I made an appointment here with Keisha a week ago for 8am. I was running late and called ahead and they left a bay open for me!Not only that, she was great and understood I was in a rush and helped me by making it a priority. When I get work done here I always feel like a valued customer whether it s for a routine service check up or getting my tires changed/ brake changed.I suggest my friends to visit Keisha all the time when they are having any issues with their automobile!

We have taken our cars to this location for regular maintenance such as oil changes and brakes for years. When my car started making an alarming screech while in motion I was worried something was horribly wrong with the brakes or bearings and took my car in fearing an expensive repair, if they could even fix the problem. When they called I was informed the noise was caused by a plate covering the brake that had come loose, bent, and was scraping against something. Luckily they were able to bend it back into place and didn't even charge for the inspection, diagnosis or fix. It is unusual to find a chain car service where the employees are forthright and kind and this has been our experience every time with NTB. We will continue to take our cars here in the future during to this. Thanks so much!

Came in on a Sunday with a nail in my tire and needing new tires. Jason the manager couldn t have been a better guy. They had the tires in stock and did the job while I waited. Customer service was completely the opposite of what I experienced at Tire Discounters a week before-these guys now have a loyal customer.

First off, let me start by saying just how absolutely amazing Keisha is. She works the front desk and I love coming here for her alone, not just the great auto service. She is warm, friendly, compassionate, super helpful, professional, & always remembers who you are. Someone you can have laugh, joke, and talk with. NTB Charlotte Pike will always be my go-to for service.

Jason and his team were nothing but helpful in a dire situation. They do quick and honest work. I highly recommend their services. A brand new tire in under an hour on a busy weekend day is seldom heard of, and they managed to get it done. Hats off to them.

Keisha and her crew are amazing. Whenever I need help with my vehicle this is the shop I call. She always finds a way to fit me in and they always take care of me. This is the shop you want to spend your money with!!

I have received superb service from locations across the country the past several year. However, all of my visits to this location have been met with a poor attitude from the manager at this location. She is routinely aggressive and unfriendly. Not just a bad day, but every time I come there for service. Today, her poor attitude, aggressive nature with customers was totally uncalled for and necessitated providing you direct feedback. I was ten minutes late for my 8AM appointment, she had me wait for another fifteen minutes before telling me that she gave away my appointment, as I was late. Unsatisfactory! Also, a hispanic man came in the door and asked her if she spoke Spanish (habla espanola) in Spanish. She said no and proceed to mock him by saying "parlevous Francais" back to him. It was uncalled for and horrible. This woman in my opinion, is an angry and just plain mean woman. I am sure she does not represent the core values of NTB. I will never be returning to this location.

I have been a longtime fan of the NTB Charlotte Pike location and that is all thanks to the incredible team. My wonderful 2012 Subaru was not well and both Keisha and JJ helped me through a very stressful time and I am forever thankful for their perseverance to find the problem and their skills to fix them. Keisha is wonderful and I m so thankful to her and the team for all their kindness, education, care and patience that I received. I am a forever grateful!!

The female manager at the Charlotte Pike location is the rudest auto maintenance employee I have ever tried to do business with. I came in for a simple tire rotation and she rudely cuts me off, demands to look at my Camry before scheduling a rotation. Hhey old manager was much nicer. I will never spend money here again. Tired of dealing with openly racist black employees everywhere I go in Nashville. They all have a chip on their shoulder. My friend stopped in to schedule vehicle maintenance 2 weeks ago and she was there and was rude to him. My friend is a youth pastor and is one of the easiest people in the world to talk to. She was rude to him and yelled they were too busy to help him. What has happened to this location!?

Jason was incredibly helpful. Clearly understaffed at that time, he ran around super-cheerfully and we made a plan. He seemed like a star on a dull day. So much better than when NTB was down on Charlotte/white Bridge road. Recommend absolutely. NTB can source tires most or all of its competitors cannot find or do not carry. Very important. Better than Tire Rack, even. And they're "the big gorilla ".

NTB on charlotte pike has truly been a great place for most of my auto needs! I ve been coming for 8 years and they ve never let me down. They re friendly, fast, and efficient! They are the chic-fil-a of mechanics. I ve never experienced customer service like them! Highly recommend 10/10 every time!

It was what I had expected. Keisha the store manager was on point. She made sure that I was aware with any other issues that I had other than the new tires I bought. I will definitely come back. Thank you all at NTB.

My first experience with this location ever was back in 2015 with Keisha as a customer and she was the most understanding and kind hearted person I had met, had my trust from the get go! Seeing as I was getting into the automotive field, once I turned 18 that year I applied for a job there and got my first auto shop employment job! Ever since then, I grew up with the NTB family and learned that at Charlotte Pike, you ll always be taken care of and treated like family! As a former employee working with Keisha from 2015-2017 and 2019-2022, I HIGHLY recommend stopping in here if you need any work done because they will always make sure you re in safe hands!

NTB was effective diagnosing an issue with my rear wheel bearings and they were able to fix the problem in a timely fashion. AJ was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. An easy online booking system made this a simple procedure from start to finish.

Never had a negative experience at any NTB location thus far. The RIVERGATE location replaced the wrong tire once but quickly corrected it and was very apologetic. I would recommend NTB to my friends and family for certain.

Just want to shout out to these guys - Our guys were having brake issues in our company (Anderson Pools & Spas in Murfreesboro) vehicle today and managed to get into their parking lot, where NTB helped them and didn't charge us for the help. THANK YOU, NTB!! We greatly appreciate you helping our guys and getting them back on the road to finish their service orders!
