Terrible scheduling tool and poor in-store experience. We were hit by another driver, whose insurance we are working through. This was one of the approved body shops. I talked to someone from Crash Champions on the phone (who was very kind and helpful) and they said they could get us in the same week, but needed insurance to send the paperwork. Once they did, I got a link to Crash Champion's self-scheduling tool. It suggested an appointment the next day, which I signed up for and included my email and phone number. This appointment was made 23 hours in advance and I received an email confirmation immediately. The folks in the shop had plenty of time to verify this before we left for the appointment the next day.Twenty minutes before our appointment, the shop sent an email saying that the appointment was not available. The agent at the store was rude to us, saying that we shouldn't have booked a time slot that wasn't available. BUT THAT WAS THE ONE THE SELF-SCHEDULING TOOL SUGGESTED FOR US. They don't have any appointments for 2 months. No help to us.

Excelent communication and job well done. Had about $5k damage to minivan and Ins Co gave list of recommended repair shops which included this one. Very glad I chose them. Freeda at check in was courteous and knowledgable. Regularly got updates on status. Tommy was clear on repairs and parts. At checkout Arema was helpful. Great staff and great job. Thank you

We had an excellent service experience here. Both Tommy and Frida were so helpful and informative along the way. They kept us updated with our repairs, even going above and beyond what we expected. Will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend.

DON T COME HERE!!!If I could give a negative star rating, I would.I ve seen & experienced a lot of service personnel working & growing up in the auto industry, therefore I understand & am tolerant of a great deal when it comes to repairs & services. I know firsthand that repairs don t always go according to plan & that the unexpected should always be expected. I know what an estimate is & that it should be taken with the grain of salt. That being said, I am dumbfounded by the quality of care I received after dropping my vehicle off at Service King/Crash Champions with Bridgett.I received a total of 4 actual phone calls from Bridgett herself, otherwise she relied solely on texting me from a computer system or her personal cell. Her version of updating me on any of the supplements or what was being done do my vehicle was to attach links to the messages with no explanation as to what the link was for. Since the texts with links weren t coming from an actual phone number, I didn t trust clicking on them & therefore never knew I was being updated .>Drop off date 11/7/23, original est date of completion 12/1/23.11/28 I got a text informing me that they were executing the repair plan & there was no indication in the text that it was going to take any additional time to complete repairs.Turns out the completion date on my vehicle would get moved to the following Friday for the next three weeks. This vehicle being my only means of transportation, I was put into a rental through my Insurance that only covered 30 days.On 12/14, I sent Bridgett a message letting her know that I intended to pick my vehicle up that day because I had been without a vehicle for 9 days (no more rental). The intention being that the squeaky wheel gets the grease . Unfortunately, I received a call from a particularly nasty Bridgett on her personal cell telling me I didn t get to dictate when the repairs would be completed & that I wouldn t be allowed to pick it up until She told me I could. Then informed me that if She was out there doing the repairs, She would have already had it completed. (Convenient it took place on a personal phone that wasn t being recorded. Also strange to me that she thinks she can do better than the technicians working on my car.)I decided I would no longer contact Bridgett directly as it was probably in my best interest to keep my thoughts/opinions to myself, so I turned to my insurance company to keep me in the loop. I found out as a fly on the wall in a 3 way call that Bridgett was equally as nasty towards the insurance agent as she was to me.When I was finally able to pick my car up, the shop lost my key & acted like it wasn t that important. The tech ended up having my key locked in his toolbox even though the car was complete & I had been called to pick it up. Bridgett blamed me for the shop misplacing the key.Once my car was back in my possession, I noticed a 900 mile difference between my odometer & the mileage in on the paperwork I was given. When I asked about it, Bridgett initially said it was a typo, then said it was the odometer reading I provided to the insurance at the time of incident. Bridgett ended the text with Let me know if you need actual assistance. (This is a condensed story.)All in all, I d have to say that Bridgett McCrary was the most unpleasant, unprofessional, & dreadful service advisor I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.

The National rep I talked to was great. However, the local rep I spoke with barked out the earliest date I could get in to have my car seen before I could finish speaking, then before I could explain to her I might use someone else, she cut me off, said great, and hung up. Just about as rude as it gets.

Terrible place would not trust them with a toy car much less a real one. They are liars and didn t even fix my car after claiming it was. Terrible customer service and quality

My vehicle was wrecked in the rear a Mercedes-Benz CLA250 and the staff at Crash Champions were excellent. They walked me through the entire process and kept me updated as the repairs went along. Since this was a self pay they were very diligent and did as the work was being done before they would start I was notified of the cost difference. I would highly recommend them for any collision repairs that might need to be done.Service: Body & Trim

Frieda was so sweet from the moment I spoke to her on the phone till the day I picked up my car. My car was quoted to be complete 11-11-22 but it was done on 10-24-22 that's awesome. They sent me a text update every 2 days and they genuinely care! Frieda is amazing and should get more pay. I would definitely recommend Service Kings Services: Transmission, Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Scheduled through my insurance to go here for an estimate. Went there and they took pictures of the damage, but then they reported to my insurance I was a no show. So there was no record of me ever being there, despite me being there.... Very disappointing. Pretty useless if you ask me

I would avoid this shop. They accepted the estimate from the insurance company to do the work, the insurance company mailed them the check and then they decided they no longer wanted to do the work. Thankfully they didn't cash the check from the insurance company though. The whole ordeal makes zero sense.

Freda and Tommy kept me informed every step of the way, and Freda even met me at the shop on her day off so I could pick up my car. That's going above and beyond and it meant a lot to me. Thanks so much!

We had a headlight in the trunk of our vehicle, to potentially use for our accident repairs but were told they have to buy new parts for warranty reasons. Thats fine but they STOLE THE HEADLITE out of the trunk. Wont answer calls to get it back. Our itemized receipt says they charged us/insurance for a new one so they didnt use it , just took the part!! Over $100 we paid for it we would have liked to have been able to return it but instead they took it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I dropped my vehicle off as scheduled. Six days later they still hadn't started work on it, which means I rented a car for a week when I didn't need to. They transported my car between three different Service King locations. I was getting conflicting updates from different people at multiple locations. I was told when & where to pick up my car, however, when I got there not only was my car not finished but they couldn't even find it. They eventually located it at a different location but couldn't get any information on the car because they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally did pick up the vehicle three days later the lady started arguing with me because I wanted to look at the work done prior to paying. She was acting as though I was trying to skip on my bill. Finally, I relented and gave her the card while I looked it over. Wouldn't you know, a part wasn't installed properly and it's broken.I insisted the new part be sent to their Clarksville location to be put on where I have had good experiences in the past.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The team at Service King Collision was phenomenal with communication. My car was ready on time, and I always felt well informed. The team was working on the rear end of my car and had to replace the entire trunk, you could tell they took pride in the work they did even going the extra mile and folding the clothes that were in my trunk.. it s the little things that definitely didn t go unnoticed. Keep up the awesome work and you ll forever have me as a client

It's impossible to get a hold of anyone here. Scheduled my car for an estimate using the online scheduler. I called 3 times to ask about my estimate over a week later. I was never able to speak to anyone, and no one ever returned my calls.

I was rear ended by another vehicle and took my equinox to this Service King location. All the employees were always helpful and friendly when I was in as well as over the phone. Tyler kept me up to date while my car was being repaired. There was an small issue with a repair when I picked up my car but Tyler noticed it right away and is working to fix the issue. This location has a great and friendly team! I would trust them with my repairs again!

They need to change their hours online. I was left a VM to come and talk about repair and sign paperwork. I came at 9:30 on a Saturday morning, which it says they re open from 9-12, and they are closed. And I called right back when the VM was made.

Very slow!!! Took 4 weeks to get rough estimate, we were told they had to pull it apart to get better estimate and that took another 2 weeks! Finally got the estimate then was told it would take 2 weeks to repair, that it was all easy bolt on parts just had to wait on the parts to get in after a week they came back saying $2500 more in damages saying it would be totaled!!! Sounds like they are so slow at their jobs it s easier to total cars to get them off their plate than fixing them! Would NEVER recommend this place!

I got a call from the manager Shawn. He said that he contacted my insurance company and they issued me a check for $594.69 which cleared by me but was owed to Service King. He added that I had till Friday (two days) to pay it. This was 2-3 months after services were rendered and I paid a $500 deductible. Thank God I actually checked. After verifying I never cashed such a check I then contacted my insurer. They confirmed they never sent me a check and assured me Service King would be paid through them. Stating that they issued me a check and it cleared was an outright lie. That totally negated my thoughts on the services performed and I ll never be back. Times are tough now in today s economic environment and regardless of circumstance demanding payment within 48 hours is just downright wrong. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

Leigh and Lynn were wonderful to work with! My van was hit overnight in a hotel parking lot and had to be repaired. This was my first experience with collision repair in 22 years (!), and I'm glad it all went smoothly. Service King did a great job on the fix, and they also helped make the process of coordinating with my insurance company and a rental car company easier. Highly recommended.

Service King gives a warranty on their work, which is a shining point. From the visuals of the outside, the back of the vehicle looks very good and well put together. There is an odor coming from the car now, which worries me, but I'm taking it to a mechanic to check out. On the downside, the customer service end was very poor. When I brought the car to be repaired, I was told that they would give me updates by calling and/or texting me updates to keep me in the loop. I never received any "update" calls. I made one call to check on it before the deadline and was told that it would be ready the next day. I called back and was told that it would be ready. I asked about a sensor that may or may not have been damaged. Then I had a different story that the vehicle will not be ready that it still has another process (someone should've known that when they were talking to me) that should take one more day. Four days later, I call back and they were just getting to it. I was told they were waiting on one part, but should be ready the next day. I called the next day and I was told my car was ready and they were completing the paperwork to come get it. Fifteen minutes later, I receive the first and only text from them saying my car was not ready. Assuming that this was a mistake since I had a verbal confirmation, I called back to get the run around that my car was not ready. They had the vehicle confused with another. It should be ready the next day. I call back the next day and they are still waiting on part and they would be checking up on it when we get off the phone. The following day, I call back and they had not checked on the part for me to hold and they would find out. Turns out the part went to another location. I'm dumbfounded as to why they could not have found that out before I called the next day at 10:30 a.m. They had an afternoon and a good portion of the morning. I was told that they would get the part and have it on, which should take an hour so that afternoon it would be ready. I call that afternoon and more unfortunate news. A bolt needs to be replaced so I have to wait another day. I expressed my unhappiness with the experience and was told that it was out of their hands - absolutely no accountability. Finally, I get my car back. When I pick it up, I'm told at how confusing that it can be with so many cars. Then I'm shown the last missing part as if it were a trophy that the customer rep was not lying. I believed him, but didn't believe that he was checking on the parts and making sure things were running as smoothly as they could have. I was the one making all the calls and check ups. If I hadn't, I'm not sure when I would've heard anything about my car. The whole process took over two weeks. I'll not be going back to that location and I'm telling everyone to beware of it. You'll get better service at the downtown location on Main St.

These people are contracted by State Farm. My daughter was involved in an accident on 4/9/21 in Nashville. The car was taken there & was promised to be complete by 5/14, then 5/21, then 5/28...on 5/25, they called & were insistent that we pick up the car that day...we live over 2 hours away & I told them I could get a ride on 5/28 to pick up the car. When I got there, I paid them my deductible and went to start the car...the battery was dead...after jumping it, I attempted to fasten the seat belt...it would not extend & was inoperable...the fellow who had been helping me apologized & said they would repair it (it was obviously damaged from the collision impact) & that they would pay for a rental car for me to get home...when the manager was asked to approve this, he confronted me in an aggressive manner, told me if I wanted a rental that either State Farm or I would have to pay...he told me my daughter must have broken the seat belt, that it couldn t be a result of the collision & I would have to talk to State Farm to reopen the claim & approve the repair...their customer service is terrible, the manager is unprofessional and the shop is located in a very marginal area...one of the worst experiences I have ever had...Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim
