I had an 9 am appointment here customer service was terrible employee said he could perform what I had an appointment for 2 weeks ahead of time finally got to speak to the so called manager and told me he had no idea what was going on but said they could make room for my service and would be ready by 1 pm that afternoon and explained to them I had to attend a family member funeral that day also which they didn t care not one bit. Came back at 1 pm just to see my vehicle still parked in the same spot when I dropped it off and same package on the passenger seat not even opened not only did they fail to comply with my morning appointment but now I come back at the time they told me it was done and they haven t touched my vehicle shame. And the manager said could I come back the next day. I was lost for words. I told them no I need my vehicle today. Had to wait till they closed to get my vehicle this shop is a joke should shut down no customer service place looks like people are living inside of it trash even if I had an enemy I still wouldn t recommend this place to them that s how trash they are. Zero stars for me

Tony is great, the team did a great job changing my oil, and even replaced my stripped drain plug with a magnetic one. Super knowledgeable and efficient crew.

I went to get a time for the following morning. The initial contact was pleasant and friendly. I went the following morning to get my brakes done. The work was done, he gave some great advice and the prices are also good. I will recommend them to anyone needing expert work at a reasonable rate. Great Experience.

They ripped my nama off . They made her pay $250 up front and never did the work . They men were unprofessional and rude I well never go here again.

This is the second time that I have taken my car for repairs and they messed up something else. The first time they remedied the issue. This time it was if you want to purchase the part we will repair it. Why should I have to purchase something that they messed up in the first place?Reply: worked perfectly fine before the owner's son dropped me off. All of a sudden it is broken. What about the oil cap being left off after an oil change? Or the whole plastic panel that covers the things under my hood? Or the tome that I had to being it back after you replaced the battery and it kept stalling bc it was nt installed properly?Services: Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I have been getting my oil changed here for 3 years. Yesterday I went in and once they check all of my fluids they didn't put the radiator cap on tight. Needless to say I left work that afternoon and it took me 2 hours to get home because my car over heated numerous times. I had to continue to pull over and let it cool down until I could get somewhere to buy anti-freeze. When I called and told them what happened I got an "I'm sorry". I got lucky and there appears to be no damage to my car but I will NEVER let them touch my vehicle again.

Our grandson took his car in for an oil change. The attendant unplugged the the Mass Flow Sensor while replacing the air filter which caused the computer to give error codes indicating possible fuel pump issue. The shop tried to get our grandson to allow someone at the shop to replace the fuel pump for $1200. We had the car analyzed by an another mechanic only to find the Mass Flow Sensor unplugged. The mechanic reconnected the sensor and magically the failing fuel pump was miraculously healed. Buyer beware. Personally, we will not be back and the person we spoke to at Xpress Lube did not seem too concerned.

I have had service here before with no issue. This particular day went in to get a new bulb for a head light. Again I gave been here before and was charged a reasonable price under $20 to change it before. So this time went to get another one replaced. Was told it would cost me $45 parts (bulb) and labor. Wow when I mentioned I've been here before for the same exact thing but was charged differently, I was told oh well that's what we charge now! I declined the service went down to Auto zone paid $15 for the bulb and they put it in for free. Now I try to support small business but this was unacceptable and I will not return with my business. FYI it took the young man at auto zone all of five minutes to unscrew the light and put in a new one.

HORRIBLE PLACE !!! I will never bring my car to this place again!!!!!!!!the guy that works the front desk Is a scammer begged me numerous time to replace my starter which it would've cost me $300 when I Inform him to check it , it didn't need it one, just needed a regular oil change and started perfectly fine !!!! rip offs !!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They ran a smoke test to determine the general location of the fumes in order to begin the repair process, as my check engine light was on. Diagnosed the evap valve needing to be replaced, first opinion was ran by Auto Zone. Both businesses agreed on the cause of the check engine light being on. Long story short, Xpress Lube replaced the valve. Check engine light off temporarily, came back on same night of that day. I returned to Xpress Lube and they want to charge me to do more work for work they didn t originally complete. They claimed they didn t see the smoke come from anywhere else. BS!!!

Charged my card 3 time they said declined i know money on card so i paid cash. So i was charged 3time on card but i paid cash my invoice don't say all the things i paid for all parts so labor they spam me i paid cash invoice summary say different..part one ..

Bruh... tha warst. . . These guys messed up my unit repeatedly. I went three days without my car... they gave it back and it messed up the very next day @ 4 am on my way to work. Don't recommend these folks

Had them work on car. They charged an exorbitant amount and the car completely shut down within a week. When we took it to another mechanic we found out they had Jerry rigged,which caused the alternator to burn out. Avoid, avoid, avoid this business.

These guys took care of me in 15 minutes. Lots of random cars in the parking lot I had to maneuver around but he I got in and out quickly

No where to park. Service is slow & some of the guys are rude. The owner was polite but I would not recommend this place
