Everything was great! Very few places would work with Progressive, and the ones that would were booking over 2 months out. Edwin was able to get me in right away, and as soon as Progressive looked at it, he got the parts ordered and had it fixed two days earlier than expected. Everything looks perfect, it s running well, and they cleaned my car, inside and out, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. If I had questions, Edwin was quick to respond on the phone or via text. This place is off the beaten path and doesn t look like a fancy auto repair, but I think they took care of me better than any big corporate place in town would have. Friendly, fast, and easy

Good shop! I highly recommend as the work they did to my vehicle Was perfect. Work was completed in a week and at a super price. I am a picky person and they pleased me. If you need body work on your vehicle it would be a mistake not check this shop out. As good or better than anyone!

Had to go in the shop to get my bumper fix because I hit a light pole while driving because of a snowstorm. Ruano s collision was very reliable and was able to fix my car wonderfully! I d definitely recommend!

Can t say enough about this place the guys are awesome! I had a screw come loose on my bumper they fit me in immediately and made the small fix and were fantastic! I highly recommend
