Walked into the shop to get a timing belt done on my Volkswagen diesel. Talked with Aaron, he gave me a quote on the spot. The quote was very reasonable and I felt comfortable. So I scheduled the job. Aaron is a true professional. my car was done on time and with zero issues.

Our car broke down while we were visiting from out of state and they were able to get us back on the road the next day. Aaron was extremely helpful, and they were able to diagnose and fix a variety of issues. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

When the Knoxville Kia dealership was confused about my simple request to look at my Kia Soul, Import Automotive Professionals was able to fix my car the very next day. They took pictures of the damaged engine parts and gave me a fair price. The thoroughness and transparency was a pleasant surprise, so this will be my first choice in repair shops going forward.

I took my Vehicle in for an oil change (Aaron ) was straight forward on cost and quality of the parts that he used. There s nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry and (Aaron) owned it. It was a pleasure doing business and getting to know him! Definitely will be back. Aaron is a top notch mechanic that is honest & highly competent at Subaru repairs. Upon arrival of my new engine from Subaru, he had it installed & running like a top in only 2 days. He also replaced the rear bearings & front tie rods.If you want someone that does above average work he's the man to go to.I'll be bringing all my cars to him from now on.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

This experience was phenomenal. I have been looking for that small local shop that does good work at a fair price. I couldn't have been more pleased. He was very specific on what was wrong, took the time to do multiple test drives to make sure all was good. I went in thinking I was going to have to have a steering column replaced, but he fixed what was wrong without having to replace it. Aaron Nielson of Import Automotive Professionals repaired my 2005 Subaru Outback that had multiple oil leaks, from the valve cover gasket & the oil cooler o ring. He fixed it all with no problems & is very knowledgable regarding Subarus; he is also very nice and professional.

My 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport CVT transmission was giving me issues for over a year. Dealership was going to charge $225 plus tax just to diagnose. I asked O'Reilly Auto Parts clerk if he knew someone that could fix a CVT transmission. They referred me to Aaron. His diagnose charge was fair, gave me options and we tried his first option. My vehicle is running like it used to(knock on wood), and I hope his fix is permanent(so far the vehicle is running great).He is straight, communicated clearly about what he intended to do and did it at a reasonable price. I have been there a second time with a different vehicle, and he fixed my issue at a reasonable price.I don't like writing reviews but this is a shop everyone around Oak Ridge should use.What can I say?
