Rude Love

Excellent service and the staff is very personable. The one star reviews are from drunk drivers who have to come in monthly for court orders to get their breathalyzer checked, so don't listen to them. Sound Addictz is far more then that! Their audio service for your car is the place to go in Nashville where they won't over change and mess up your gear.

Had one of the worst customer experiences of my life at this place getting my Intoxalock calibrated. One of the guys was so verbally aggressive - I couldn t start my car in the parking lot and he was screaming at me and threatening to call the police. LaKeith was great and provided the services I needed after dealing with the guy who was truly unhinged.

Great staff n Great service! Ignore the bad reviews, they're just drunks who are mad at themselves for getting a DUI. The staff is very professional and they are way better then any other interlock place BY FAR! But that's not even their Main service. Lakeith installs audio equipment and knows his way around a car. I would not waste my time on stuck up drunk drivers either if I was him. Especially entitled ones that leave bad reviews bc they got caught drinking and driving and still think they should be waited on hand and feet, lol.

Definitely recommend you take your money elsewhere to a different location. The man installing interlocks is so rude for no reason. You ask him a simple question and he always has an attitude and has rude remarks. I asked him for a copy of my interlock installation and he said You better find the one i first gave you Like what? Taking my money and my interlock to a different location! He thinks he s on some high horse. Damn near all of his customers are on drugs so he can have them! I ll take my money elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Don't bother, these people act like you're an inconvenience coming to their establishment. Learn how to properly communicate with your customers, especially when you don't understand the circumstances. That's why you have a 3 star business that is not BBB accredited.

I had to have an interlock device installed in my vehicle and anyone who has had to do this knows it s a requirement by law, not a choice. This being the case I wasn t expecting the red carpet rollout, but the level of service received was truly appalling to the point that I ve chosen to have the monthly servicing of the device maintained an hour away because that s the closest alternative. I d rather make that commute than deal with the man we interacted with (John was the name in my email but he never bothered to introduce himself so I can t be sure). I understand that I have no choice in whether or not I pay for that service but I DO have a choice in who I pay to do it, and I wish I d chosen differentlyHe hardly spoke to us upon arrival outside of you can sit over there . The office itself was very dirty and disorganized and we felt extremely unwanted and unwelcome. He never asked my name, introduced himself, or checked any of my paperwork to even see that I was who I said I was. He spent some time printing contracts and paperwork which could have been ready for me in advance as far as I m concerned. I asked him a question about my vehicle to which we received a long winded and condescending answer. After turning on a video for us he handed me a clipboard of contracts and walked outside to prepare for the install (I assume). He did not explain the paperwork to me in any regard. Instead he stated something along the lines of you know you re gonna be here for like two hours right? We told him we did not know this and he just gave us a cynical laugh and said yeah so read all of that and sign it .Once he d been out a while we decided to go get some lunch. We weren t sure if we were supposed to stay until completion. He hadn t informed us on what to do if we needed anything, whether there was a restroom (which was filthy by the way) we could use in the event we needed to. My friend decided to crack the shop door open just to pop her head in and let him know we d be stepping out and ask if she could have her purse from the vehicle. He proceeded to become extremely agitated and after getting the purse, scolded her like a child for coming back there. We both felt incredibly uncomfortable but decided to let it go.When we returned he came into the office to correct me on the way I d filled out some of the paperwork (again extremely condescending and sarcastically). He then made a comment that had his dog been present that day, my friend would have been attacked. This set me over the edge and I informed him that he does not have a beware of dog sign posted anywhere to which he responded that he has an employees only sign. A legal point he may want to research because I m afraid that would not protect him from a civil suit in this state in the event his dog does in fact attack someone. Clear signage IS required. I clarified that we had no clue if we could leave and wanted to make sure he was aware that we had. He responded you re adults you can leave when you want . He proceeded to bring up the dog sign again to which I interrupted and stated I d like to complete the process and leave. He handed my a SEPARATE stack of the same contract I d signed with only his signature; rather then taking the time to go over the contract with me and sign it and make copies. As a person who has prepared and presented contracts to people in various jobs I ve held, this was alarming.I completed the test run and we left. This was by far the worst and most unprofessional auto customer service experience of my life. I was made to feel very much like an inconvenience and a problem. There are a lot of places that provide this service in TN, so his behavior is not recommended to ensure recommendations. I ve formally reported his location to LifeSafer (the third party company of the specific brand he installs). They were very apologetic and helpful with forwarding the remainder of my business to another location.Long story short, if you need anything done that this guy provides, I d seriously consider talking your money elsewhere.

Worst place in the universe. Must be run by real addicts. I was assaulted by the owner who made false reports about the work he did to my car in order to steal money he didn t work for! DON T USE THEM!

I was calling around to different companiesAnd the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful. He provided excellent customer service and was able to inform me on things I didn t know. Sadly i didn t get service at this shop but appreciate the time that was taken out to answer all my questions.
