It's always a pleasure getting my car taken care of at Ben Franklin. The service center always provides exceptional service! Jaime always makes me feel welcome and answers any questions I have. He always has a friendly smile that makes me feel welcome every time I drop my vehicle off. If you have any car issues this is the place to go!!

I bought my car here and have had it serviced only here. Jaime T. is an awesome rep and is very helpful. However, all 4 times I ve come in my car was never cleaned as it was supposed to be. Jaime gave me a card for a free full detail to make up for this. I called this past Friday to make an appointment for Monday. I asked to speak to Jaime and the individual who answered the phone informed me that he was Jaime (we found out later he was not)I asked him for a total on the service and he informed me that is was $300 for everything. I was also informed with the services I needed for my vehicle and the full detail cleaning that they would need the car all day. My brother and I went to the nearby movie theatre to kill time until 5 o clock. We got a call back at 1230 letting us know the car was ready. Confused us because they said they needed the car all day. Turns out no detail cleaning was done (apparently the individual who did the appointment did not put it in there) and the $300 I was told it would be turned into $425. We paid 125 more then we were supposed to and the car still never got detailed, and we spoke to a rep that was pretending to be someone else (disturbing). When I informed the manager what occurred all they could say was thank you for bringing this to my attention you could tell they could all care less. The guy who sold me the car Does not work there anymore unfortunately as he would have addressed the matter I m sure. so highly disappointed in ole Ben Franklin Mitsubishi. Have to find somewhere else to take my Buisness now.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My #1 place for all my auto needs....both vehicles! Best all around service I've ever had. Customer service is top notch & service dept folks are the best!I have purchased 3 vehicles with Ole Ben & never disappointed. Sales & service are very helpful. Jamie and Daniel were great! They kept me informed of the progress of the maintenance. Jamie even drove me across the street so I could spend the time they were working on the car in a local restaurant. Very friendly, very professional - I would definitely recommend. So, for my car particularly. A simple oil change is almost $100 and I have a single income household. So obviously that would sting a little. So I take it to ole Ben at 9711 Kingston pike and that $100 oil change is just under $30 so that's a huge saving! Every time I take my 4 year old son with me, the service manager (Jeff) and the receptionist (Amber) play with him, and help me keep him entertained. Thank you ole Ben. Jaime was amazing and very helpful. Got our car in for some minor radio issues and some electrical. All under warranty and kept us informed about what they were doing. Told us they turned in a request to fix our phone charger and would get in touch with us when they found out. We recently used Ole Ben Franklin, in Oak Ridge, to paint the hood of our Chevy suburban. They did an amazing job and it looks brand new! Every employee that I dealt with was professional and very kind. Unable to complete all repairs. They sent me to another shop unable to complete the repairs for another week. I've already been without vehicle I bought from them 2 weeks ago. And still getting run around on getting repairs completed. Will never buy a car from them again nor recommend them. All I hear now is negative remarks about them from other people. Had wife's warranty repair done. Repaired a/c condenser, recharged a/c system. Replaced failed touch screen on radio. Very helpful and made repairs in a timely fashion. Was taken in immediately and the service manager walked me to the waiting area showed me where to wait offered me refreshments while I waited. Came to inform me when the oil change and tire rotation was done. Wash my vehicle and walked me to my SUV. Do not buy from here!!!! We are paying $50k for a truck we bought from them, and before we even made out first payment, the engine light came on. We contacted Ole Ben about it, and they set us up an appointment, when we got there they told us they can't do anything about it because or our warranty. Service area is rude as could be and said unless the engine is knocking they won't touch the truck. When we bought the truck, they failed to explain what our warranty covered and did not cover. Very sloppy dealership

Had my car for 10 days to replace the radiator then even after an estimate for cost and my insurance agreement for repairs after work was completed held my car hostage for two more days to get two hundred more dollars from my insurance before releasing a customer his car who has purchased two new vehicles from them. So had no concern for fast turn around and overly priced radiator repair. The roadside assistance when car broke down took seven hours for mitsubishi road side to finally come get my vehicleService: General repairs & maintenance
