I took my car here to get multiple things fixed after it was stolen. I was given an estimate when I dropped it off and they told me if they got any savings on parts they d pass it down to me, I thought whatever of it. When I arrived to pick it up (almost 3 weeks earlier than was expected too) my total was 900 dollars cheaper. These are good people who do good work, I won t take my cars anywhere else.

I brought my car to Mark's Automotive for what I thought was a faulty sensor after seeing the stellar reviews. Turned out to be a much larger issue and far more involved than they were able to take on, but they were very helpful with recommendations on how to proceed and seemed genuinely empathetic about the bad news they had to give me. I will most certainly use these guys in the future for other repairs as they seem to be honest, charge fair prices, and have great communication with keeping customers updated on vehicle statuses.

This review is from Lem's wife as he moved to Heaven last August. When we married in 2012, he introduced me to Mark, his trusted mechanic and friend. It has been with much gratitude to Lem and Mark that I have a good man to take my truck to when it needs repair. Mark's Son is just as fine and reliable. I don't have to worry about a thing. Just only this truck is showing its age, and needs some regular TLC from Mark's Automotive!

I highly recommend Mark s Automotive Repair to anyone who lives in Nashville. They were able to schedule my appointment for the next day and called before performing any work to inform me of the cost and receive consent before moving forward. They were very clear on how long the car will take to fix and what was needed. They were very fair on their pricing, provided amazing work and top notch customer service.

I can t say enough about how thankful we are to have Mark s. It s clear in how they operate that they take customer satisfaction extremely seriously. They have a long serving staff (because they care for their people, as well) that we have gotten to know and trust. Their work has always been top quality, and on multiple occasions they have recommended we NOT do work because it wasn t worth the cost to us. I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else.

This place is the best. They treat you like a human being and not someone that they re trying to take advantage of. Their quotes are really accurate and the work is always high quality. They re really good at communicating and keeping you updated about what s going on. I feel like it s just a really honest, high quality and friendly shop. It s a really rare experience any more to find a place like this. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs any car work done. I take all of my family vehicles to Mark s and they have always been honest and upfront with what repairs are needed. They will also let me choose what work to get done with no pressure to do everything they recommend. This last time, my vehicle was ready two days ahead of schedule. This is not always the case but they definitely do their best to get vehicles repaired in a timely manner. Took our car in for squeaky brakes. Mechanic couldn t find anything unusual and said brakes were good. Very honest and charged only for time assessing the issue. Mark s didn t try to upsell and that kind of business is few and far between these days.

VERY honest and reliable mechanics. Got me a big discount and fixed mg transmission in a matter of 2 days. Junior helped me fix it up so I can sell it again. Forever my car shop now.

Came in with a seized wheel bearing and bad axel. They had the repairs done within one afternoon and were quite personable and accomidating. I cannot reccomend these guys enough.

My 2002 Nissan Xterra wouldn't start and I had it towed to Marks(after business hours) the next day I called them and explained what happened and they told me how much to diagnose the problem. Once I agreed to that they called me back in a hour or two and told me what the issue was and how much it would be to fix it and that I'd have it back the same day. The prices are very affordable and the people are excellent. I would 100% recommend this place if your having any kind of car trouble. This is the 2nd car I've had them take care of and I'll continue to be a loyal customer. Update, so my 2012 GMC Acadia died on me today so I took it up to Mark's automotive and I'm waiting to see what's wrong with it I'm sure they're going to do a fantastic job like they always do I would 100% recommend this repair shop
