Tire Discounters was the best! After I dropped off my car, I was given an Uber to go home while I waited. There was also a return link for when it was time to pick up my car. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and they made patching up my tire a very easy process. If I ever have another flat tire, this is where I'm going.

They got me right over here! I ran into a two tire emergency and The Frenchman came in clutch for me. Got me in and out in no time at all. And the techs were friendly and helpful as well. If I need help again, I know who to come to!

I was in a major pinch today, and Tom recognized the urgency and made it happen. Third Nashville tire store of the day I had visited, everyone told me "later" or even "no". Never tell a customer no in customer service, try maybe or let's see what we can do. Tom was clearly short staffed today, maybe 4 guys working in shop. So this review is for you Tom & your team getting me back on the road to my family tonight. Won't forget you going the extra mile for me!

They took so long to replace a tire, about 6 hours, and I have to stop 40 minutes in my way to chicago because the tire was making noise they didn't check the tire pressure it was 44.2 psi and the tire recommended is 32.

I had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon when many places were busy and near closing. This tire discounters were able to get me in and get me a new tire put on at an affordable rate. Antoine and his staff were very helpful and happy to help us.

Don't waste your time or money!!! First cross threaded, then broke part of my wheel hub off over the duration of three trips here to get the issue corrected. Many pone calls later they finally got the part in and set time to fix it. Took the car in, two days later they never fixed it. Set time again for them to correct their mistake, left the car there for 4 more days and they still did not fix it. I've wasted seven trips here, 15 phone calls, and now I have to pay over $500 for someone else to fix what they broke on my car. Awful customer service and sub par technicians. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS...I am absolutely livid and appalled by the horrendous service I received at this establishment! I had a simple appointment to get four tires replaced on my SUV, and what ensued was nothing short of a complete disaster. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, expecting it to be ready by 3:30 PM as promised. But 3:30 PM came and went without a word from your team. I had to take the initiative to call and inquire about my SUV, only to be informed at around 5 PM that, lo and behold, only two tires had arrived! And then, the audacity to blame it on "inclement weather" on a perfectly clear day. Who in their right mind delivers just two tires when you need 4.When I confronted the general manager, he had the nerve to suggest that my SUV needed to stay overnight. Do you realize I rely on my car for my livelihood, driving on highways daily. Is it safe to drive with three different tires without proper alignment? Absolutely not! So, I was forced to leave my vehicle overnight, resulting in a loss of about $500 in wages. And yet again, I had to be the one to follow up on my vehicle the next day.Your so-called customer service is a joke. A girl at the counter claiming to be the customer service manager. That's laughable! When I finally came to pick up my SUV, I noticed they hadn't even bothered to put my full-size spare back on. It's clear that your team doesn't care about the details or the safety of your customers.And let's talk about the horror stories in your newest Google reviews. It's a nightmare! But the cherry on top was the general manager's audacity to sneak a $185 advanced tire warranty onto my bill without my consent, as if I would ever consider additional services after this debacle. This is nothing short of robbery!The general manager lacks basic customer service skills, and to claim you have a customer service manager is an absolute farce. There is no customer service here. To the owner: Wake up! Look at your Google newest reviews and do something more than offering a pathetic "sorry you were disappointed." This is unacceptable! You need to take action and rectify this situation immediately. You cannot continue to treat your customers with such disregard and incompetence! I would give no stars but you have to give at least 1 to post.

Had the tires replaced on my wife s car and when I tried to get them to price match Discount tire s price the lady told me they weren t the same tire and told me some lie about the load rating on the tires. Me not being very knowledgeable on tires, I went ahead a paid. While sitting in the parking lot I looked back and found the tires I tried to price match to be the exact load rating and part number. I went back in and she said she would send a form to her manager for refund. Fast forward 2days later I call the manager and he informs me he can t refund me because I had already paid even though it was their employees fault I didn t get the price match. And to add salt to the wound, I had to adjust the air pressure in all 4 tires when I got home because they were all different and not one set to the correct pressure. I will not do business with this location again.

Incompetence at its finest. Our business bought a set of 5 wheels and tires totaling approximately 6k for one of our vehicles.We had to make 6 trips back to try and correct all the issues I.e. sensors on wrong wheels, leaks on two of the 5, placing silver weights on black wheels, losing our special lug wrench that came with the tires.There is no one at this location that can take responsibility for a situation or make any type of decisions. had to go elsewhere to repair our two leaking wheels as they had no recourse to repair or replace.Very, very poor experience

I was extremely disappointed in the service provided to me by Tire Discounters. I bought four new tires from this company and not only did they not install them correctly, after three separate attempts to get one of my tire pressure censors online they were unable to. They sent me to the dealership to have this issue resolved and saddled me with the entire bill when they deemed it to cost "too much". I was stranded at the dealership having to pay out of my own pocket for the issue they created after doing everything they told me to do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!

The Frenchmen really saved our butts! We blew a tire on the way to a rugby game and he got us in and we were able to Uber to the game and don t miss a thing! He and everyone there we owe a huge thank you. Truly made a cruddy part of the trip feel good!!

Tires have been great, but my experience with this location has been sub-par. I had my car spend a whole weekend for new tires. They almost had it a whole weekend again for an oil change, but I decided to just take it back without service within an hour before closing after it was not touched since 8:30 am.

Got a quality set of new tires with a long warranty and maintenance package, but definitely overpaid for it. Also nearly paid a hefty "I don't know much about cars" fee but thankfully did research before committing. READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO AVOID OVERPAYING Pros:- Front Desk staff were very attentive over the phone and in person.- Complementary Uber to drop off and pick up the car.- Alignment, lifetime Rotations, Warranty, Road Hazard all included- Oil Change was a reasonable cost around $30-40Cons:- Tires were too expensive, even with the added bonuses- Offered additional services and tried to get me to commit to services I did not need at a rate that was an order of magnitude off the markTire Cost:For the Tires, I ended up paying nearly double the retail cost of each tire to get installed. Putting on new tires should take maybe an hour of labor. Free Alignment and Lifetime Rotations are great, but you're definitely paying for that and more in Labor Costs.Unnecessary Additional Services:They called to tell me I needed 4 Coils and Spark Plugs replaced and quoted almost $900 to do it.Spark Plug replacement makes sense, as they are recommended to be replaced every 60-100K miles. Ignition Coils, on the other hand, are usually only replaced when the car misfires, is getting poor fuel efficiency, or the check engine light is on. Even then, most people will replace them one at a time.On AutoZone, Ignition Coils cost nearly $300 for a quality set the and Spark Plugs is around $50 or less for a set. That means that the labor cost amounted to over $500!! I looked up a video on how to replace Spark Plugs and Coils and it takes less than $100 in parts and less than 1 hour of time on my vehicle. Was able to shop around and get a quote as low as $85 for the labor if I bring my own Plugs.When I received the call about replacing the plugs I knew nothing about Spark Plugs, and they almost got me. Even when I told them I didn't want the service, I was given a second call trying to guilt me for not getting the service.

The Egyptians had an easier time building the pyramids than I am currently having getting someone over the phone.Did not receive a call back when I was told I would, and was never called when the car was ready. I had to call them to find out it had been ready. The service is good but they are too busy to communicate well with customers.

August 10th 2023 came in for new tires. TD offered oil change but forgot to put the oil cap back on. Discovered weeks later after my wife and 2 year old daughter were driving around when all of a sudden the check engine light came on. TD says the check engine light was unrelated and honestly made no big deal out of it. Engine covered in oil. Pretty negligent on their part if you ask me. Never have I ever had this problem anywhere else. Was half heartedly offered a credit but from the sound of it I didn t hang my hat on it. As of today Sept 26th 2023 no sight of refund or credit has been received by me. Have tried to reach store manager and regional manager multiple times to resolve it but no luck. Decided to take up the service charge with my bank and dispute this transaction to hopefully recoup the time and money I have lost dealing with this place. My future vehicle maintenance will go to someone else and so should yours.

I made an appointment in advance for 8am for a brake pad replacement. I had to call twice for any update one my vehicle. Finally, at 4:30pm I asked if the work had even been started and they hadn t. They only have one service technician. Saturday wasted. I left without service to my vehicle. They said next time I need to make an appointment for priority service. Reminder: I had made an appointment. They should be embarrassed.

I wasn t going to leave a bad review but here we are. Took them two days to put on tires they had in stock. Told me it would be a few hours and then took them days with absolutely ZERO communication. Finally when it was done for the fifth time I went to the shop and it was still being worked on . When i finally got my car back I noticed it was pulling hard to the right so I went to check my tire pressure and turned out the PSI in my left tire was SIXTY! and the rest were at 32 (correct) PSI. Now THATS insane! Talk about endangering your customers! For goodness sakes. I will never return here and recommend you find someone else until they can employ enough people who know what they re doing, communicate and stop lying to their customers about completion time. Yikes man. Yall are a tire shop and can t even get a PSI right!? Truly baffling to me.

Avoid this company and especially location for auto repairs. I left my truck w/ an attendant, and he parked my vehicle in a "pay-to-park" lot managed by Metropolis. Nobody bothered to inform me when my car was ready, nor that the lot charges for parking. I've disputed the violation, and Tire Discounters refuses to take responsibility.

My husband and I were visiting Nashville for the weekend. Upon returning to our vehicle after shopping (about 4:00 PM) we noticed a low tire indicator. A Google search gave us three options close to our location for tire repair as it was losing air quickly. The first was Tire Discounters, 1931 Church Street. My husband explained we were from out of town and quite a distance from our hotel but they said there were no mechanics on duty and could not help us. I would give this store 0 stars for customer service if it were possible.

Brought my car in with a flat tire and no appointment, and they were so friendly, quick and helpful! I got my car back the following day, and the repair was free! 10/10 recommend this location, the awesome staff and will definitely be back for routine maintenance :)

DO NOT GO HERE!!I dropped my car off to get looked at and was told that it might have to stay overnight. I told them that s fine just give me a call if that s the case. I did not receive a call before the shop closed. I came by the next day to grab something from my vehicle for work and noticed that my car had been rummaged through overnight. THEY LEFT MY CAR UNLOCKED ALL NIGHT. Smells like some homeless guy slept in my car and whoever got in my car also left their vapes in my passenger seat. I m also missing several items from my vehicle. When I asked Tom about this incident, he told me bad assumption to think we would check to make sure your car was locked before we closed The customer service here is a joke and they obviously don t care about any vehicles left overnight. I was denied the right to talk to anyone in management and was told to kick rocks when asked about the cameras out front. Come here if you want your personal belongings stolen.

I was in a bind and needed a tire. I ask how much would it cost me. I was told, we can fix you up for $83.00. I told them go ahead and put me one on. Got ready to check out I was figuring around $100.00 but it was run up to $142.00. Will not be back.

Everything was great at first. After a week my car started to notify me that I had low tire pressure. I went to several places trying to fill tire but equipment kept telling me tire was full, so I went back to the shop where a worker quickly realized that sensors were reading wrong tire. Management told me to come back in the morning and that I would be first to get service. Of course this member of management was not present when I showed up right at opening. I explained what was told to me the day before to man at service desk who was very rude and wasn t trying to hear me out. He tossed paper work behind him and said with an ugly tone he didn t care and for me to come back when I was ready. Now I m not sure I will ever do business with this company and I fear my tire issues will only get worse. I spent a lot of money with this Company who offers free alignment but my car is not correctly aligned. And my sensors are all over the place.

God bless this business!!! There s few times my tires pressure wasn t even they fixed for free. Recently, one of my tire got a nail in it on Sunday so I dropped it off in there (they closed on Sundays) and got it fixed first thing on Monday morning. Again, FREE OF CHARGE! People who works in here always SUPER NICE! It s just too good to not let other people know! Big Thank You to Tire Discounters

Dropped my car off at 8:30 am for oil change. Asked this not gonna take till you close he said no you have 5 cars in front of you. I wait at home 4 o'clock comes and goes 440 I call ask is my car ready put me on hold for 20 minutes never comes back to phone. I uber back there get there at 5:12pm. I asked the guy is mym car ready,says yes looks in computer then says something about a Honda I said I got a Nissan he said I'm not talking to you I say ok but nobody was there and he wasn't on the phone but then he walks away for 12 mins I go out side and ask him what's up he says about to pull it in . This is unacceptable this should not be 10 hrs later. After all day you couldn't just tell me my car wasn't ready because you know that's ridiculous and rather not just answer question smh

I'm done with Tire Discounters. This location is severely understaffed, and it appears to be teetering on collapse. I've had repeated bad experiences lately. Anything from them getting oil marks all over the interior of my car to them flat out giving me incorrect information about what needs to be done. I was told I needed new tires but when I told the guy the tires were new, he changed the diagnosis. They can't even check you out because of how behind they are. I'd take your vehicle elsewhere. I won't be returning.
