Tyler Williams was very helpful and explained what was mechanically going on with my Ford F-250 Super Duty when my hub was locked up and I was having issues with my 4WD system properly working. Very professional and polite, both himself and everyone I spoke with at this business and will absolutely return, should I have any additional assistance needed. The level of care received was very top notch and 10/10 will recommend to all I can.

They lied to me 100%. If they lie to me they will lie to you. Have used Countryside for years and loved their service. Had my tires rotated on my AWD Outlander toady. When I asked them how they did the rotation he said front to back. I said that is not how you are supposed to do it. On an AWD, you use front to back 'X" pattern. Then he went on to lie again and say "We did like the OEM said to do it." Meanwhile I am sitting and reading my Owners Manual while he is saying this. When you have a complaint about the way a shop did something and their defense is "We did like the OEM said to do it" that means they are using the oldest line in the cheater mechanic handbook. They flat out lied! I am not even a mechanic and I know that w/ an AWD vehicle you always use the Rear to front "X", front to rear "X" pattern when rotating tires. If they lied to me they will lie to you. Once they fix their mess up I am done using them. And it is unfortunate, because I really liked their service. Not anymore. I give liars my business. They weren't the one that would be paying $1500 dollars for new tires in 20k mi. d/t cupping from improper rotation... so they don't care.

Lost my business before I even had a chance to use this place. Called to ask about a loaner car because my ranger is disabled at the moment (won't start) and I was going to have it towed to CountrySide. My wife and I both work 7 days a week and since my truck will probably be in the shop atleast 2+ days, my wife asked if there was "loaner cars" we could use if we used their services. The girl she talked with said "We don't like to give those out because we (the employees) like to use them often". Unbelievable!?! Doesn't that defeat the whole idea of having loaner cars? Doesn't the customer come before employees use of said loaner cars? I wouldn't have even admitted that to a customer. That's pathetic. I will NEVER go here, no matter how many times my mother had recommended this place to me. I'll take my business on down the road.

I was new in town looking for a reliable shop to keep my vehicles up. The staff was quick to return my call and get my vehicle for service. My quotes were realistic and steady, none of that frustrating additions that tend to end up at your chain mechanic shops. They were flexible with drop off and pick up making them so easy to work with. A few days after my service the shop manager reached out to follow up adding a great touch to a great experience.My review is still relevant months later. I've used them multiple times since this review posted and each time I received top notch service.

Have visited multiple times with full satisfaction. Very skilled crew who give you good advice for your car in advance about potential issues that might arise, and quote very fair prices as is easily googlable. Fully recommend!

Went in with ac issues and was told the entire ac kit needs to be replaced. They weren't able to provide a quote the day of so I waited a few days and called for the quote. I was quoted 1100 roughly over the phone. I received quotes from competitors and decided to go with Countryside because they were more affordable by $300. Come the day I scheduled to have it serviced and due to being out of town I requested the extract amount so I could have a relative pay and pick up the car while out of town. Lo and behold, the estimate had jumped over 1,000 to 2,300+!! Had I not known that I would have been forced to pay an amount that was never disclosed beforehand. It also sheds light on the price gouging taking place at Countryside. I always get my regular maintenance here but that has ended after this horrible miscommunication and inappropriate pricing.

I'm so appreciative of this place. Today on my way to my destination I got a flat tire. I was 45 minutes away from home with two small children with me. This was the closest place I could drive. The staff was very nice. They took my car in right away and understood my dilemma. They were able to repair my tire, get me in and out, and at a really good price. The place was clean, there was complimentary coffee, and a small area for the kids to play in which the kids enjoyed. Thank you so much Countryside! God bless!

I had a scheduled time last week to go in to have my catalytic converter looked at, as it was making a rattling sound. I waited to have it checked out. After about 30-40 minutes, I was approached by someone stating that someone drove my car and did not hear any rattling. I said to this guy, "how could he not hear it? It is so loud?" The guy goes back and hears it and comes back to tell me it is the catalytic converter and not the heat shield and that it will have to be replaced. I paid the fee to have it looked at and went on my way. Before going there, it was just rattling... no service lights, no other issues. After "having it checked out", the rattling has significantly calmed down, however my service engine light is now on and a couple of times that I had a lot of hesitation when speeding up from a low speed. My car is now worse than when I took it to be "looked at", and I had to pay a fee for it to be worse than when I took it. I normally do not have an issue with this business, as I normally have my oil change here and they are great people, but this was definitely a bad experience.

A bit of a disappointing experience. 1 hr late in completing the service even through they knew the vehicle type a week before the appointment. Showed a lack of planning for the service scheduled. Found the vehicle light settings had been manipulated during the service and not returned to the customers settings. Lack of customer service and awareness. I brought in 2 wheels to have the tires replaced with brand new ones I had ordered and shipped to the shop.I dropped them off and was told I could pick them up the next day. Upon arrival the next day they try to charge me for the tires, which were already paid for. The very first thing I notice when they bring out my wheels is a massive gouge and bend in one of my aluminiun rims. I inform them it was not there when I brought it in, as I took them off the day I brought then in and did not see the bend. I also have pictures of the rim on my car a week prior to bringing it to this shop, clearly showcasing no bend in the rim, and the car was not driven once after that picture was taken.Some lady came out and looked at the rim, then went into a room in the back to review camera footage, and I heard her claim the only way that damage could have been caused was by dropping the rim. The damage appears to have been done by something falling on the rim or the tire machine prying too far onto the rim while changing the tire.She came back out 10 minutes later to inform me the rim wasn't dropped and the camera showed the tech replacing the tire without dropping the rim. I'm unsure how 24 hours of video footage was reviewed in under 10 minutes. She said she wasn't sure what they could do for me and claimed no responsibility for damaging my rim or offered any help to fix it. If you have rims you care about, I would be weary bringing them here. If they damage them they will not claim responsibility and make you out to be a liarService: Tires

Beyond pissed. Just had the oil changed last week and was checking fluids tonight only to find out there is no oil in my truck. This is the second time I ve had this same issue with this business but with a different vehicle. I ll be calling tomorrow and complaining and will never use them again.

From the time I called Jason at Countryside he worked with me ,because I had to bring my vehicle in after hours. Van helped me with the code that I needed for a recall at the Ford dealership. My valve cover gasket has been replaced by countryside every year because they cannot do a good job the first time. I'm now paying the price for cheap service down the road. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Countryside is my preferred source for tires and tire maintenance. They "know" tires and were able to recommend a brand and model of tire that fit the type of driving that I do as well as my driving style. The quality of the tire that I purchased is excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. The staff was informative, patient, and courteous. They answered all of my questions and gave me time to think. They let me take more time to ask additional questions during my decision process. My compliments to the staff and technicians at Countryside Tire and Auto.Let me add that this was a priority purchase. I needed the tires quickly. Countryside responded the next business day! I called ahead to get an estimate on lubricating my lower seal on the steering shaft, as my car is squeaking when I turn the wheel, already have steering wheel fluid, just need lubricant.. which they called and gave me a price. I went in today to get it fixed, they said 30 mins which ended up taking an hour, then front desk rep said they sprayed some kind of seal for a temporary fix, but then printed off a bunch of other stuff that needed to be address, which I knew. VERY FRUSTRATED I paid on a temporary fix not on what I called for, or wanted. but was quick to tell me what else was wrong, rather than what the customer/I needed at the time. I DO NOT recommend this auto repair.. wasted my time and energy and money on something they sprayed..( temporary fix)Service: Brake service & repair

They were very good before new mgmt came. I used them about 6 months ago I had noise and wasn t sure where it came from. I also had tune up but they never even looked under my car. I had concern about needing new tires and my tires being low. I had flat tire 1 wk later and bought 3 new tires.The new mechanic I had to go to said my axle was broken and it s something you immediately see. That s what was causing noise. I needed new tires and that is something else a mechanic should notice.

Awesome place! I called my main jeep place in Oak Ridge and they could not even look at my jeep for at least 3 weeks, called Jim Cogdill in Knoxville- lol forget it- they do not answer phone after 8 tries. I went online and saw Countryside's reviews and gave them a call. They got me in the next morning- had my jeep repaired in less than 2 days! Everyone there was great and communicated with me. They also too my extended warranty. Thanks to THEM I was able to bring my Jeep to Jeep Invasion! They will now be my first choice. Thank you again! Service: Auto brake repair

This was the best service I have had at a repair facility in what seems like forever. I was late but they still took me in. They were more than reasonably priced, they did not try to sell me anything that I didn t need and they brought to my attention a maintenance item that needs to be handled. They didn t try to push me into that repair they just wanted to make me aware so that I could keep an eye on it. When I told my husband how wonderful they were he stated that will be the place that takes care of our vehicles.Service: Oil change

I drive over 36 miles because I trust this team. I love the work they do, my car is a 2011 and she s starting to fall apart. Anytime I need work done they will see me when it works for my schedule and time and they are happy to answer all my questions. They are extremely friendly, professional, helpful and will explain everything to you. And they don t charge an arm and a leg which is hard to find in a mechanic. I love this shop and have been a loyal customer for over 5 years!

Was told to come in for 10:30 appointment. Showed up and was told it would be several hours because they had double booked. I guess it was too complicated to make a phone call to relay this information so I didn t make a needless trip into Oak Ridge. A little courtesy goes a long way. Won t be recommending anymore.

Awesome work happens here. I never have to worry if the work I'm paying to be done is done right the first time. Anytime iv had a special request they have made it convenient for me and my daughter. They even stayed open late for me to get off work and pick up my car. I'll never go anywhere else with my vehicle.
