Staff was friendly and helpful. Needed a battery and they had the cheapest overpriced one to fit my car. Loaned tools for me to install but they don't install. Saved some money so that's ok.

Helpful staff they were willing to and did go above there duties assisting me and since they could only find part of what I was looking for in a extra stuff box they let me have it saved me a lot of time and effort

I called to take the price for a brake caliber when I called she gave me the price of $65.99 plus tax so I borrowed $75 from someone to go get the brake caliber, and when I got there she told me that the price was $112 and I asked her how her name is Jamie and I asked her how and she said because there's an $82 car charge she did not tell me this on the phone so I think my experience was very bad they bad representation they don't give the correct prices over the phone none of that. And the only thing she had to say was I'm sorry I'm just I'm just not learning about the core charges myself I take full responsibility for that for my understanding that the manager is supposed to give me the price that I was told on the phone not because someone lied to me or miss � canme misled me is what I should say with the wrong price and I don't 6

I was on the road from Everett, WA. and needed a part.it was close to closing and they stayed a few minutes late so as I could get my part and keep me on the road.They went out of their way, above and beyond to help someone.This is why I use NAPA and not others. If you want great customer service and knowledgeable parts people NAPA is the place to go.

The service was very good. We were helped with a battery that was under warranty, which they replaced with no issue. The location is convenient to the interstate, however it isn't in the best part of town. That's not their fault, however something to consider.

Michael makes the Napa name as strong as I had thought with the warranty on my alternator! Best place for electrical parts and most anything for most any vehicle. Thanks for the help in getting my car back on the road.

Customer Service Here At This Store Is Poor. I Walked Into This Store Location Looking For Help For My Vehicle & Gabriel Convinced Me To Buy Parts That I Never Needed. He Was Un -Professional .. While Eating On The Job. Confused & Unknowledgeable. Management Should Invest Into Hiring REAL SERVICE PROFESSIONALS . Untill Then Don't Waste Your Time Or Money

Always friendly folks. Very knowledgeable staff. Able to cross reference parts to make sure you get the right parts. If they don't have it, they will tell you where you can find it.

I called Terry at 6:58p and told him I was in a jam. I needed a fuel filter. He told me that he had it in stock and I can come To the store because he would wait on me. He waited and help me get everything I need and saved the days. #NapaKnowHow

I really like NAPA because they usually have staff who are either students or professionals in automotive. The only reason this location didn't reveive 5 stars is because of the long waits. But they have a popcorn machine, so I never mind the extra wait time

Needed some oil for my Jetta Diesel. It's hard to find but I've found it at NAPA before. The guy who assisted me was very helpful. I love that store!

No doubt the most knowledgeable part store people out of the big nationwide companies. They also have, or the abilty to get the most parts. Only reason not a 5 star, the guys in there can be huge smartazzes and if you don't understand or apprecite the "jokes" it can be very annoying.

Rushed out of work early to show up at 6:45P when they say they close at 7:00. With the doors locked and the employees closing up. Very disappointed. Not how a business should run.
