Broke down in the middle of the intersection at the stop sign! In 30 seconds the police car was behind me! A police officer called right the way the wreck company! Mister Larry came about 30 minutes after the call! He was super polite and professional! He took me to the truck stop because all the services were closed on the Weekend! I was charged$ 800 for 15 miles! I think it was fair - considering that the mister Policeman called them and not me! Thanks Larry for your service!

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. My travel trailer busted a leaf spring on I-65. They came out at about 2 am and towed me to a safe place to get it repaired. They are very skilled tow operators. My trailer had sustained some damage, so this was much more involved than just a hook and pull job. They had to do a lot of work to get it into a condition so that it could be towed safely. They are also very professional, courteous, and genuinely good folks!

They are horrible they damaged my vehicle and said they where not going to cover anything my insurance and mechanic looked at my vehicle in detail and could see where the forks of the snatch a grab truck when through my rim and squeezed my rim and split my rim, rotor and severely damaged a lot of the chassis of my vehicle. They didn t want to help me at all or even come out in person to assist the damages on my car. I am currently having to have my insurance Sue them and take care I ve the damages. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TORN UP. !!!

By far absolutely the best tow service I ve ever dealt with. In my prior career I had daily interaction with many tow/wrecker services and their dispatchers and drivers in the field for over 20 years. This company was a pleasure to deal with in all aspects. Very polite, professional, prompt, courteous, and very fair with cost. Highly recommend them. Hopefully will never need their services again but will only use them in the future. I wish more businesses nowadays were so pleasant to do business with. Thank you !!

I've had multiple cars towed to the mechanic by them over the years. Always show up when scheduled and the drivers have always been polite.Today I broke down in the middle of the interstate and they had someone out in about 30 minutes even during rush hour.

As a small business owner, I know the importance of efficient service and fair pricing. Unfortunately, my recent experience with West Nashville Wrecker left much to be desired.I had a 2023, 53' dry van due for its first annual D.O.T. inspection while passing through Nashville. Since the shop was conveniently located less than a mile away, I decided to give them a call. However, the initial communication was a hassle. I was transferred multiple times, placed on hold for extended periods, and had to repeat my request several times.When I finally got through to someone who could help, I was quoted a whopping $300 for a basic D.O.T. inspection. This price was significantly higher than what I've seen at most other shops, often priced under $100. Price transparency is crucial in the service industry, and this quote felt like an extortionate charge for what should be a routine service.While Shelby and Holly were courteous, it seemed they lacked the training and authority to handle service inquiries efficiently. The need to escalate every question to managers resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration.I understand that businesses may be understaffed and face challenges, but $300 for a basic inspection reflects a business model that preys on last-minute, must-have service customers. As a business owner, I believe in fair pricing and quality service.In conclusion, West Nashville Wrecker's service might be top-notch, but be prepared to pay a premium for it. The frustrating communication process and high pricing left me with a less than satisfactory impression. I hope this feedback helps the shop improve its customer experience and pricing policies in the future.

They did an amazing job towing my car when it wouldn t start! I was paralleled between two other cars, and that was not an issue! They were kind, fast, careful, and efficient in getting my car to a servicing center! Would definitely call again :)

My daughter locked her keys in her car at an apartment complex west of Nashville. Having had this occur once before and having been gouged for $400 for a simple vehicle unlock, I contacted the Tennessee Highway Patrol for a referral. West Nashville Wrecker service was the service they use in that area of Nashville. I contacted them, set up a time for response on a Saturday morning at 0900 hours. Dalton arrived at exactly 0900 hrs, unlocked the vehicle and charged precisely what was agreed upon which was less than $100. I have saved West Nashville Wrecker Services' number in my phone as they are now my GO TO service in Nashville, Tennessee! Hats off to Dalton for a job well done!

Don't ever use this towing service ever. They are bad business. They just towed my girlfriend's car who is staying the night with me at my apartment because she had expired tags. That is illegal what you did and I'm reporting you to the BBB and channel 5 News. You basically stole my girlfriend's car, there's no signage in my apartments about illegal parking and I thought you were supposed to leave a notice on someone's car if they were parked illegally

Apparently drinking on the Job and playing god is part of their services gentleman shut down the street while sipping from a flask. Refusing to let traffic go through for 10 mins while flipping me off and swearing.

Worst place on top of the towing for no reason they charge almost $300 to come get your car. It was very inconvenient for me and my sister in law, getting her car towed just because she parked in our apartment complex for the day. We leave for work at 6 am and carpool and came back to find her car gone. How do you know if she s visiting or not? It s not worth paying the visitor pass at our apartments if she s not staying a week but only for 8 hrs max. :| It s simply stupid if she s not bothering anyone and she s parking correctly. And when putting a complaint with the front office they blame it on the city and this wrecker service, apparently y all just come when you want or the city sends y all to come tow cars, if that s even true. Y all suck we barely make ends meet and y all towing peoples cars for no reason.

I needed my car towed at a specific time for a service appointment, and the driver did not tow the car until 3 hours after the agreed upon time. Despite clarifying that it was a service appointment, the driver did not deliver the car to the service division of the car dealership which has caused large amounts of confusion and extra work for me.

My Son has my car & it was towed. When he went to retrieve it, they would not release it to him until I sent in a hand written note with my license attached that says I give permission to release it to him. The problem was I was at a funeral. My daughter was with him, both kids with my last name & my daughter's license has the same address as mine. Not what I wanted to deal with in the middle of a funeral & my daughter had a flight to catch. So during the funeral I had to take a picture of the license, have my cousin write the letter to get the car.

Driver did a very good job getting vehicle out of a difficult parking spot, I thought the car would have to be drug in order to get into a position to be towed but the driver came up with a solution and was able to get hooked up with some skillful maneuvering.

The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. Rich got to us in a timely manner and took care of things professionally. He took my truck back to our home and placed it perfectly in the right spot. AAA never even called us back!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is horrible. They damaged my car and when I called to compromise they were rude, cut me off, and hung up in my face. My rim was completely shattered. How could I have done that? In the middle of my car being picked up by Melo he called to get a bite at zaxbys and said something was wrong with the tow truck, with hydraulic fluid all over the ground. I didn t think too much of it until I seen my car the next day at the mechanic shop!Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

Horrible. I called them repeatedly to tow a car that has been in my spot. They gave me an estimated time of 60 mins and never showed up, so i called them again and they gave me another 60 mins. I been waiting on them for 12 hours. SmH!

Had a 2004 Cadillac LXR Roadster that would not start and was parked head first in our garage. It needed to go to Terry s Auto Service and they suggested West Nashville Wrecker Service. Nathan was the Tow Master of the day! He had many challenges including a small and crooked driveway plus the stubborn car in the garage. He figured out what to do and after a couple of hours of maneuvering he got the car out of the garage and on the truck!! Thank you West Nashville Wrecker for having an employee like Nathan, he is a star player!Service: Car towing

This is a crooked company. My car's been towed twice by them. Both times I was there and ask to pay a drop fee to which they would not allow me to do. And I had to end up paying $400 to get it out of their a lot. This is illegal in Tennessee. If this crooked company ever tells you, you cannot play a drop fee. Look up the laws until them. You will be getting it out of their lot for free. Just so you know they contract With the the police department So metro harbors these crooked companies.

$825 for a winch out went off driveway slightly in pump truck. Any other tow company is $450- $650. Just gonna look for someone else next time. Drivers must be on commision.

Ah, man they scratched my car . . They are willing to do anything for money . And they will not return your car to you if your car is not insured . Also, the fee is outrageous .

Chris was awesome!! Held great conversation, was quick but safe about his work, and got the rig and trailer up and moving. He gets 5 stars but the truck gets one star. Yall gotta get some ac in the truck. Riding with the window down was good until a wasp flew in and stung me. Glad I'm not allergic anymore. But I will have to go to a chiropractor when I get home. No air ride in the passenger seat killed my back.

Got charged $400 to have a work van towed less than an 1/8 of a mile. A total of 20 minutes to get there, load the truck and drop it off. Half the time was him figuring out how to run my card. Called the office to make sure it was correct and she said it s a standard charge for a medium sized vehicle. I tried to get a price before they came out and they ignored me multiple times, should ve known. Use anyone else, it s cheaper.
