Excellent service and fair prices. Sometimes the prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for and it would be hard to find a reputable garage that charges less.

I called Addison s after a recommendation from another customer. They checked my car and let me know everything that was wrong with it and the breakdown cost of each repair. I declined what services I didn t want and they fixed what was authorized. Added in the oil change and then the brake replacement. Very thorough and friendly staff. They got my ac up and running after 3 weeks of not having ac. It was costly for the issue but I was glad to have ac back and hopefully no further issues.Nicest people .even gave me a ride back home while they worked on my vehicle . so I didn t have to wait in the shop. Once my vehicle was done ..they came and picked me back up and returned me to my vehicle.Southern hospitality at its finest. I appreciate business like this and will return if I have any further issues.Oh yeah .they also have checked with me since leaving the shop to make sure I was still good .who does that in this day and time .Addison s!Service: Air conditioning

Although we had a lot of repairs to do, we thought we were treated fairly. Most recently we had the rotors replaced & Toyota is notorious for using poor quality rotors,so we upgraded. Great service, went above and beyond. I am from Ohio and was on my way home when my car needed service on 4/29/2023. They got me going in minutes as thought I was going to be there for days. I was traveling for work from the Knoxville TN area heading back to Iowa on Interstate 40 when the water pump went out of my company truck, leaving me stranded on the interstate. Addison's Complete Auto Repair was able to get my truck in and repaired the same afternoon knowing how far I still had to travel back home. They were remarkably quick to diagnose my truck and get me a quote right away. Super impressed with their work, promptness and care and kindness for a customer over 500 miles from home. I took my 2001 ford explorer sport to this shop for problems with my acceleration, after initial testing they found multiple non engine issues, other than loose spark plugs and airbox. Unconvinced, I payed $125 for level 1 diagnostic testing, $125 for Assessing customer concerns and $88 to tighten spark plugs. Along with fixing the differentials, got a call later offering to fix what I thought was the ball joints for no additional labor (was wheel bearings instead). After work was done I went to pick it up and was assured of no further engine issues. Car battery was dead on arrival, had to get jumped. A few days later acceleration issues happened again, took it too my home mechanic who checked it for free and within a short time told my my transmission was shot. Asked the first shop if they had found transmission issues in the complete diagnostic was told they found none and that their transmission work was typically outsourced. Extremely disappointed this complete auto center was unable to find this issue.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Auto maintenance

Most OVER PRICED "shop" I've ever encountered in my entire life! Completely and totally took advantage of me! My truck requires 2 batteries to crank the diesel engine it has. This crook charged me $110 to disconnect the battery cables on two batteries, lift the 2 old batteries out, set the 2 new ones into place and reconnect the cables! I've got my invoice scanned and would be more than happy to share it. He DOES NOT HAVE HIS HOURLY LABOR RATES POSTED ANYWHERE on the premises! There's a reason for that. He wanted my vehicle and almost got it. Rude and obnoxious doesn't begin to describe his attitude! This guy doesn't deserve business, he deserves to be in jail!Service: Engine repair

update: in response to the owner. I was not charged 1,042. The total was 1,183.59, so closer to 1200. Also my brakes had not been neglected for a very long time. I had a complete brake job replacing calipers etc in the very last day of 2019 for 450. I have a receipt to prove it. Not sure how my brakes could have been in that bad a shape in a year and a half. You never mentioned a warranty but it is nice to know. I hope these brakes last longer than the last. Thank you for your service.The staff is very kind and helpful. My truck is running fine. I'm not sure if I would use them again though. I was charged 1200 for brakes and ball joints. I have checked around since then and found this was probably a very over charged job. We needed a new motor for our vehicle. I was calling around for various estimates, as this is not a cheap fix! Randall was completely honest with me from the very start of our conversation. Customer service is a huge pet peeve of mine and they definitely earned our business due to this! We received updates as to the progress and our vehicle was complete before the given time frame! Their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE didn't stop when we picked up the vehicle! We'd most definitely recommend and use Addison's again should the need arrive! Thank you Addison's!Service: Engine repair

Genuinely awesome experience! I was traveling 800 mi away from home, alone, when my car started to make terrible sounds. I had to call every shop in the area, but only Addison welcomed me. They diagnosed the problem (caliper and rotor were screwed because a braking pad fell off) and offered a couple of options to fix it, which they did in record time. Like, an hour at max! I was back on the road, silent car, smooth drive. They saved the day, were honest and professional. That would be my mechanic shop if I lived in TN!

I went to Addisons on Gateway Ave in Rockwood TN on March 14th and paid 2,754.00 for mechanical work to my van. One of the things I paid for was front end wheel Barrens. A month later I had to get an altnator and the mechanic that put the altnator on for said your front wheel Barrens are bad so I went down to addisons spoke with Randell whom I paid almost 3 00.00 dollars to and he said oh your under warranty I'll fix so I took my van down there the next day. He called me after 42 minutes and said do you want me to fix the back wheel Barrens. I went and picked up my van and nothing was different I could hear the load noise of bad front wheel Barrens so I took my van to another mechanic and he said your front wheel Barrens are bad. He also said your back wheel Barrens are not bad. I called Randell and he will not give me any of my money back and there is no telling what else he said he fixed but actually did not fix. I felt the day I paid him that it was a mistake I should have listened to my gut but I thought I could trust him.

These people are life savers! My fiancee and I were coming from Cookeville to buy a used vehicle in Knoxville at Grayson-Hyundai-Subaru and the vehicle ended up having missing motor mounts and a radiator hose that was cracked in many places. Long story short, I managed to limp the car to Rockwood, TN. Then it overheated on the side of I-70 and, me not being a car guy, I couldn't understand the problem. I made a few calls to local tow trucks but no one was available. Then a local police officer stops to see if we need help. Most friendly guy you could ask for in that situation. He actually recommended Addison's to us. They got me fixed and outta there as fast as you could expect. Problem was solved 2 days later with new motor mounts and radiator hose. Thanks so much guys. Ill always recommend yall to anyone in that area!! I went from stuck in seemingly the middle of nowhere, to back on the couch with my new vehicle (runs smoother than ever) sitting in the driveway. My husband and I have been looking for a good, reliable, affordable place to take our vehicles. We decided to go to Addisons and sure enough we love it. The receptionist Amanda is awesome and all of the mechanics are too and very hard working. They got my car in ship shape in no time. It didnt cost an arm and a leg either. We will recommend this place to everyone and will definitley be going back!

My buddy and I were traveling back home to Maine in my van when we had to limp into their shop in the middle of the night. Two days later and a new wheel hub assembly later we were back on the road. I took my truck in for some overdue brake service. They found another issue that I was unaware of, and repaired that, as well. They were also very helpful in confirming that I was still having a problem with an fluid leak that had supposedly been repaired at a dealer service center. We were traveling through the state and broke down in Rockburg. Randall took great care of us, got us in right away on a Friday afternoon before closing and fixed us right up. Three other shops said they couldn t help us because of closing soon. We are so thankful for the care and service we received! Thank you for taking care of us and getting us back on the road towards home!

I called this mechanic's shop and explained what I had going on with my car. The woman on the phone was helpful and courteous as we talked. They got the car in and fixed in a reasonable time. Once I got my car back, they contacted me to make sure I was satisfied. I'm very pleased!!!!
