Everyone was great and is amazing. Guy with the weird mustache and glasses offered me the credit card to assist with paying for service. I declined due to credit but would have if I didn t have credit issues. Set up appointment for breaks Sunday. Looking forward to seeing them again.

great experience. all the guys were super nice and helpful. i spent the day there but i expected it because i made my appt late the day before online. they checked my transmission fully and changed my tires, and i'm driving much better now. thanks y'all!!

Tae, Joe and Will were able to replace my headlight within 10 minutes. Great service. Sometimes it s intimidating to walk into an auto repair shop, but they were so helpful and sweet!

12/20/2023Terrible Customer Service and Unresponsiveness at Pep Boys - Antioch, TN and West Nashville, TNI've never experienced such appalling customer service until my interactions with Pep Boys at Antioch, TN and West Nashville, TN. It's clear that the management lacks the basic competence to handle customer concerns, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.The ordeal began on 11/28 when Pep Boys sent me an email, presumably trying to address an issue. Eager to resolve the matter, I promptly replied on 12/4, only to be met with absolute silence. Despite my attempts to communicate, Pep Boys failed to acknowledge my response or provide any semblance of customer support.In an effort to bring attention to my predicament, I posted a review on 12/9, hoping it would prompt a response. To my dismay, the only reaction I received was a repeat of the initial request to contact them via email. Foolishly, I complied on 12/9, and yet again, my efforts were met with complete radio silence.It's been several weeks since I first reached out on 12/4, and Pep Boys has failed miserably in delivering any form of resolution, case details, or even a basic response. This blatant disregard for customer concerns is not only unprofessional but also raises serious questions about the integrity of Pep Boys as a company.What's even more infuriating is the audacity Pep Boys has to go silent after admitting fault. It's evident that their so-called management is more interested in avoiding accountability than in rectifying their mistakes. How many other innocent customers have fallen victim to this negligence?Rather than hide behind emails and requests for private communication, Pep Boys should publicly address what actions have been taken to resolve the issue and provide transparency about the outcome. It's disgraceful that a company would take advantage of its customers and then go silent when confronted.Pep Boys needs to understand that customer satisfaction is paramount, and their current behavior reflects poorly on their professionalism and ethics. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before entrusting their vehicles and hard-earned money to a company that shows such blatant disregard for those it claims to serve.

I took my car in for service while visiting family over the holidays for an engine misfire and vacuum leak. After $1,000 to replace a PCV hose, fuel system cleaning, oil change and spark plug replacement to m they said I was fixed. On my way to Alabama the car started doing the same thing again. Now I have to seek out another mechanic to properly repair the car. They also left grease and oil all over the car.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I called them at 4:15pm on a Sunday very frantic about a bolt in my tire. Tae told me over the phone that they would be able to squeeze me in right before they closed at 5. Tae, Joe and the rest of the Pep Boys team took good care of me and got me out before 5! I can t thank them enough!

As many of you know, flat tires are never planned nor desired. However, Joe went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience at Pepboys. My tire was installed within the hour! I would highly recommend their services.

While Driving to the In-laws all the way from Arizona. We ran into some car trouble right outside of Nashville. Not only did the Front tire blow out, the main belt for the power steering broke as well. The Tow truck Driver got me and my Family to the Pepboys closet to where we broke Down . We were Greeted by the manager who took real good care of my Family all while getting the repairs taken care of.He even made sure the kids had something to drink . In no time Hunter had our Tahoe back in great running shape and was able to finish our trip into Charlotte. ......Kudos to Hunter Marzano and all of the team in the shop who worked hard to make sure we made it to our destination on time and in a safe manner,

They take forever plus the manager was unbelievably rude even on a phone call I listened to how he was speaking to a customer couldn't believe how rude he was. They had my car all day for a simple maintenance. I'm an Uber driver I had a nail in my tire . One tire keeps loosing air and has bald inside treads. I thought by having my car all day that it would be replaced . They did nothing but waste my whole day. Never again will I bring my car here . Never!!! Not very good customer service at all

Came in close to closing when my car started to shake while driving. Joe got me right in and Altavis discovered a broken band in one of my front tires. They stayed late and replaced both front tires. Joe suggested the buy 2 get 2 free sale and the pep card to help with the transaction, but I decided for now 2 tires was all I wanted to get. I greatly appreciate everything the guys did for me ( and my family that was with me). I will definitely be back for future repairs.

Don't waste your time making an appointment online. This isn't a guarantee of anything I showed up for a transmission fluid change drive an hour to get her just to be told no we won't do it. Worst experience ever and the desk guy straight just could care less

Pep Boys may loose your work order and Manager Bob may try to blame you 3 weeks after doing nothing o fix car.This is 2nd time I was told this... but I must say, they did fix & take responsibility the 1st time. I recommend Chris for store manager. He is Customer Service Professional and MAJOR ASSEST to the company. Current Manager Bob has lost a loyal customer.These same records are going yo be presented to corporate b/c this is not the 1st time. I had issues but I believe in 2nd chances and will say the this team fixed there 1st mistake. God Bless Chris! He seems to know how to talk to customers, take responsibility and problem solve. Chris accepted responsibility of his company the last time my car was forgetten about.Now this Manager Bob, has yet to offer sincere apology and accepts ZERO responsibility for my car being there going on 3 weeks.My car is under warranty so payment is not the issue and knowing you had to "Comp" and provide free service last time, I'd think hey lets make sure we take care of this returning customer. Instead here is the simple versus of what's happening...I turn my car in as it suffered same issue as 2-3 months ago when car a/c went out & car died. 1st time pep boys forgot they had my car over a week and ask me to bring it back, but it was on the lot the entire time as I was away in Memphis. Chris went on vacation and I guess the work order got lost (idk, idc the details b/c Chris EXCEEDINGLY Prioritized & Professionally RESOLVED the issue)...Now same issue happens a/c goes out, car didnt died but I felt it would if I continued to drive on it. So b/c of CHRIS, I was happy to take it back (plus I live close & there was a warranty on the work). This time I got Bob.. I called ahead to let him know I am having it towed in, he said that was okay... "just recommend you call to make sure we received it..." (I did so). To my surprise he called the same day to say it was done & fixed by about 6pm. And, I was shocked, amazed, and impressed again, ready to leave A Raving review. But when I came for pick up, I went for gas and notice the a/c blowing hot.. So I turn it back in after-hours. (Approx. 9/26/18)I recieved ONE call w/ a voicemail, that I still have from a Chad (b/c I don't delete voicemails) on 9/27/18. It said to call back and I did so and was told it was just to collect more info on why I brought it back.I give them all day to call me and then call them in last hour open and I was once told there was no work order and Bob will call me next day. But when I called back Bob said there was a work order and let me know he thinks the work will cost more than car. Also adding, "Sorry about that I have some new guys working and they don't know how to access everything yet." Which to me makes me wonder why you leave them to close the store and answer questions, if you're not accessible b/c I was told by that employee (who shall remain nameless), he called your cell phone both days I called w/ no response. I am not naming him b/c although he may be new he called on you Bob and you were not there to help him, help me by finding work order and providing me a status update.Since then and the numerous times I called, despite the false report by Bob to save himself that I have not and was not reachable, I called corporate twice. Once 9/6/18 and today. Today I spoke w/ Gabriel who informed me the reason the Area Director: "LEE", didn't contact me was that he was on vacation. However he let me know Bob said I never called him, which makes no sense b/c how would I have been told one reason for back up was a funeral and why would Bob call to say this to Corp?** I had to shorten my review comments will leave its entirety w/ The BBB, YeLp, Pep Boys Corp, & elsewhere

I was having a key ignition issue and Hunter helped me and fixed the problem so quickly and got me back on the road within a few minutes, definitely recommend going here. They care about their customers

Your staff is amazing truly I ve always had the best customer service , however this is the last time I ll be going to your location. Came In for an oil change and was quoted 135 for the synthetic oil change . Heck no. I ve never paid more than 80/85 for an oil change at any pep boys I ve been to, the last one being in WA state where I moved from. I usually take it to the dealer and pay around 85 and they include a car wash the only thing being the wait time is longer. My dad is a mechanic ( lives out of state ) and thankfully I do my due diligence, I called 5 different places including the Pepboys in Charlotte pike for the same synthetic oil change quote . They quoted me 95 ..: so I really want to know what the heck , why was there such a big jump at your location ?. If it was 95 here I probably would have stayed instead of walking away before I gave them my key Called Volvaline for a quote got it for 75. Im not sure if you just over priced me because miran cara de pendeja (face of a stupid person if you don t speak Spanish ) or what , but no . This review is for your pricing , your team is awesome and I ve never had any issues with the staff which I why I m giving 2 stars . I usually get my tires checked here and had nothing but good experiences with your staff . Do yourself a favor if you re reading this and always get at least 3 quotes before giving someone your business . 85 to 135 is a 50 dollar difference. I don t care how bad inflation is , no one should be paying more than 100 bucks for a basic oil change if you re not driving a luxury vehicle or truck

Absolutely terrible, overpriced and not worth your time. A simple serpentine belt took 2 hours to complete and cost 250 dollars!! The worst part is it didn't fix the problem with my engine at all. In addition they were going to charge me almost an extra $1000 for my breaks! If I had a choice I would've waited until I got home for the belt like I did for the breaks, but living 5 hours away I did have the luxury of doing that. Do better Pep Boys

Price gougers! They gave me an estimate to repair my A/C compressor for over $1600. I took it instead to Precision Tune and Auto, and they did it for $900. Also, they add a "shop fee" of $7 on every order. When I asked them what it was for, they just said, "Oh, we do that on every order." Just another attempt to price gouge.

Joe at this location was phenomenal. He made my appointment a breeze. He even informed me about future maintenance I needed to get done. He wasn t like other car shop employees, which are typically pushy and try to up-sell you on everything. His approach felt as if he was genuinely trying to help. The technicians at the location did a great job, I had tires put and an alignment within 3 hours. I will definitely be coming back!

I got in my vehicle after a 5 day Hospital stay for my wife in Nashville and found I had a nail in my tire (24 lbs). I went across the street to a competitor and was told he was already booked. I called the nearest tire repair shop and was told the same thing. I called Joe at Pep Boys on Old Hickory Blvd and explained I needed to return to Chattanooga tonight. He said he would work me in. I arrived at 5:30 on a Friday (they close at 7). Andy immediately took my car while the wife and I walked next door to eat at Waffle House. When we finished our meal, our car was ready! Joe took care of my auto needs when 2 others didn't have time for me! Joe (and Andy) get 5 Star Service for going above and beyond to get me on the road ASAP! Well done Joe! The wife and I can't thank you enough!

Horrible service, don't waste your time or money. Been there four separate days for a service that should have been fixed the first time. Their first job broke: AC was still hot and car still squeaks (spent over $300), second job needed a new part (had to wait for the order), third time with a weeks notice appointment: they just never got around to my car and didn't call me to tell me, fourth time Front desk man named Joe and assistant manager assure me that they would pay for my ubers to and from work and to bring my car in on a Wednesday: well they didn't. Car still squeaks, my wallet has been emptied, and I am assuring you that you need to take your service else where.

I made an appointment to have an oil change @9am this morning (9/22/23). Wasn't able to get to the shop until 3pm.I..'M STILL WAITING@7:06!!! I didn't know they made the oil they installed (one only reason I can imagine it takes so damn long to complete such a simple job). This is a rental I was instructed to get serviced here. I will NOT bring any personal vehicle I own here...ever!

I made an online appointment and my car was not done the same day I dropped it off and I was not called when they said I would be to inform me of the repairs needed. When I went the next morning to see what was going on, they hadn't even looked at the car or done anything to it. The manager did give me a discount for my inconvenience but the crew needs to be on board with what they need to be doing even when a manager is not present.

I would recommend THIS Pep Boys Service. I was impressed how friendly, professional and kind everyone was...particularly Joe, who had such a nice smile and calm demeanor. Tae, the asst manager was great and Will, who put my new tire on was so sweet and polite! I gave only 4 Stars instead of 5 because both times I came in (with a slow leak in my tire, from a nail) in the past 5 days, I had to wait 1 1/2 - 2 hours even WITH AN APPT because they are seriously short handed (like everywhere else) with techs in the garage.

While visiting from out of town, when I was towed into this location with a flat tire. Joe was absolutely amazing! His outstanding customer service and support were so refreshing from start to finish! No matter the challenge (and boy did I have quite a few), he was expectational, knowledgeable,patient, and very solution oriented!Thank you, Joe, for such an amazing and life-saving experience!Also, I want to recognize one of the other associates, Jermaine. I watch him defuse a very rude and disrespectful customer with patience, a smile, and such a positive attitude! He did not deserve the way the customer treated him, but he did not let the rude customer deter his character!Great job, team!

Joe is an absolute angel. I have never experienced customer service to the level he provided in a corporate setting. He truly is the definition of a customer first employee and I honestly have never had a someone go so above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.

Joe at Pep Boys was excellent. At first I had an oil change & they found antifreeze mixed in with the oil and they felt engine was totaled. When I went to pick up the car I, an old man remembered I checked antifreeze level early morning when engine cold & before my caffeine. I had poured antifreeze in opening in front of engine I thought was radiator. Once I told them that. They said that s not as bad as the engine feeding antifreeze in. So they drained all the oil put in the filter and had me try it for a week. Thankfully, it ran well and they heard me follow up with another oil change and filter. Change a week later and everything looks great. I am so thankful. They gave me an honest appraisal and my wife and I still have two cars because we wouldn t be able to afford a new one.It s definitely a five star rating for me and my wife of three times we ve been to Pep Boys. Thank you very very much Joe!!!!RS

This is a NO B.S. shop. They don t take it and they don t dish it. Fully transparent and will do what they can to make it happen. Quick, efficient, and professional. Tony and that one guy who was too pretty for real work (LOL) were a huge help. 12/10 would recommend.
