This was my first time using the service department and I was really empressed. There was a little miscommunication between one of the members and myself but it was taken care of quickly and professionally. They were to do service on my Titan Truck. Paid for it. Guess what, they didn't do any service. Just charged for it. Now having problems. The service at this dealership is awful. Went back 3 times. All they did was play on the computer. There is no one in the service department who cares about customers. Not one person looked under the hood. If they had they would have seen no work done. This service department is awful. Their mechanics don't care to do the job they were paid to do. Make sure to check your vehicle before leaving. If you are a disabled older person have someone that can check for you. Especially if you are a woman.

I went here to get my Nissan checked on and find the source of a noise that had been occurring. I dropped it off and asked them to do the 127 thousand mile check up that i specified while making the appointment online. I also asked them to change the cabin air filter just because i didnt know how to. I come back 5 hours later to them saying they know whats been causing the noise my car makes only they didn't fix it. I asked them if the problem they found would cause issues if left unfixed. The mechanic gave an enthusiastic, "Oh yeah!" And laughed. So I'm left to wonder whats funny and, why they didn't call and ask me if maybe I would've wanted that taken care of during the 5 hour wait. The reason its not a 1 star is because while they didnt change my air filter they did show me how to and not charge me the 70 dollars for an install of a 30 dollar filter. All in all I do not recommend and will not be returning when I can get an oil change for the same price and a lot faster at Valvoline.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Everyone was really nice to us. Andy had numerous people to help us get the vehicle that we wanted. He explained everything to us he answered all of our questions. And we want to thank everyone that was involved in our process. Thank you so much

I took my daughter's Rogue in 4A window problem. While I was there they asked if I wanted it serviced also. I didn't realize it was overdue so we did that too. The service desk was very helpful, they were very nice, and knew what they were talking about. 5 Stars +!

Very awesome group of people. Always friendly and helpful and recommend cheaper solutions when possible. Very highly recommended. Always very thorough. Just got to my 18000 miles mark and completed my routine service and still extremely happy with my decision.

Service done in the time they said it would take. People who checked us in were fast and friendly. It was a little crowded and busy, though. Went on a Monday at 10:00. I suggest that you make appointment online from their website. We did not wait in customer lounge area, so can't comment about it. There is a nice Dunkin nearby to hang out while you wait.

Josh was our salesman and he was the best! We did some negotiating and I m driving away in a new Rogue which is what I came for. Josh made a normally stressful situation a breeze and I will come back to him in the future. We are very satisfied with Josh and everyone we encountered at Oak Ridge Nissan!!

Just purchased a brand new 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. The color is perfect and Doug Philpot was absolutely amazing. He described everything to me in a way I understood. He walked me around the vehicle and actually took the time to get to know me as a person. A much better experience this go around for sure

I will never go to this place ever again they do not do what they can do for you sorry but they let us walk out over $25.00 on for a payment told us we didn't qualify to get a bigger vehicle that we wanted so we went someone else and guess what we got a newer bigger vehicle that we did qualified for and they worked with us and more friendly with us.

The "service engine soon (SES)" yellow light in my car was blinking for a few days and I went to the Oak Ridge Nissan Service Department to get it fixed. The next day when they had me an appointment they charged me $175.58 for the diagnostic and told me few parts need replacement and it would cost about $1250. That includes their labor cost, how generous of them. The next day, I searched on youtube and by tightening the gas cap surprisingly the SES light disappeared. I wonder if the things that were suggested to be replaced actually need replacement or those were just some items to add to my bill. Very surprised and I wonder if they can be trusted. The $176 diagnostic charge (which is huge to me) is gone anyway!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I Charlotte carr just bought a 2018 Honda Civic SI from oak ridge Nissan. The experience was wonderful,they worked with us in every way they could and guess what I got the car at the payment where I was comfortable. I give my sales man Doug Philpot a high level 10 for doing a great job. Thank you.

We have low credit and RJ was able to get us out of there NO MONEY down in a brand new 2020 Nissan. They have excellent customer care just over all one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car dealership.

Great and Fast and Friendly Service! Have a nice pretty spacious waiting room with comfy seats and plenty of drinks and snacks to enjoy while you wait for your vehicle service to be completed.
