Awesome to work with Hunter and Darby are super professional and always make sure all 3 vehicles of our are well taken care of! They are reasonably priced and always complete the jobs when they say they will!

Amazing service!, honestly probably one of the nicest places I've been to in a while all of the staff was really friendly. Darby helped me out a lot she was the sweetest person I've interacted with. She's definitely one to ask for help with when ever your in a pinch. will definitely be coming back here again if I got troubles.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting NBT , and I must say, the experience was amazing! From the second I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff! They took take to listen to my concerns and were big help! 10/10 recommend

I ve never had a poor experience at NTB until today. I walked in for a 10am appointment (I was 30 minutes early, so I was anticipating a wait time) when I was informed that it would take until about 2pm or 3pm for my service (and oil change and tire rotation) to be complete. None of those things are inherently wrong or bad, but the attitude I was given when asking where I could sit while I wait was unacceptable. As someone who works in retail, I give people in customer service heavy jobs a lot of grace. I understand that there were staffing issues, and that things were running behind schedule, but the woman at the desk was so unnecessarily unkind in our interaction that I asked for my keys back and chose to take my business elsewhere.

Had the best service here, Darby was wonderful, I've been coming here for 10 years and am always happy to see her, she's honest with me about what my car needs and never takes advantage of her customers,

Darcy was amazing! I went in there on Thursday and was told my car was unrepairable. The dude at the desk had to order me a new tire . I come in on Saturday and all Darcy had to do was slap the newly ordered tire on there but she didn t, she went above and beyond and asked if it was okay if she repaired it! I was so happy as I have a brand new car with brand new tires! I would highly recommend Darcy as she made me a really pleased customer!!!

I, Wanted to go here for an oil change and a tire rotation. but after checking it out and seeing a red headed guy smoking in a car. which didn't seem to be his. I've decided against it especially reading some other reviews stating that it takes longer then initially spoken about for car maintenance. I guess if you want your car to come out smelling like cigarettes and at a much later time you can come here. I guess you get what you pay for.

Honestly great customer service. the guy with goofy curly hair helped answer a couple of questions and as super helpful I just cant recall his name. Love coming to this place when I need to of course.

Great people, came in to get a tire repaired, and a few days later a different tire started to deflate. Totally unrelated incidents, but they fixed it the second time for free! Kind and honest people!

I had a horrible experience at a Firestone and swore them off. I was excited to meet Cecil at this NTB and thought I had found a new home. The first visit ended in two new tires but was impressed.Trip 2 - completely different story. Here is the time line 1. Called on a Wednesday, explained the scenario and was asked to drop of Thursday morning and leave for a few hours.2. Dropped car off after hours Wednesday night.3. Called Thursday morning and recapped request.4. Called several times throughout the day to only be told it s on the rack .5. Finally after 3pm, I called and got an explanation of issue. I asked what time they closed and was told 6pm.6. I arrived at 5:30pm to find the place closed, locked up and my car inside. The door said they closed at 8:30pm on Thursdays.7. I called a different location and a staff member called the regional manager.8. Close to 6:30pm, a woman with a serious attitude problem showed up claiming she couldn t get it off the rack for me but finally did.9. The tire loosing sir was not even pumped up.10. I asked the second location to have the regional manager call me and never did.11. When I followed up with Cecil, no empathy or attempt to do right.12. Sent an inquiry through website - nothing.If you want to use NTB, AJ at the Charlotte Pike location was helpful. But looks like I m on the hunt again.

Couldn t be more pleased with my trip to NTB Bellevue today! Picked up some roadway debris in a tire and Hunter and his crew had me patched up good as new in no-time! Thanks guys!

They are dishonest.I had a problem in which I asked to have my differential oil changed and told them that my 2016 Subaru Forester has two differentials. Not long after they changed my rear differential went bad and cost $1,658 to replace. The cause... The rear differential had not gotten an oil change and the front differential had the wrong oil.Despite being promised a full reimbursement, nearly a year later and many hours on the phone; they are telling me that they won't pay for my car's repairs even though they are completely at fault.Incredibly dishonest DO NOT GO HERE!

I came in the other day pretty frazzled about what may be wrong with my tires as vehicle was rocking pretty bad. They really went over everything thoroughly and tires were fine it was a caliper break situation and Darby the manager pointed out to me and fixed problem and made me feel safe!! I had an outstanding experience and will be referring my customers and friends to her and this store!!

Very unreliable and always cuts corners with services. Came in with one flat tire,came out with another. I have roadside coverage and the mananger Cecil said it wasn t their issue and raised his voice, acted like a child and threatened to call the police because he and his employees couldn t do their job correctly. They rotated and balanced my tires and didn t want to patch a nail they should ve have seen and that I clearly have coverage for. Do not come here unless you want to be told you re in the wrong!
