Brought both of my cars here, they always do a fantastic job. Easy service, fair prices, quick turn around times, and great communication. Highly suggest! Best Auto service spot in the Nashville area.

Our son just moved to Nashville and had a problem with his car. My husband usually does the basic maintenance and repairs, but we're 12 hours away now. We found this garage on an internet search, and they had good reviews. So he called to check them out. They fixed the issue, communicated with my hubby (because our son was in school all day), and coordinated an after-hours pickup. Great service!

Nashville Auto Care is my go to spot in the area. I stumbled upon this place a few years back when I needed an oil change, but couldn t find a place that would take me.They do a phenomenal job and this is obviously a legitimate local family business, so I prefer to support them rather than the big box businesses.They do a quick job and have phenomenal communication..5 stars!

Was able to get a full brake job (pads, rotors, and fluid exchange) for what I consider reasonable rate. Dropped my car off when they opened and the job was completed by lunch!I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. And since they are conveniently located in my East Nashville neighborhood, I will be sure to use their services again when I find myself in need.

These guys are right by my house and work fast and hard on my car any time I need to take it to them. The latest visit, I needed a new battery and connector. I dropped the car off, and about an hour later, it was ready. Super nice and easygoing. Love these guys.

Just used this place for the first time. The owner (Jerry) got me in and out for an oil change in 15 mins and was very conversational. Felt very personable and will honestly use the next time I have anything go wrong with my car.

We've had two excellent experiences with Nashville Auto Care on two different vehicles now. They're honest, prompt, and quick. They're also helpfully informative to make sure you understand what work needs to be done and why. Will definitely be coming back for future needs.

I highly recommend this shop! Jerry and the team at Nashville Auto Care have always done quality work quickly for my family. They ve done work on my 2016 Subaru Outback for substantially less than the Subaru dealership quoted. Additionally, our 2021 VW Atlas requires an oil filter which is tough to find. Nashville Auto Care was able to change the oil and filter same-day. They are honest and do not try to up-sell or add unnecessary charges. They will discuss the state of your vehicle and inform you of possible maintenance needs or warn of impending repairs. They are kind, honest, hard-working, educated, experienced, and communicative. When an AAA wrecker/tow truck dropped me and my 2001 Suburban off, the driver informed me that he had never heard anything negative about Nashville Auto Care and he drops vehicles there often.

This place is AMAZING. I got in my car this morning to go to work, and my tire was completely flat. Annoyed, I called my insurance company and they told me I didn t have roadside assistance (shocker) and that they would send me a few phone numbers of places nearby that could help me out. First number I called was to an auto shop in CHATTANOOGA. I live in east Nashville lol! So I went on my own search to find a mechanic, and lo and behold there was one just 4 min away from my house. First off, the location is literally perfect. Convenience is an understatement lol. Jerry answered the phone when I called, and I had told him what was going on. He let me know that right now they didn t have a tow truck, but that I could come by and pick up an air pump to bring to my house and pump the tire up enough to make it to the shop! What a solution. I ve never had a mechanic care so much about me getting my problem fixed. So I did just that, and now I m here sipping on a coffee while my tires being fixed. Bonus points to them for also having a really comfy couch to sit on while you wait! - don t go anywhere else for your car troubles, especially if you also live in east Nashville!

Jerry and the Nashville Auto Care team are AWESOME!! I was quoted hundreds of dollars higher at a dealership and Jerry and team were able to repair my Lexus for much cheaper and in the same day! I can't recommend Nashville Auto care enough for your local neighborhood shop - they are so honest and nice!

I m so grateful to live around the corner from here. Jerry is one the kindest, most genuine people I ve ever met and always goes above and beyond in every interaction I ever have with him. When I found that my car wouldn t start, he gave me a jump starter to borrow and then immediately replaced my battery when I was able to drive back over and had me back on my way in less than 5 minutes. They do great work at a fair price and the turn around time is always impressive. Thank you so much, Jerry!

Had a ongoing suspension issue with my vehicle that caused yet another failure. Dropped off my Camry and while walking home, about 15 minutes or so had a call telling me the issue. One I expected, the other didn't even know what the part was. Being a DIY guy did the work myself, totally see where the quote was coming from. Thanks guys and best money I've spent in awhile!Kudos to the mechanic that spotted the failure, a LONG line before him missed that issue and only addressed the effects of that part failure. Awesome!

This is the best shop around. Jerry and his team are the most honest a trustworthy car repair shop I've ever dealt with. And they always accommodate, get you in and back on the road quickly and try to keep your car running right and costs low. So lucky to have found them.

Got me in and out in 2 hours. I went and bought the alternator they popped it in no questions asked. Nice staff easy to deal with even with a breathalyzer in my car. Will only be taking my car there from now on. Reasonably priced as well.

As long as I live in Nashville, I ll never go to another mechanic. These guys are honest, consistent, kind, reliable, and trustworthy. While it s not the cheapest shop in town, they ve never done me wrong, and just like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

Phenomenal! I needed last minute service to my brake pads and rotors, and Salim was able to get me in the next business day. He was fast, gave me a fair quote, and got the work done when he said it would be done. I am basically a walking billboard for this place and will definitely return!

These guys are the best. Always quick and affordable. Can handle simple oil changes and brakes, etc or more advanced repairs and always communicate pricing and labor before doing the work. We wouldn t take our vehicles anywhere else but Nashville Auto Care

I went for an oil change yesterday. They were very friendly and got it done quick which was great but I think my back tire was not filled correctly. I left the shop with the tire pressure light on and figured it was being glitchy because it can do that. Maybe my tire was low because it shredded later that night while I was on the highway. I m pretty bummed out. Might not be there fault but I thought it was a weird coincidence.

I was having problems with my A/C in my car after a very shady mobile-mechanic deal. I took my car to Jerry and he had it fixed and ready for me the next day. It has been working perfectly since. He also quoted me for my next repair, and will definitely be using this shop again.Also, VERY importantly, I felt that he respected me as a human being. I felt no level of condescension. He was transparent and communicative. This is all very important to me, because I have not afforded this respect at a lot of the other shops.Thanks again!!!

I was driving from KY to Alabama and my water pump went out. I was directed to this place and I was so glad! They were all soooo nice. He actually pulled his guys off what they were working on to fix my truck and get me back on the road. I was EXTREMELY happy with them!!Thank you guys so much!

Couldn t recommend enough. I had an issue last week with my battery and these guys got me right in, diagnosed my issue properly, called me back quickly even with a lot full of cars, had me out that afternoon. They will not charge you more, they will not tell you something doesn t work when it does, and they will also give you preventative maintenance tips. They also took care of 2 other vehicles I ve owned the last 7 or 8 years. They really know what they re doing here. And their prices are better than other shops in the area. I wouldn t hesitate to call them first and only them for any car issues. Very honest shop.

We were traveling to the West Coast when our radiator died on the side of the road. Knowing our situation, they took it in immediately and got to work. We were back on the road in a couple hours and the truck has been running great ever since! Made it to the West Coast without an issue. Highly recommend Nashville Auto Care! Jerry and his team replaced my gauge cluster and crushed it. I had gone to the dealership and they quoted me an ungodly amount of money I could have never afforded. As a touring musician I m always appreciating the work they do here to keep me safe on the road.
