Let me start by saying I'm not a big review guy, good or bad I almost never do reviews. That said I'm also a car enthusiast with a couple of classic cars that treats all of my cars with nothing but the best.4 weeks ago our cadillac xt5 was damaged by a hail storm, over 150 dings and I was disheartened to say the least. Fast forward to nexterra showing up to our home to do PDR on it and I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of their mobile repair van. (very clean )Jesse and Damion step out to greet me and explain the process ( which as an old school car guy, I was doubtful could satisfy a fussy old man),and what struck me right away was the enthusiasm and confidence of these two men. As the repairs process went along it was apparent that they absolutely enjoyed their work and that they had immense pride in their craft. Every single dent is now gone, not covered up, gone, and I just had to say it was actually a pleasure to watch them do some amazing work. Jessie and Damion, if you read this, thank you so much for your work and the great conversation as well. It is sincerely appreciated. You both are a credit to what is truly an art form.

If removing hail dents is an art, then Tim L. with Nexterra is a true master! The whole process was smooth and easy. But even better, Tim did such an amazing job that I cannot tell that there were ever any dents on my hood and roof. Even the reflections of the sky and clouds on the hood are distortion-free.Not only is he amazing at his craft, but he is also extremely courteous and professional. I hope I never have hail damage again, but if I do, I will definitely ask for Tim since he achieves such magnificent results.

Tim and Caleb are in a word.... Magicians!!!!! My vehicle looked like it had chickenpox after the hail storm came through. When Tim and Caleb arrived at my home (on time) they took all of the dents out of my baby and when they finished, she looked brand new. Nexterra is absolutely A 1 Amazing and I would give them 100 stars if I could.

My car was just delivered after hail damage repair and I couldn't be happier! Nexterra was great to work with, and made this process very easy. Bruno Vaz inspected my car and explained the process. Joshua Vaz picked up and delivered my car. Both were absolutely polite and professional. Can't say enough about this experience!

This company provided photos from another vehicle (not even the same color, make or model) to support an upwards adjustment they sent to my insurance company. They ended up getting paid over $9000.00 for a repair that was originally quoted at $2500.00. They couldn't complete the repair and I had to take it to a local body shop to finish the job.Updated in response to owner response: Let's get the facts straight. Yes, the repair shop of my choice completed the work for $1700. Nexterra still charged over $7000 additional for roughly 3hrs of paintless dent repair. The original quote for the entire job was about $2500. My insurance company did not agree to the increase in the cost until the false photos were provided. I'll pay the remainder of this outrageous bill including my deductible and then I'm turning the whole thing over to the NICB.Updated 4/8: Allen from Nexterra followed up on my claims and was able to provide a resolution that was acceptable to me.

We had a great experience with Joshua and Nexterra. We had 2 cars hit with hail damage. The process was so simple, the communication was great. Joshua and his team were really great to work with and did an amazing job. The cars are like new. This was honestly the best car repair experience I ve ever had.

I was originally directed to Nexterra (via USAA insurance) for getting a hail damage estimate on my car, fully assuming I would have to arrange for getting the repair done on my own, but after learning about their mobile/on-site repair services, I ended up deciding to stick with them for following through on the repair.All told, 100% would use Nexterra again. The convenience element was incredible they did all the hail damage repair on my car while it was in the parking lot of my work building (so no additional rental vehicle was needed). Also both Steve and Scott were wonderfully professional, communicative, and friendly even braving the miserable 40�F cold, rainy Minnesota autumn weather, to perform the repair in just a handful of hours.

Our tech that came out, Josh Vaz, was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately our car was caught in hail damage. We have the 91st one that was made of 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8. Nexterra did a great job on my car--would definitely use them again in the future. Tim went above and beyond what most people do, and had to endure some drama in our neighborhood while he was fixing the dents. He took it all in stride and was very kind about it. Caleb did a superb job in removing my unwanted dents! He provided detailed information about what he was going to do and finished in a timely manner.Update - there was a dispute with the payment and I can t get anyone to call or text me back. Once they have your money, they don t care to follow up.

I could not be more impressed with the work performed by Keegan and Bruce. They arrived when they said they would, explained what they would be doing, pointed out the hail damage they were repairing and when they were done, did a thorough walk through with us. My car looks better than new. I'm super impressed with their professionalism and quality. They were very friendly and didn't mind my husband going out and asking questions. Will most definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I m so glad I went with Nexterra! It was the same company that did estimates for the insurance. They are mobile so you might have to wait a couple weeks for them to come to your town. They are still faster than the shops in town, no doubt! Caleb was awesome! Car looks amazing, I am glad he showed care for my car and property while he was here! Highly recommend ! Shocked by the number of good reviews. This company has been miserable to work with. My truck has been in the repair shop for nearly 2 months now. 2 months! Even with daily calls by me to Melissa, communication has been terrible. I switched to calling the actual repair shop, then Nexterra, then insurance to figure out what was actually going. Still don't have my truck.

From CTJason and Ricky were top notch. Very professional, exceptional eye for detail and after 50 vehicles not a 1 complaint. I highly recommend them for the smallest to the most complex jobs you might have. I was sorry to see them go. Could have kept them busy with friends and family for awhile more.

Horrible communication. My car was held for 4 days beyond what I was told for the finished repair date with no updates. I had to call in several times until an agent would finally tell me where my car was, at which point I was told I would have to wait an additional 3 days for repairs to be complete. Again, at no point did they attempt to contact me about these updates. This company is horribly unprofessional when it comes to communication and transparency. I incurred several hundred dollars in unanticipated costs due to their lack of communication and inability to provide their customers with accurate completion dates for repair. Please consider using another service, even if your insurance wants to go through Nexterra.

Just had our first experience with Nexterra. This company gets rave reviews from us for the persons who provided our service. Jesse and Damien fixed the hail damage on our car. What remarkable young men they are. We found them to be knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, organized, amiable, engaging, respectful, genuine and completely trustworthy. We didn't hesitate to visit a local bakery for breakfast while they worked in our garage (at our insistance). The convenience of this was outstanding and this company should be applauded for their business plan but also their wisdom in hiring such dedicated and quality individuals like Jesse and Damien. 5 stars from Florissant, MO.!

Took our one year old van here for over $5,500 worth of hail damage, and omg! 2 1/2 days, and it's brand new again. They even fully detailed the entire inside and washed and detailed the exterior. They also handled the entire repair directly with our lender and insurance. 100% no hassle, and they take pride in what they do! Thank you so much.1330 S Parker Rd location!

They came to the house to repair the hail damage. They made it so easy. When they were done you thought it was a new car again. Joshua was so professional in the work that he did.
