Sat here for about three and a half hours today waiting to purchase a vehicle. Didn't get a response from the owner via Messenger until I was about to leave. Conversation was short and I went elsewhere. Without the owner or seller or whatever even showing up. Allegedly they show by appointment only and it was completely my fault I wasn't aware of this.

Prestige Auto sale hooked me up on a nice ride. Clean car with leather seats All I have to say is I love it. Marc was so professional and kind he really went out of his way to make sure that I understood everything about the car. I paid $2,000 down and I'll pay monthly payments which I can afford. The good thing about it is I didn't even have good credit All I had was a good job that pays me well and he approved me right away with no hesitation. Before I came to this dealership I went to four others dealerships and they try to pull a fast one on me and try to rip me off but prestige Auto sales took care of me..

I admit, this is my fault, I got lied to and was too far away to verify or protect myself. I wanted a manual transmission, BMW 6 series. I found one with high mileage, but looked to be OK with this description:"Beautiful car, runs great, nice leather interior, CD/DVD player, panoramic roof, Navigation, Heads up display,front and rear parking sensors.powerful 4.8 liter engine with a 6 speed manual transmission,152k Miles, asking $8500 cash.CLEAN TITLE"I figured it was fully loaded, I was looking for a daily driver, so I pulled the trigger at $7,800, then paid $800 to ship it.The owner of this dealership Marc Shalizi is a text-book used car salesman. Definitely the worst car I've ever bought, and I've purchased quite a few cars.He was a personable guy at first, willing to call and FaceTime me the car. But overall, he's not forthcoming or truthful. And the truth is the car is a bucket, but since I was too far away to see it, he surely did a sell job. He said he sold the car for the same price he got it, only because this car needs at least $10K in repairs to the engine, transmission and suspension before being roadworthy.He explicitly said there were no leaks, the engine bay was dry. Complete lie. There are leaks everywhere, the bottom of the motor is caked in oil. It doesn t pass smog, check engine light was already on when the car got delivered. Convenient to have left that detail out Marc...Again, my fault for agreeing to buy something sight unseen, but I'd hope people were a bit more honest with their business dealings. If I can pursue damages, I would.

Honestly wish I could give this guy no stars. Tell me to show up Monday on a Friday after me asking for a buyers order because apparently he only takes appointments only. I appear on Monday 10:30 sharp. Waited until 11 decided to leave.. came back at 2. Stayed until 3 and still no show up I m genuinely surprised he still has a business. And took off work on base ft Campbell just to look at a very pretty white dog

I wouldn t give u a star if I didn t have too! I brought my son his 1st car I paid 5000 a black Nissan Altima 2012!! It stopped working the next day i addressed it to the car lot that man said to me ( ain t no telling what you did to that car) and he tried to argue with me he even hung up in my face!! They get thes cars from the action and just sell them don t check them out all!! He a big scammer and I ll post this lot all over social media because you are taking ppl money knowing that your cars ain t no good

I bought a Chevy Impala from Prestige Auto Sales and I wanted to let everyone know Marc the owner of this dealership gave a great deal on it. WARNING!! Please please DO NOT WATE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!! He sold me a car that went bad same day when I was driving back home from his shop and he refuse to refund!! Bring a mechanic with you if you want to buy from him. I saw the car on Facebook it was looking good but mechanically the car is trash. I wish I read these reviews before I buy. When I asked him why you sold me a bad car, he got so mad and started cursing me. Very rude and unprofessional guy!!! .

I took my daughter to this dealership today for her to look at a car, what a waste of time and energy! This dealership is a joke & shouldn t be open for business, the owner was very unprofessional to say the least. The owner got mad & told us to leave his lot when we asked about the car fax ( but claimed online it was a clean title etc ) but couldn t produce facts. Also the car she was interested in purchasing was blocked in by a hummer for sale that wouldn t even start & that spoke volumes. Can we say

I purchased a vehicle from this place 4 months ago and have yet to receive the title. I believe that they may do something called title floating. It is illegal. My lawyer is now going to have to handle them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I ve purchased 4 vehicles from Marc since he first opened in 2008. All of the vehicles were financed through his dealership. All of the vehicles were wonderful specially all the driving I do from Nashville to Atlanta twice a month. I ve been more than pleased for the customer service I received from Marc and the kind hearted man that he is. I fell behind on my payments many times and Marc didn t even mention anything about repoing my car. I must say he s is a very fair and understanding man but if you mess with him he will give you a piece of his mind. Marc will always be my first choice on purchasing another vehicle.Thank you Marc.

I highly recommend purchasing from this lot! I am a first time buyer and Mark has been helping me with all my questions and concerns (since August)! I genuinely feel like he cares! I got a 2011 Hyundai Elantra for a fraction of the price they go for, I even had my head light go out and he offer for put all my new ones on. P.s. the car runs great ! THANKS MARK!

HANDS DOWN! The best auto shop in Nashville. Mark literally saved my life. I am a college student and I was in desperate need of a car. Found him online and drove all the way from Atlanta to his shop. He let me test drive the car before buying, super friendly and the best part of it all was he was generous enough to fill the car up with gas for me. Still keeping in contact with him! Definitely coming back when I m ready for an upgrade.

Went looking at a 2008 BMW Coupe, Marc said he had just the car for me. Marc sold me a 2008 Range Rover Sport Supercharged. Great buy. Great mileage. Land Rover Dealership said I got a steal for the price versus the quality.

I inquired about a Dodge Challenger via fb messenger. I asked if the car had been wrecked. I have a 16yr old wanting a similar car. The car being wrecked would not have scared me off, just needed to know if we needed a body man. He could not/would not answer my question. He told me to get a Carfax on it. Carfax reports are $39/per 1. When he responded with that I instantly knew he was shady. I replied nicely and told him how much they cost and that I was very interested in the car and could he please just answer my question. He said he buys 20 cars a month and don t know their history. He told me he had others coming from other states to buy it today anyway. He also told me I was cheap and to stop messaging him after I told him he was unprofessional. After reading all these reviews I see it wasn t just me personally. I m also sure he will respond to my review by name calling or being rude. I can send screen shots of the conversation if anyone is interested.

Very friendly owner. Got a nice car at an affordable price. Came back a couple years later got another for our roommate. He went down on price to reach something she could afford and was so incredibly nice about it

I purchased a Mercedes CLS last year from Marc, and this vehicle has been just a dream come true. I always wanted a CLS but didn t want to spend so much on repairs.It s been a year and all I had to do was oil change. I love my car and Marc told me that he specializes in German vehicles and to buy with confidence.I just want to say something about these negative reviews on here.You get what you pay for, Marc does have lots of repo cash deals for like $2000 and he tells you up front on what s wrong with them.I believe people buy these cars and brings back to the dealer. Why should he take it back when you test drove the vehicle and agreed on the AS IS purchase.I am 100% satisfied with my purchase!!!Thank you Marc!!!

This business is a con. This man sold an illegal car and will not answer the phone now to make it right. Got pulled over in it and was advised it wasnt even released to be registered from a different state! The police are already on to him. It ought behoove him to not comment back hatefully to this post because I assure you that Marc will be fully prosecuted until he is the one being called low class.

I was tired of all the salvage titles out there and when Marc said his inventory is all clean titles, I was surprised because that s very rare for a car lot to have alll clean titles.I picked this Range Rover and Initially I didn t really wanted a high maintenance vehicle but once I drove it... I fell in love with it, I mean it felt like I was in a tank... I felt safe!Thank you I lover my Rover!

I heard about this place from a friend.I only had $1200 to put down and I don t have good credit at all. All the other places I went to offered me very old vehicles but I got a 2011 Nissan Versa for $180 bi weekly from Marc.Very Honest man and to the point.

Worst dealership in Nashville. Owner Marc Shalizi is the saddest excuse for a man. He s a liar and a thief and I will be suing for my cars money back and legal fees. He claims all his cars have a clean title but sold me a car with a rebuilt title. Lied 25 different times about it being a clean title. I can not wait to have his business shut down and hopefully Marc put in jail. Do not spend a single dollar here please!! Jan 28, 2021

We bought a truck from him and didn't get to drive it for 2 weeks and now it doesn't start took it to the dealership and they say it's not worth fixing came out there and tried to reason with him and closed the door in my face I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this man or this dealership

When asked about a car on Facebook that needed a fuel pump . I was told i was dumb and had no balls , then blocked on Facebook. I inquired about the car, he said car needs a fuel pump but i don t have a mechanic . But couldn t give an answer as to how he knew it was the fuel pump. Plus how does any type of reputable car lot not have a mechanic that can change fuel pumps, especially one as easy and accessible as one under a back seat (which is where this one is). Wouldn t recommend at all. Unprofessional and not cooperative.Reply: nobody asked that you insure anything was perfect. I have the screenshots to prove it. If you re a truthful man or a gambling man, I ll bet all the money you can stand to lose i never asked you to i sure me of anything or said anything about the car being in perfect condition. Now you gotta have balls to take that bet saddam. I said how do you know that s the problem without a mechanic? You re the one running a shady lot saying you don t have someone to change a fuel pump. Fuel pump for that car is not a lot of money and i told you it was under the backseat, car lots are in the business to make money, why would you not buy the inexpensive part and fix it to double or triple your asking price. Remember what you said. Gotta take chances. But that s not what s wrong with it. Good luck.

Hes very nice til he gets your money then he's a monster the worst person I've ever met n car salesman. Had car 3 days motor go out no oil will not work with us 3000$ down please don't buy anything from this monster.we take car back he starts yelling throw keys

What kind of car salesman wastes time when you interested in a car? Mark does & continues to do such. I have more respect for the dog that lives nearby the place than a low life
