After getting three quotes for a front suspension rebuild on my Ford station wagon with 123,000 miles, I settled on Free Service's because it was the most complete job but costing only $200 more than the lowest quote. They performed the work quickly and also corrected a coolant leak for only $30 more. The car now handles as good as new with no squeaks or leaks. I would highly recommend Free Service.

Woke up this morning to gas the truck up for my wife as she is about to make a long drive. Found that my tire was flat. Called them right when they opened up. Was afraid they might be standoffish because I had to ask them how quickly they could get it done as my wife has to leave ASAP. Instead, I got amazing service and was driving away with a patched tire for a great price. They were very understanding of the situation and fixed the issue quickly. Excellent service! Above and beyond my expectations!

really wanted to like this place.well first, they charged me $130 for just an oil change which I thought was steep. then they told me my front tire rod had some play, but I didn t have the funds to fix it at the time (cause I just replaced both front tires NEW) so I knew I d have to go back. I thought they were nice. I planned on going back but..next morning I walk out to my car and my front tire was FLAT. the same one they said I needed work on. never had any issues before I went in. I believe they loosened the stem valve. the tire wasn t popped/didn t any holes. they just let it leak out air. probably so I d come back in and have to fix the rod as well. luckily, I was able to replace the part myself for $4 at Walmart. I don t trust these guys.

They were nice and professional but the first time I went there I had costum tire valve caps and they didn't put them back. They replaced them with generic valve caps. The second time I went I again had my tires replaced and they broke one of my lug nuts and didn't mention it or say anything. I noticed it the day after I got my car back.Decent pricing and good turn around time though.

Ron and staff are consistently professional, courteous, informative, and helpful. They always offer any promotions to me, but I never feel like it's a high-pressure sales pitch. I have used them for brakes and tires. I've never had any complaints or issues with their work. Highly recommend!

Ron is seriously the best manager ever. He is so patient, kind, friendly and professional. and I have never felt so informed about my car before in my life. Ron has always kept me updated and always has a friendly smile whether it s a busy day or not. I will never go anywhere else going forward. He deserves an award!

I'm always nervous going to get my car looked at, but Free Service Tire & Auto Centers here in Oak Ridge has felt low-pressure and easy to visit. I've visited twice and received great care to the car, such as having my fluids topped off and ample explanations about the car's health. The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is small but comfortable. I was always pleased that when it says "Free Service" it meant it, because when they found no issues with the car I did not need to pay anything for the inspections the two times I visited. I also love how fast and easy booking an appointment is online.Great place stress free car doctor

Free Service Tire & Auto Center is amazing! It's Christmas Eve and my tire light came on due to the frigid temperatures. I figured it was a long shot, but I called anyway to see if I could bring my car by to be checked. To my surprise, I was told to come on down, and someone would help me out. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They checked and filled my tires at no charge! I will definitely bring my business to them next time I need service ! Thank you again! Happy Holidays

started coming here after seeing good reviews and the offering of free inspection and they did not disappoint. ron & james go above and beyond in services and hospitality. to not only fix my car but my sisters, too. we never fear being upcharged or told something is wrong when it's not. they are honest and care and do great work. they are super friendly and good at what they do. i will always keep coming here and recommend the oak ridge location to anyone!

Had an appointment. Arrived early and the manager took it right in. I needed a brake sensor and I thought I needed brakes. Manager checked it out and said my brakes were good and only needed to change th,e sensor since it had failed. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. Thanks , I will return for any needed additional work.

Ron is a great manager! He s very polite and courteous, explains if any additional service is necessary, and helps me keep my car in safe working condition. He always takes good care of the vehicles of myself, my husband, and a friend. I trust him as a car professional.

These are the best guys around (specifically at this location in Oak Ridge)! Anytime I need something, I come here first because I trust them to shoot straight with me and leave my car in better condition than when I brought it in.When I pulled off the front of my car in January, there was not much they could do, but they took the time to zip tie it back together for me so that it would look normal until I could get it fixed.This is only one of the times they have helped me among many. Even as a young woman who does not know much about cars, I know they will not upcharge me or tell me there are problems where there are not. They are reasonable with prices and the owner is kind and patient.

Ron and the guys here were so awesome and informative. I am not from here so as a woman, I am always hesitant to go to mechanic type shops but I definitely felt great coming here. There were really free services included in the price! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted, Ron got all of my information, told me everything that s included and the amount of time it would take. They were honest and knew their job. I highly recommend Free Service Tire & Auto Center - Oak Ridge.

Absolutely a great experience. Very professional. I went in for an alignment but they noticed my tire rod was out so it ended up being more than I planned but before even replacing it they gave me a call and kept me up to date on the situation. Great job guys.

My husband and I took both of our cars and had a great experience! The customer service was great and Ron was very helpful. We took our cars in for routine maintenance / full checkups, and he explained all of the maintenance needed before they performed it.We are thinking about trading in my car soon so we aren t looking to put a ton of money into it, so Ron walked us through the work that needed to be done now and what could wait. We would definitely recommend Free Service Tire & Auto Centers to anyone!

I just wanted to say that they have been absolutely wonderful here. Ron Babka has gone above and beyond with my odd and annoying situation and has been very kind and helpful through the whole process! I recommend them 1 MILLION percent. I don t know a lot about cars and everything that was wrong he physically showed to me to prove that s actually an issue and explained everything to where I could understand it. He is very professional and goes above and beyond for customers! he deserves an raise or an award! Super friendly professional and knows exactly what he is doing! Thank you Ron for all your help! This is what customer service is all about. these guys are honestly trying to fix your car and not just cheat you out of money! I came here multiple times and Ron ALWAYS makes sure my car is well taken care of and that I understand what is going on. I am never disappointed with his customer service!

Ron the manager was excellent. He explained things to me so that I can understand and gave several price quotes for future work. He honored a warranty from work done by previous management and invited me to come back in a week to make sure there were no air pockets. He said he would remember me. The mechanic was very nice too. I highly recommend Free Service Auto in Oak Ridge. Ron is an asset to the company.

I had a wonderful experience here! Ron, the manager, went out of his way to get major repairs (plural) fixed on my car in a day! And at a fair price. Also, he is willing to stand behind his work. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service & reliable work! I definitely did not feel like "just another customer". It's nice to know that people care & take pride in their work.

This shop is great, I love that they are very transparent about the work needed. Went in for a new tire thinking I needed it. After inspection and different options/pricing given, came out with an affordable patch. No pushy overselling! Ron was super accommodating and worked me into his schedule same day. Will definitely be returning for other services!

Been here several times. Been happy each and every time. They did some major work on my van and got us scheduled and job completed pretty quick. Had a tire sensor issue the other day and they took care of it for free. We appreciate their honesty and their ability to communicate the issues. Thanks guys

The service advisor was very nice and helpful. Despite being short staffed they're doing their best to get us in and out in a timely manner. Which is greatly appreciated being so I have two young children with me and I need tires today. They're to the point where they cannot be put off any longer without causing safety issues.

I came in two hours before close on a Saturday for a nail in my tire. The guys here got me in and out in 30 minutes and were super friendly. When they were about 20 minutes from closing I heard a woman call in asking for some assistance and the gentleman working the front desk said "What time can you get here?" after she responded he said "No, that's totally fine... I don't mind staying open just so we know you're safe" or something like that. I will be coming back for all my tire, oil, and brake needs moving forward. Thanks!2023 UPDATE: I m back again and the guys here are still a class act.
