NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! Communication is not their strong point! They were very nice in the beginning. However things took a turn after they released our truck (that was not theirs) to the insurance towing company WITHOUT our consent nor knowledge. I went up to get a few things out of the truck on 2/1, told the guy that walked me to the truck that my husband would be back later to pick up the remaining items out of the truck, his reply yes mam . I walked out the door NO ONE asked if we were done with the vehicle. My husband goes back that afternoon to finish cleaning out things, they tell him it s not there, said they assumed that were done with it never once asked. The insurance called them on 1/30 told them they needed owner authorization, Danielle gave the good to go to the recovery service on 1/31 so they dispatched the tow truck to Hoffmanns .. why was I not told when I came in on 2/1 that they told ins it was good to go?Then my husband has to go to Nashville to finish getting the belongings out of his truck only to find $1500 worth of power tools/ tool sets are gone. We would not be in this mess we are in now trying to figure out where things are if they had not released the truck. We should have been informed and signed a release or asked if we were finished. Will update this review when things get solved.

Not only was my truck well taken cared of. Fixed beautifully and quickly. The office ladies took care of all of the lnsurance stuff for me, they got back to me when I had questions. Great service and shop.

Danielle & Debra are the most sweetest and helpful ladies I have ever came across. They had my car since August and was very helpful and worked with me on getting my payments done for them fixing the bumper on my car due to me having finacial trouble. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I LOVE YOU LADIES AND GONE MISS YOU!! But I will be by to visit time from time! Without yall being patience with me I don't know what I would've done to got my car back. I'm most definitely recommend everyone I know to come to you!!! If you need anyone who cares for your car and can work with you on a payment plan for your car these ladies are the ones to come too. 100/100 RECOMMEND! I could go on and on about them because THEY ARE THAT GOOD!!! Once again Danielle & Debra... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!! Keep being the kind and sweet ladies that you are !!!BY THE WAY, my car looks GREEEAT! Can't even tell that my bumper/trunk was damaged!!! Looks brand new!!! Thanks to the body repair guys you are the best !!

I took my car here and they did so wonderful. the office lady was super sweet and helped and talked me through everything I needed to fix. They got it done within the time that I was given and I haven t had a problem with my car since. Affordable price and a uch a wonderful place 5 STARS !!!!!!

New Colorado was in a minor wreck. Called them to see what scheduling looked like. They estimated, ordered parts, and set an appointment that day. Took less time than expected. Looks great, runs and back to original. Trace and the people there are super polite and very efficient in what they do.

Recently had my car worked on here. It started out well. Has an estimate of about a month to get my car back. I called after a month and the work hasn't started due to insurance not approving the work. Got that sorted out and had to then wait on parts. Then I heard "2 more weeks" for the next 2 months. Ultimately took a little over 3 months. I finally got a call to come pick up my car. When I got there the repaired portion of the car looked good at first glance. This is where this goes down hill. The rest of my car was covered with over spray. It felt like it just had sandpaper all over the car. I had to spend an entire weekend removing overspray with a clay mit and polisher. I still have overspray on my windows. The door jambs have overspray still to this day and under the paint in the jambs there is trash where they didn't prep properly. The passenger side pillar has clear coat runs down the entire thing so I have to wet sand and fix that in the coming weeks. That same pillar has spots where they just painted over paint chips in the original paint. The engine bay looked perfectly clean when I dropped it off and the car came back to me with it looking like I raced the car on a dirt track. Everything was covered in dust and overspray. I received the car with sandwich bag full of random hardware in my trunk and I have no clue where it goes. The deck lid has 0 screws holding it on. I only had 2 holding it on prior but those are gone. The receipt of repairs I have shows that they replaced my rear valance but all they did was take the old one off, paint 1 of the 3 panels in a fresh mat black and reinstall it. If you are going to LIE and do this AT LEAST PAINT ALL 3. This wouldn't be an issue if they didn't say they replaced it. This alone is the reason I'll never use this company again. Sketchy practices for them to put more money in their pockets while your car comes back to you in shambles.if you as a business underestimates a project you need to eat that mistake. Don't put customer car value at stake because of it ESPECIALLY after that customer called you and told you your quote was way too low to begin with. I don't do this work for a living but I can look up what parts cost and the parts alone were significantly higher than the original quote.if you just need a simple fender replaced then this place can likely help you but if your car is more than just a ride to work don't bring it here. The body work guy does a great job but whoever reassembles and preps these for customers just does a piss poor job. I have been told by a few people to bring it back and let them make it right but quite frankly after this I just don't trust them to do it.

I used Hoffmans for my brand new Toyota Camry that just came out and they were able to not only efficiently fix it, but the car looked like it had never been in a wreck. They also followed up with me to make sure several months later that the car was doing well and to see if I needed anything. They also hand washed it for 90 days until I could run it through a car wash again. I would say they went above and beyond and I would definitely use them in the future. Thanks to Danielle and the owner for being such great people to work with. We will use you again in the future.

Super helpful people. My back quarter panel got bent and could've damaged my tire while I was out of state.They took care of it quickly and cheaply

They had my 2017 Honda it had major front end damage, the guys there had it for about 3 weeks kept me in the loop on progress and to say I am happy is a understatement it looks better then when it was new. I would definitely recommend Hoffman's for any body work needed. My daughter's car was rear ended and I took it to Hoffman's. Once repairs and paint were done, it looked like it was a brand new car.
