so I had my car towed to the Walmart before finding a hotel for the night. I found out in the morning my car was parked in an inconvenient spot but the manager and auto team were very understanding and friendly and got me set up with a new tire and back on the road. I am very grateful for everyone s help in my time of need.

They get the job done at a pretty cheap rate. The new upgrades to their waiting room are gladly accepted since you will almost certainly be waiting a while for your vehicle to be completed. I had a single tire replaced and was there for about 2 hours. Granted I don't know how long a tire takes to replace so I am content on leaving 4 stars.

You wait forever then they don't fill your fluids when you get an oil change. ( 2 of my kids vehicles) Gonna go somewhere else for oil changes from now on. My daughter's car was completly empty of coolant! And no there's not a leak. That was my furst thiught. The other locations I've been too were great. This one not so much.... I gave 2 stars because the tires we got were nice but it took 2 hours to get them done.Services: Tires, Oil change

They are very slow and seem disorganized. The check in area is not easily identifiable. This isn't the first time I've been there. Never plan for a quick service. It's always an hour and a half plus. Tires... Just leave it in the morning and hope it's done after work. Outside of the EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE, the staff is nice and the work area is kept clean. Let me not forget the Check Out area. This area needs to have 2 (TWO) POS points. One for the casual customer and the other for the service dept. There's absolutely no reason a customer should have to wait another 30 minutes in line after waiting 2+ hours.I'd give a 5 star rating if they could resolve the Painfully Slow issues

Called to balance tires. Said there was one car in front of me so ill be next. I get there and all of a sudden a 2hr wait for basic repairs like tire plugs, tire mount balance. The technicians look like they had no ASE certifications. Very poor excuse if technicians. I wouldn't trust them to put my windshield wiper blades on.

Pulled in 12:45 knew what I wanted for tires(2); did my shopping check by the tire center car was ready at 1:30. Very pleased with Wal-Mart tire center of Rockwood. I go with the Douglas tires; inexpensive and made by Goodyear second pair no problems. If it was anywhere else I firmly believe it would've been an all afternoon ordeal in which I don't have time for.

Came in for an oil change and got told it would be an hour and half to 2 hours. Said there is only 2 of them and wanted me to wait. Management walked by and didn't say a word to me. One guy had a 30 year badge. Won't be back and just shake my head on how the super stores stay open with service like this.

VERY slow service, and they act like they don't want to do anything other than stand around and talk. It took 3 hours to change 1 tire, and i had to ask for my keys back twice after i paid them. I don't recommend using this Walmart tire service unless you Really need to.

I got my oil changed here regularly for at least 2.5 years. Everything was fine until one of the mechanics stripped my oil pan plug. I dealt with Jeff from management, and he did all he could to fix the issue as quickly as possible. They covered the expense of the part, repair, towing, and offered rental. I wasn't able to get the rental due to my age, and the fact that it wasn't through an insurance claim. (Which management tried vigorously to keep the cost under their $500 deductible so it didn't have to be. Tsk tsk) This caused me to miss work the next day. Fortunately, a family member loaned me their extra vehicle during the repair time. I done some research on the issue and found that this had happened several times to others due to the types of plugs Walmart uses. I haven't been back since, but this was the only issue I ever had, so its a strong 3 for me.

Very slow... I had a flat tire and was in a hurry to get to work... But, the staff didn't seem interested... They had long gossip sessions with coworkers and took their sweet time...

I called said there was on car in the bay I would be next, arrived 5 mins later and waited around for another 8 mins before anybody came to talk to me then they said it would be another 2 hours before they could get done with a m+B on a set of tires and a plug very slow and disorganized need new management and employees customer service in the bay is the worse I've seen anywhere

I just spent over two hours waiting for them to put two tires on my car, and when u want to play there were fees on there that were not explained at the beginning. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

We had a incident on the interstate.. blew a tire...they fixed it and had us on our way within a 30 minute time...awesome!

Always my go to place to get an oil change. Also tire prices are reasonable and doesn't take forever to replace them.

Always a three plus hour wait even if there are no cars in the bay. Impossible to get tires without waiting forever or scheduling an appointment two days out. Poor customer service.

The tech Jason was VERY RUDE they also just threw my toy tire in my trunk on top of all of my pictures and things I had in my trunk!

Extremely slow service for having no customers. I had two lawnmower tires mounted onto wheels. 3 hours later the new tires were mounted.

Over and hour to have a battery replaced. No one explained pricing to me. The man that wrote up ticket could not answer any of my questions either. Step it up Rockwood!!
