These guys are the best!Andrew, TJ and Jessie make it so easy to work with them and you know it s getting done right!They got my 83 KZ1000 running after it sat for 15 years. Brought my 02 CBR954rr there that I just bought and needed the front shocks serviced they were leaking all over and oil change ETC.... Also wanted them to look the bike over for anything needed repair. I had been worn out every time when riding my bike and just thought I was out of shape. They were able to diagnose a steering wheel bearing issue that was the culprit for the difficult steering. This is something I wouldn't have noticed but they got it all fixed up and the bike handles like a dream now. They kept me updated with the process throughout the entire time and even have a number you can text with any questions they respond to immediately.

One of the best shops I've ever dealt with in 25 years of riding. Andrew went out of his way to help me in a crunch situation and really saved my butt. Over delivered and underpriced, I wish that every transaction was a pleasant and satisfying as going to Nashville Motorcycle Repair. I cannot recommend enough.

I've only bought Ural parts via email from Andrew, but he has an answer for all of my questions and if he has what I need in stock (which has been everything so far) it arrives in just a couple days.

Everyone here was exceptionally helpful and more than that actually pleasant to deal with, which seems to be a rarity in Motorcycle shops. Took excellent care of my scooter at a reasonable price and in a short time frame. I will highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and a shop that actually cares.

Updated review by an already satisfied customer: These guys have been killing it on my bike. I'm sure they hate seeing it by now but they're always incredible responsive and helpful. This bike has never run better.Great shop. Good people. Andrew, the owner has been incredibly responsive and helpful on my 70's bike. Will continue to use this shop.

Andrew did a great job with my bike. He was patient with going through the motions for taking proper precautions during COVID also which was great. They were also kind about my having made a prior appointment and totally missing it because I just forgot about it. Still got me in quick and responded to emails well. Paid about $320 for routine maintenance (which maybe seemed a bit expensive to me but included oil change, brake fluid change and general cleaning and checking of other components) but the bike seems to be running great and they filled out the maintenance portion of my owners manual while they completed the work so clearly they care about customer satisfaction.

Andrew is Top Notch.... I have a 2018 Ural.... He has take very good care of me on more than One occasion. I did not originally purchase my Ural from him but he is my go to guy for anything I ever need with my Ural. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to work with your schedule when scheduling work. He even took the time to explain to me how to do some of the more complex maintenance steps on a Ural. I don't ever imagine going anywhere else. I travel from Chattanooga for his work and it's well worth the trip. Just wish he was closer.Services: Tires, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Great work for a great price. They also send photo updates which is perfect for when you miss your bike and want to see the progress! It sucks not being able to do some jobs by myself, but being able to support my local bike shop is gratifying.

Excellent work at great prices. I m a recent transplant from Portland. Finding a local motorcycle shop was my first order of business when I got here. These lovely people mounted a tire for me while I sat in their awesome shop on my lunch break.Support your local, small shops like this one. Jessie and everyone else here knows their stuff!

Great service on older motorcycles. They took my 1984 Honda Nighthawk and made it run better than I had ever heard one. The prices were reasonable especially considering the only other option was doing it myself. Ask for Ryan - he was my mechanic and explained what I absolutely had to do vs. should do vs. could do. He also explained what I needed to do into the future.

I've got a '69 CB450 and the crew here is the absolute best. They are super informative and helpful and really look out for you and your bike. I would recommend them over anybody else in the region.

I've taken several 70's bikes here for repairs. From 1st call I could tell these guys were the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bikes always done in timely manner and done right the first time. They know bikes, how to fix them right and where to get the right parts. Glad I found them.

Andrew is a saint. Jessie is an angel. I haven't been on a bike in twenty years, they replaced my chain, patched my tire and did it all with zero judgement when I discovered I forgot how to ride. Andrew even strapped my bike into the uhaul with the one strap I had. Customer for life.

This place is really cool. They have helped me out on two occasions and both times they pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me. The hobs werent big but they went out of their way both times to make sure i was taken care of. 5 service by far.

Very kind and helpful, helped me diagnose some problems with my bike over email before I even came in and then squeezed me into their already full schedule when my bike broke down on the way there on my originally appointed day. Explained things to me politely and didn't talk down to me when I asked noob maintenance questions

Friendly peoples. Very professional. I was there only one time and they made good job. Only when I needed a repair my motorcycle I had to make an appointment like for two months and I needed the work before. I think they were very busy

Great people to deal with...caught a rear flat on my Harley... Boswell's said it would be at least a day before they could get to it...NMR had me in and out in 2hrs for about half what Harley was gonna charge... I won't be bothering Boswell's with my business again
