Robert Lee was excellent provider of quality customer service. He took the time to explain everything from the breakdown in prices of the vehicle, extended warranty plans, and GAP insurance. He made the transition booth and effortless. Will highly recommended and will be returning for future vehicles. Thank you again!!

Mr Robert Lee and the staff at Vehicles Nashville are the best in the business. I had the most pleasurably experience here and Robert made sure all of my concerns were met and exceeded. The financing process was smooth as silk, the vehicle was better than advertised and the offered value of my trade-in was fair and equitable. The entire staff treated me like family and made sure I was completely satisfied. If you want a great vehicle at a great price give this dealership a call, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Drove 4.5 hours. Walked in test drove and walked out with the vehicle in one hour!Yes I came with financing. Chris & Joe were amazing. I definitely appreciate praying for our safe trip home.

Bought an F-250 From Joe and they were able to get me in an out in under an hour. The experience was quick and pleasant. Vehicle price was extremely fair and came with a full tank of diesel :). If you want a better car shipping experience I would highly recommend them.

Found a vehicle we were interested in through CarGurus. Drove down from Kentucky to check it out. Worked with Robert who took good care of us. When informed of a couple of issues we found with the vehicle, Robert said he'd take care of them before we came back to pick it up and he delivered on his promise. Got to work with Chris (Robert's day off) when we came to pick up the vehicle we purchased. Had a pleasant experience with him as well. Staff was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and not pushy. Felt like value for our trade-in was appropriate. Good experience overall. Would recommend to friends.

This was the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased thanks to the guys at Vehicles Nashville, especially Robert who took care of me. After my test drive I was able to inspect the vehicle for close to an hour by myself in the parking lot without anybody coming out and bothering me. They let me setup a pre-purchase inspection with my own mechanic with no hassle. Robert didn't pressure me at all to purchase the vehicle but he was there for every question and/or concern. Just a really great car buying experience which I never new was possible! They have an above average to excellent inventory in terms of condition and quality of vehicles. Definitely put this dealership on your list if you're looking for a vehicle!

Very amazing place. Multiple family members of mine have bought cars here and have never had one issue. Today we bought a vehicle and I couldn t be more pleased with the experience, the professionalism, honesty, and just the atmosphere is amazing. Seth was our salesmen and I m so glad he was the one that came and introduced us. Everything was so easy, not once was I worried or didn t know what was going on. AMAZING SERVICE. We drove 3 hours from Memphis to Nashville to purchase our vehicle. After reading the other great reviews we took the chance on making the long haul to look at the vehicle we were interested in. So glad we did. We will purchase ALL our future vehicles from here. The staff is very honest, friendly, and truly make their customers feel like family. Seth and Chris were both very kind, explanatory and friendly. Very excited about our new vehicle.

I looked for weeks for a vehicle and this place had the best options and prices out there. I had a hard time deciding since there were s many great choices. Robert and his guys were so great to work with. I recommend this place a 10/10. I live within 5 miles of 10 car dealerships but these guys were so great to work with!

I called this dealership and asked for a price sheet. I was given the EXACT number listed on the website plus a 300$ Doc fee. This is for paying cash. This dealer is very transparent, answers all questions, and best of all gives great deals! I would highly recommend going with this dealer if you are interested in one of their cars.

It was an OK experience, overall. Just be a little careful when buying a car from this place and be prepared to look over the vehicle you're buying and push back on either the sales price or the value of your trade. My sales rep, Raleigh, was a nice enough guy. But the sales manager, Chris, was slow in responding to questions. He also quoted me a range on value of my trade because I had to drive about 4.5 hrs to get to the dealership. When I got there, he gave me the bottom end of the range. And then I came to find out the car they sold me had a dead remote, the rims were damaged, and the tires were 5/32 tread depth (tough to notice this stuff when I was there because it was raining and terrible weather). I had asked them more than once if there were any issues, defects, damage, wear & tear, etc that I should be made aware of, and they appeared to have omitted information from their responses. It might be because they have to use overflow lots, because the main facility is so small. I don't think it was because they're bad guys....they just don't know what's going with all their cars. In the end, they gave me the bottom end of the range on my trade when I gave him working remotes, brand-new tires (2k miles on them) and unblemished rims. Just wanted to share my experience so others can beware. Take your time to look over the vehicle you're buying because they probably won't point anything out to you, especially if you're coming from out of town.

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. Chris and Raleigh were extremely helpful! Felt like we got a good deal on the SUV we ended up buying. They were willing to address any concerns that we had about the car. Great place to go!

We lost our vehicle in an accident, and we needed a new car very quickly for our seven children. Seth took such great care of us, and he worked VERY hard to get us a wonderful car at a great price! Everyone at vehicles Nashville was so welcoming, kind and honest! And I ll say honest again. Very grateful for people in the car sales industry who have integrity. Five stars! Our family feels blessed to have found this place, and we couldn t be happier with our purchase. Thanks to Seth and Chris and everyone there for taking great care of our family s needs :-)

Really great experience at Vehicles Nashville this past week. This was my first time shopping at a smaller dealer and was a little apprehensive at first but the great reviews made it worth looking into. Chris helped me out from start to finish he was incredibly helpful and professional. There was no pressure to buy and they genuinely just wanted me to find a deal that made sense for me even in the event it was going to be somewhere else. At the end of the day between the solid pricing of their vehicles and the fair valuation of my trade in, I was able to walk out with a new F150. Fun fact: none of their sales staff are commission based and they re very up front and honest. Chris processed everything quick and efficient as well and it was the fastest I ve ever been able to buy and trade in a car. Can t recommend enough and will definitely be looking here first next time I m in the market for a car.

Great experience at Vehicles of Nashville. No haggling, as the vehicles are already priced to sell and no pressure to purchase extended warranties. Low processing fee compared to other dealers and no last minute hidden costs on the final contract. I worked with Robert on my purchase and he handled everything from start to finish. Robert was great along with every other person I talked with in the office. I have bought several cars over the years and this was my best experience thus far.

We had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly and we never felt pressured to buy. Which has happened to me a lot at other dealerships. We felt like we got a good price on the van we purchased and got a fair price on our trade in vehicle. We would recommend vehicles of Nashville to anyone car shopping!

Made a trip from Birmingham to Nashville and was not disappointed! I went to look at one particular truck and was blown away when I asked if there was any more at my price point and found a truck that seemed too good to be true. We ended up buying it and have loved it so far. The process was no-pressure and hassle free, so don't go in there expecting to haggle because they already have everything priced well! The office was nice and clean and the salesmen were pleasant not pushy. Go to Vehicles Nashville for a good car buying experience!
