My car battery died in the middle of moving while it was freezing out - I came straight here because the service is always top-tier. Robert, Brian, and Nelly took amazing care of me! Highly recommend.

What does it mean to be on hold for 24 minutes and not answer the phone? I'm stranded on the road, I need to find a part for my car. I will never buy anything from O'Reilly auto parts Again!!!

I went three times last week to purchase a battery. No one ever showed at the counter.Went to Advanced Auto yesterday for the battery and they referred me to the Nolansville Pike store. However, they did say that O'Reilly's has one in stock. It took a moment to accept the fact that I might actually step foot in there again I was told to use the contractor entrance at O'Reilly. Low and behold....customer service people in the flesh!The battery he brought out was missing the nuts, so he must've pulled them from another one in back. He put my old core into the new box and I carried my new battery to the car.Put it in the bike at home...nothing....now I'm suspicious of how new this battery actually is, and based on the fact that the nuts were missing, I deduced that it wasn't new, went back and returned it.Should've gone to Advanced Auto on Nolansville in the first place.

Brian is A Superhero & a wonderful Man. He saved my Day Yesterday & all I could do was cry Because I had already had a long workday then my phone had got stolen. There was a Part I needed but he went an extra mile to help me figure it out & get it to where I d be okay for a Short period of time. All I want to say is THANK U BRIAN. There are still good people in this world & he didn t have to stop what he was Doing or his job inside to help me But he did & For that Brian Deserves so many flowers. Idk how to thank him But he is one hell of a Person to do what he did. This man deserves a raise praise everything Under the Sun. May god Bless Brian Abundantly & I will surely be Back. Definitely has good customer service skills as well. I m sure he s Best dad his kids could Ask for. GIVE BRIAN HIGHER PAY & HIGHER POSITION THAN WHAT HE S IN. U won t be disappointed guys head on Over to this Location. Brian is recommended 20/20

Stood in line for 30+ minutes while the people at the counter (friends of the cashier) small talked with the cashier completely a waste of time.All I needed was to get my CEL codes pulled.

Really?? O Reilly!! I go and ask about fuses and the guy is dumbfounded! I mean, come on guys! This is your job. I had to Uber there and he can t even tell me the right size fuse. Just pure lazy and not intelligent! And that s the nicest way this southern girl can say it!

Took excellent care of me . Fidn�have the part I needed but offered to have it shipped from the other store and have it by 7 am. I declined and drove to the other store where I was well taken care of. Thank you O'Reilly it was a break line for my girls car and she needed it to take the kids to school on there first day

My experience at O'Reilly was so pleasant, I am here to write a review! I stopped in to buy some window cleaner to take down some decals and paint. The nice woman who helped me knew exactly where everything was and gave me options of what I was looking for. When checking out, the cashier was clearly going above and beyond helping a customer on the phone and apologized for keeping me waiting. TWO THUMBS UP for customer service!

I sent my daughter who is a student at a local university to O'Reilly Auto Parts at 493 Craighead St, Nashville to have her battery checked. The worker who checked the battery was very professional and honest. Thank you so much! Job well done!

I went to the O'Reillys on Craighead and the employee Charla (Im sorry if I got the name wrong) helped me figure out my car situation. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond customer service. She was a major help and showed leadership qualities.

Go to another location. Placed an online order to be ready in one hour. Arrived 3 hours later and waited in line for 30mins. They said they couldn t find my order in the system. Went searching for 15mins and brought out the wrong order and couldn t figure out a solution. Ordered online to reduce the hassle and complications and it ended up causing more. Poor customer service

I changed out an alternator here today. The staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Mario gave us a printout of the belt path, which helped us identify how to safely remove the tension from the belt. I feel like I can trust the staff here to provide diagnostics and parts.

One of our cars needed a new battery and this location was close to my son's apartment. The gentleman that installed the battery did it on a day when it was about 23 degrees with a wind chill in the low teens. It took some doing, but the battery was installed and we were on our way. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and capable. (BTW, they will never ask for it, but give these folks a gratuity, especially for a battery installation in lousy weather.)

The staff here were super helpful with my dead battery situation. Bought the battery here a year ago and it has already become faulty. The gentleman that helped me was great, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, he chose to swap out my battery while its under warranty and now my car is doing great. Thanks for the help!!

Item in stock at good price. Bought online.Website CLEARLY says they have curbside service. But when I got there and called, the manager said no. I have serious Covid risks, so cannot go in. He grudgingly brought out the item. That is the 2nd time this has happened at the Craighead location.O'Reilly should quit claiming curbside is available. Will go to Advanced or Auto Zone next time.

Johnathan McClure went above and beyond. His customer service, insight, knowledge and friendliness while helping me out has made O reilys/This store my go to auto supply store from now on. He saved me from making some big mistakes costing me needless money on another car project before I started, while making me feel good about learning some new things to help me in the future. Wild Bill helped me soo much yesterday! I came in with a dead battery, he checked it himself, determined it wasn t good and gave me a new one under warranty for free. He sent a driver out to get the battery from another location in less than 5 minutes and had the new battery put in very quickly too. I told him I was selling the car and he was so helpful giving me advice on places to stay away from for maintenance and tips for cars to look for. He treated me like I was his own daughter with the service going above and beyond. I ve never had a bad experience here and I ll keep coming back for all of my needs. Highly recommend!

We were in from out of town to move our daughter into the dorms. The battery in her car died got the car to O'Reilly's and they checked battery, alternator and starter. The battery was bad they changed it and they could not have been more professional and pleasant. Overall it could not have been a better experience A+

Me and my husband took a road trip to Georgia last week. Our car died on the highway. We were able to get it started back up and visit this store. My husband went in and told them what happened, and they knew the issue immediately. They Changed the part for us that was bad. They helped us more then we could have imagined they would. Thank you to the people working July 17 2021 at the time YALL opened.

I for the most part buy 95% of my part at O Reillys. I mechanic for a living. But this location, they should close. Terrible customer service. Kids running the counter standing back there just chatting while paying customers wait for service. I HATE Auto Zone. But I ll shop there next time

This place is great because they have almost any part you might need, and they're open much later than most other auto parts stores. The downside is that you usually have to wait 5-10 minutes for the part to be located in the warehouse and brought up front. Of course for many parts, you'd be waiting days not minutes if you went to another smaller store.
