Car fix s staff was very hospitable. They were very kind to me and worked with my crazy schedule. Also they were on the cheaper side compared to competitors in the oak ridge area.Photos of my bald tires

I needed tires (4) on my car I checked different places and Car Fix was the best priced tires .other places quoted me over a $1,000 plus Car Fix for the same tires was $300.less they were very friendly and helpful and done a great job. No problem what do ever. Thank you Chad for being so helpful

I have had nothing but phenomenal service from this business from the minute I was put in contact with them! I have had multiple bad experiences with my car, between getting the companies to keep me updated, to telling me the truth about the issues with my car and wanting to actually help. I have had not one issue while my car has been in this shop. I am kept updated, they are honest and not money hungry, and I was able to get a loaner until my car is fixed. I fully trust everyone at this facility and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of service on their vehicles! Brandon, Harley, and Brian have made me a forever customer at Car Fix on Oak Ridge Turnpike!

Was a good experience have always dealt with Brian from years experience before when it was RT Clapp.... And the technician who worked on my daughter's car was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the car or of cars in general I should say... Does seem the price for service has gone up quite a bit?... However, all in all a good experience. Will be back.

This is the best car repair business I have ever used. The employees were all kind and helpful especially Chad. And the price was right the best out of three estimates. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use them again.

I was very happy with the service I received from Carfix. The staff was very professional and customer service was top notch in every aspect. The information that was presented in my vehicle s inspection report along with photos of the technicians findings lent an added level of credence and confidence that the inspection performed was very thorough and detailed. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous and made sure I was kept informed every step of the process. I hope I don t run into more issues with my vehicle in the near future but if I do, I won t go anywhere else other than Carfix.

Car Fix employees are always courteous and kind. They explain car & tire issues, fixes, and pricing well; easy to understand if you don t have prior knowledge.Their service is speedy and dependable. They are my go-to for my car needs.

I had a transmission service done on my car at CarMax in Oak Ridge TN. They did the service in 30 minutes and were courteous. No appointment needed. Also reasonable cost.

Carfix was amazing EXCELLENT customer service and I showed up at wrong location but without hesitation they took my car right in for my oil change. I bought my car in December and never got a call back from carmax about things that need to be done. I called customer service for Carmax and he told me ab Carfix. I highly recommend them and the shop was very clean and comfortable if you want to wait for vehicle as well.

Great service and very fast. My daughter's car messed up while in Oak Ridge. We live in a different county. The car would not have made it back home. I took to Car Fix and they got it in and back on the road in just a couple of hours. Great professional service!

I've had my car into carfix three times lately: one to get a new battery, one because the window refused to work, and once to replace and upgrade the headlights. They always give excellent service, quote you a price before they start work, and will mention if something else seems to them like it should be repaired BUT they don't assume that you will want it done and only mention it once in passing. The Oak Ridge TN location and the staff that works there are the BEST.

Car Fix (formerly RT Clapp) was amazing today! I drove my car there with a flat tire placed in the back of my car. They removed my spare (placed on my car by by @AAA), repaired the flat tire in the back of my car and replaced it for FREE! Who does that?

I was very pleased with the service (oil change) price was extremely fair. Service was quick and a very comfortable waiting room. Gave my car a quick once over and let me know everything was OK. Would highly recommend them

Don t go near that place. I got charged $104.60 for a 48.00 set of spark plug wires. 287.95 to install them. Biggest ripoff I ve ever seen from a shop. Evidently people don t pay attention to parts they put on cars but I do

I m not going to lie I was nervous going back to carfix. But, Chad & his team did such a phenomenal job! I felt beyond comfortable and was well informed on everything regarding my car! I will 100% be going back to Carfix #7!

Car Fix did a great job on our car and was very happy with their service Angela was most helpful and even called to check on us after the job was done! Who does that anymore? If you need quality work done in a timely matter go to Carfix you will be glad you did!!

Couldn t recommend this business enough! I desperately needed a brake change and they got it done very quickly! They even provided a shuttle service for me as I waited! Need any car repairs or services? Hit up these guys up!!

First of all I want to give a shout out to an amazing service technician Tanner Smith ! He was so helpful because I couldn t find my in cab air filter and due to the photos that they showed me from my last visit I new it needed to be replaced.Second Percy the front line consultant has helped me out previously with three different vehicles from minor oil changes, tire replacement/rotation to more extensive engine repairs for my son in college making long commutes.Third today Robert Pierce was able to squeeze me in for an oil change 30 minutes before closing I am so pleased to have had the opportunity to talk with Tanner today and he did not hesitate for one second to help show me how to access my in cab filter. Needless to say I decided to have Tanner replace my in cab filter and primary air filter at time of service because they actually had them on stock in hand. In an out 4:25pm and out 5:12pm. Super easy, quick, great communication and excellent service. I could say so much more and encourage you to try them out!A Happy CustomerCharlie MartinPS. On their invoice it only refers to the technician by his initials. I would recommend that CarFix includes a more descriptive way to identify the individual. I was able to get his full name by asking him. Courteous service, diagnostic probes documented with photos, and upfront fair estimates. Chad snd Brandon provided good customer service, especially when correcting an issue. The only problem I encountered was with check verification system.

I recently moved to Oakridge Tennessee. I had an issue with my car a neighbor sent me to Car Fix. They were great, did a check on my car, found the problem quickly,and had it taken care of right away. The help is very kind and helpful. They all want to make sure you are happy with their work and your car! I will definitely use this co.pany again for any of my car needs!! Give them a try, you won't be sorry. Patti Raney

The staff are friendly and helpful in explaining other work which may need to be done. The oil change took 75 minutes even though I got there before opening time and was told it would take 45-60 minutes.
