September, 2018 I brought in a 2000 Ford Excursion that had the roof badly rusted. It was a major job. I had two other body shops look at it and both of them were talking about how hard it would be to sandblast it. W2W, on the other hand, said "you don't want to sandblast it, that will thin the metal" and recommended using a treatment that "converts rust to black primer." I had never heard of such a thing and, though I was a little skeptical (sounds like voodoo to me) I let them do it. I figured I would wait awhile before leaving a review since rust is one of those things easy to cover up initially, but comes back to haunt you if you don't take care of it. March 2020 the top still looks good and I couldn't be happier. I would use them again. Thanks for a job well done.

I have had my car detailed and rear bumper replaced at Wheel 2 Wheel. Both experiences were good. Not only did they replace bumper, but suctioned out additional dents for original estimate price. Furnished pick up and delivery service, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend.Carolyn R.

By far the best autobody shop I ve ever dealt with. Fast turn around, fair prices, and most importantly perfect results! They painted my hood and the color and gloss matched perfectly. A year later I had a dent on the trunk of my car repaired and the results were astonishing...you wouldn t even know it ever had a dent, even while looking at it from an angle in the glare lighting. I ve had minor surface scratches repaired there as well and have always been pleased with the results. I m a customer for life. Good people over there. Highly recommended.

Chris and his staff did a great job repairing the fender and repainting my Mercedes C230. Matched the paint perfectly and returned the car to me cleaner than when I brought it in. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family for all their automotive needs as their other shop People's Choice does excellent mechanical repair as well.

The best in Oak Ridge. Fantastic service. Experienced mechanics. Cost effective. Honest as any I have met. Upfront. No games. Work is above what anyone can expect. Chris Lane is a real gentleman! Thanks for everything. I'll be back for years. I'm a retired teacher of chemistry and know nothing about cars except when it's done right for the right price.

I had an accident on the interstate and was towed to this place. They were all super friendly, no problem at all. As soon as the insurance company told me, my truck was totaled, I contacted wheel2wheel to take the break controller out and mail it to me. As of today I have not received my break controller and get no more responses when reaching out to them. Very disappointing since it first appeared to be a great and honest place.

My car was towed to wheel to wheel after an accident. After keeping it 30 dsys(the maximum for a rental) had already planned on taking back to have another item fixed that was unrelated. They did inform me I needed brakes what time it was there and did I want them done (only 600.00) dont think so. After getting home discovered the horn no longer worked and the bumper wasnt adjusted correctly. Called and Chris said to bring it back and drop it off and they would adjust but I would have to pay for another rental. No thank you I didnt feel as if I should have to pay for a rental when they didnt do the job correctly to begin with. With that being said no I did not take it back to have the other item done. Very rude in my opinion would NOT recommend them

One of my favorite places to work. I recently started working there again. Me and my brother Stoney are the technicians performing the work in the shop. The owner/manager, Chris Lane, is upgrading the business and we are planning to build up the clientele and the shop in order to be a trusted, professional and preferred collision repair company.This community has a need for a complete and competitive professional automotiverepair center. My wife and I were in a accident where we had some serious problems with our car and needed to have it fixed. We were bounced back and forth between 3 other repair shops in Oak Ridge that strung us along for nearly a week to get our car fixed. (While we're paying for a rental car.) Eventually we found our way to Wheel to Wheel and in two days the car was fixed and at a much lower cost than any of the other shops we had gone to. Wish we had just used them first. Will from now on though. Very pleased with the prompt and helpful service.

I have a rather unusual vehicle for this area. It was a recent purchase and it has a ton of issues. These guys took it on without any complaints. They did an amazing job. If you need work done, take it to them. I won't ever go anywhere else again.

At Wheel 2 Wheel, they are meticulous about getting the job done right and to assure the customer is satisfied even if it cost them more. It took my repair longer than anticipated, but they were making sure the job was done right despite unanticipated obstacles. I highly recommend Wheel 2 Wheel!

My car was hit by an errant golf ball recently. I took it to the guys at Wheel 2 Wheel who were able to make the repair and it looks as good as new now! I now have all my cars serviced there and would refer them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable car care service. Thank you!

Chris and Eddie are great. My car was repaired 2 days before they said it would be done. when I picked it up, it was cleaner then the day I got it. this place is 5 STAR.

Wheel 2 Wheel - Chris Lane!!! : One of the best experiences I happened to have in the United States is to have met with Chris Lane. I had an accident on I-40 driving back from Nashville to Richmond a few miles before Oak ridge. My insurance company contacted Wheel 2 Wheel for assessing the damages and towing the car. There started my interaction with Wheel 2 Wheel.....When the car was decided to be totaled by the insurance, Chris lane is the one who helped me understand what my car is worth and helped me a lot in dealing with the insurance company. I could have lost a good amount if wheel 2 wheel had not voluntarily come forward to help and make me realize that I deserve better.......all this has been done without even being asked especially during a tougher time for me. You can't ask for more from an auto body shop.As far as repairs are concerned, I wouldn't have to tell you - all the earlier reviews would testify their capabilities!!! In case people happen to decide which auto body n repair shop to go

I worked with Eddie who prepared an estimate to fix my 2008 Honda Ridgeline. They not only fixed damage from the accident but also several small dings, which were not even discussed, at no additional charge. Eddie said he would not feel right letting the truck leave his shop without looking new; and it did. My son just had another fender bender and I will be taking the truck back to Wheel 2 Wheel Collisoin Repair.

Fixed my window in an hour. Super nice and friendly. Cleaned up the glass in it, as well. Only issue is the lack of waiting room and the mess in the store. However, will use for future car repairs.

I highly recommend this place and the Man In Charge Chris was beyond polite respectful and help me with prevention's and maintenance so I would not have to immediately return to have my car worked on which saves me money in the long run I'm a Burger King worker I don't have much money and he worked with me I have too many good things to say about the people there and the service

I would never recommend using this place I have taken my car here 3 times and never again, the first time they fixed something that wasn't wrong with the car, and did not fix the part I specifically told them I needed fixed, then this last time I took my car there because they had worked out payments with me before and made it seem like it would not be an issue to do this again as long as I paid my balance so needless to say I gave them every penny to my name and then some so for the last 2 days no one could even tell me what was going on with my car first it was ready then it wasn't then it was fixed then the part never came in it was only last night they decided to tell me I couldn't take the car unless I pay full balance or put a check on hold who still uses checks?? they could have informed me of this before I brought my car, I would not recommend any one use this place unless you like things not done correctly and being jerked around for days on end and he assured me he was cheaper than pep boys but turns out that was false as well the radiator and thermostat at pep boys was only 300, but at his shop it was over 500.
