Fantastic experience with The Car Care Center. Came here for an oil and filter change and was not disappointed. They took excellent care of my car and The price was also very reasonable.The waiting area is also quite nice and has a few snacks you can munch on while your car is being serviced.Highly recommended

The Car Care Center is terrific! When you make an appointment, they honor it. They're honest about what you need and what you don't need. The communication process is great. They're not the cheapest in town, but I'll take honest over cheap every day of the week.

The Car Care Center is my go-to place for my vehicle needs! The staff is amazing, friendly, and fast. They have the cleanest lobby/waiting area. They are great at communicating with you about your appointment and car needs. The level of detail with their service is top-notch!

I brought in my 11-year-old Ridgeline for some rather extensive front suspension work, and the team really stepped up. I had to leave the truck a few days longer than expected. But given the nature of the repairs, this was necessary to make sure the work was done to spec and with the right parts (one of which Steven had to drive some distance to obtain).That's quality service, in my book. And all labor and parts are guaranteed for three years, which is considerably longer than dealerships that I've used. I'll definitely head back for other work, and would gladly recommend them, even for basic stuff.

These guys are great. Honest and straight shooters. If you're like me you never know who you can trust when it comes to your car. These guys are VERY trustworthy and it makes the experience so much more pleasurable.

Excellent experience from start to finish! I took my car in for front and rear brakes replacement. Steven was friendly, polite, responsive, and even arranged for an Uber to come pick me up from home when my car was ready. The Car Care Center will be my new go-to for any repairs or service needed on my car!

Called for an oil change appointment. They didn't answer. Found another place nearby and was on my way. Car Care called me back, apologized for missing the call, and couldn't ould get me in immediately. The lounge is pleasant and does not have a tele with Fox "news" on a constant loop. They check you in with pen and a pad of paper. If you're looking for old school customer service, this is it. Will obviously be back.

Great shop with people that get to know you and get to know your car. They are straight forward in their assessment and they aren't afraid for you to ask questions. The Car Care Center provides great customer service. We had a business van serviced and also a 2022 Tucson oil change. The Tucson has been taken to two other places where we were told they couldn t get the filter and we d need to go elsewhere. The Car Care Center was able to get the correct filter and help us out! I highly recommend taking your vehicles here. Very friendly staff with a very welcoming waiting room if you have to wait! Great location in Sylvan Park as well.Service: Oil change

Very happy with how everything was handled! While I was in Nashville visiting our daughter, I wanted to get her Honda into a shop for routine maintenance. Using only proximity and Google reviews I gave The Car Care Center a call, and from the moment I was welcomed by Steven I knew it was the right choice. They did a diagnostic check which included photos and summaries across a couple dozen items, and we worked from that to do filters, oil change, tire rotation, drive belt replacement and some other minor items. The waiting area is comfortable. While there for about 3 hours, I witnessed how polite, professional, reassuring, and honestly diligent Steven was with myself and other customers. Their parts work comes with a 3 years / 36000 miles warranty. If you are looking for a great shop, give these guys a try!

Very overpriced but good customer service. Steven was a really nice guy. Unfortunately, the pricing was very confusing. I was told $462 for an alignment, 4 tire sensors replaced, and a diagnostic. This was agreed over the phone but then I checked the link he sent me and it was going to be $916. When I called him back and asked him about it, he seemed uncertain about the pricing too. He told me that the tire sensors made it that much and then we agreed to not replace them. That lowered my total price to $234.The alignment was fairly priced but the diagnostic was useless because they don't have an OBII scanner that shows code history and charged me $75 for a joyride around the block trying to get the service light back on.Lastly, the ~$680 tire sensor job I was quoted was completed by another shop for $250. The other shop also had a quality scanner to look at my code history and we are working on several different issues my vehicle has for almost half the price I was quoted by Car Care Center.Edit: I was texted once by the owner and replied. Never heard back.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

My usual auto body shop I ve been using for a couple years was booked up, so I called around to a few places down the street. Car Care Center was the only one that knew what I was talking about and called me back within an hour with an estimate. Steven the manager was incredible! They fit me in within a few hours and got my car back to me by that afternoon. I m just blown away by their honesty and timeliness (especially with me being a young female that car shops usually try to take advantage of.) You just gained a new regular customer! I can t recommend them enough!

Since Sadler Car Care closed several years ago I've been looking for an honest, knowledgeable and friendly place to get my cars fixed.I finally found one: The CarCare Center on Alabama Ave in West Nashville . These folks will fix your car quickly and accurately. They won't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. Check 'em out!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Tire rotations

Steven and the team at the Car Care Center are amazing! I wish I could give 6 stars. Do not hesitate to trust them with your car needs!! I brought in my car (as a same day drop off when other auto shops told me to make an appointment 2 weeks out) due to symptoms of a possible fuel pressure sensor or injector problem (poor acceleration, difficulty starting car). Amazingly, the issue had spontaneously resolved after we dropped it off at the Car Care Center. Even so, Steven + team spent 2 days diligently running diagnostics and test driving the car multiple times to leave no stone unturned. They called me daily with updates. When they were confident that the issue had resolved and there was nothing to be done, they called me in to pick up the car. I was expecting a hefty diagnostic / labor fee, but my final bill was $0!!!! I was so impressed with their diligence, honesty, communication, and hospitality throughout the service. I will be returning to the Care Center Center for all of my future car needs, as their integrity has more than earned my loyalty as a customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The car dealership where I bought my car was difficult to work with and took a long time for basic repairs. I knew I needed to find someone else to work on my car and I found the Car Care Center. I started off with an oil change to see if I felt comfortable with them and I was so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism! They not only did an oil change, they also did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and sent me a detailed text explaining what needed to be attended to, what was non-urgent, and areas that passed with no maintenance required at this time. Steven Wright made you feel so comfortable and at ease answering all my questions pertaining to my car. I highly recommend The Car Care Center in Nashville.

I came in for service for sparkplug replacement and TCCC did an outstanding job. They also provided feeback of current status of my car and offered advice on how to navigate future fixes. They actually pushed me towards holding off on a few items...not always the case in this industry! Great place to develop an honest, healthy realtionship for all things car related.

10 Stars!!! I am blown away by how amazing these guys are. Steven is just the nicest, most honest and friendly guy you could meet. They're pro and they are top-rate when it comes to their knowledge, parts, work, warranty and even extras. They did a bunch of checks for no charge and they have the same price as the discount place down the street! I just cannot say more that this is THE PLACE TO GO! I will not go to anyone else. This place is great! I was worried about finding a new mechanic once West Motors closed, so I decided to give the new place a try. I'm glad I did! I went in for an oil change and some diagnostics on my car, and I appreciated that they were honest about the fact that the part I need isn't necessary to replace immediately. They also changed the battery in my key fob, and my car was ready for me the next morning. My biggest concern was finding somewhere I'm comfortable going as a young woman, but Paul and Steven are so nice! The lot is also way easier to pull into now, so that gets rid of the stress of having to navigate such a narrow/packed area. I love supporting local businesses, and I'm grateful to have a new mechanic I can trust! :)Service: Oil change

Didn t want to take my car to the dealer again as they are in Cool Springs. Searched all reviews for someone up this way. Found The Car Care Center. They were excellent. Got me in timely, comfortable waiting area. Lastly, whoever the person is up front that scheduled me and took care of me while I was there was awesome. Super nice and excellent customer service.

I have never been treated with such friendly service at an auto mechanic shop before. Warmly greeted the moment I walked in. Time passed quickly in the comfortable waiting area with free coffee, soft drinks and snacks. Fair pricing and most importantly, attention to detail when it came to my auto maintenance. Great communication and transparency into findings of the vehicle inspection. Answered all of my questions in ways that I could understand and made fair recommendations based on the severity of the different issues they found. Very friendly customer service. Will certainly go back in the future.

The Car Care Center got my car in same hour I called. Had to get it towed to them and they did full auto exam and had my car fixed by the next business day. Honest + convenient + clean + great waiting area.West Nashville is lucky to have The Car Care Center! So far they have done my brakes and a much more complicated troubleshooting process that left my car (with 400K miles) running like a new car. I've been happy with the services performed and feel like it was priced fairly. The comfortable waiting area is stocked with wi-fi and even juice boxes!
