Take your money elsewhere.Went in for a quick tire replacement and they put the wrong size tire on my vehicle, only to be informed of it later at another Midas when we couldn't figure out why my vehicle was still having issues.Instead of taking accountability and fixing an honest mistake, the manager, Adam, doubled down on the phone and said "I was doing you a favor," and two months later has yet to reach back out to resolve the issue.This shop also went a step further and lied in the appeal to my AmEx chargeback, claiming I was aware of the size difference and they have "made multiple attempts to rectify the issue" -- neither of which have happened. To this day, Adam and the Midas district manager for Nashville, Steve, have never returned any phonecalls.You would think you could trust a reputable auto shop when they tell you they gave you the correct service. Moreso, you think they would make the effort to make an easy mistake right. Not so much this shop. Because I, with no auto experience, signed an invoice on their incorrect work that their store manager told me was correct, they basically have told me to kick rocks to save a few bucks.Tanking your shop's integrity over $87 - what a concept.Don't give your money to these corner-cutters.

Recently had my car start to over heat. Thanks to Midas they educated me on the issue with the car and did a great job fixing the radiator. I want to give a special thanks to Ken for making this process as easy as possible for me!

These are more than decent people. I had a great experience with Josh, Terry and the Young lady that works the front desk. They went beyond expectations to ensure that my truck was fix well. I would recommend this location to anyone for auto repair services. They really take the time to work with you. Pictures below show the awesome work that was done.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I am extremely impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and promptness of service this store location provided me. Ken, the store manager, is a delight to behold. He gave a fair, transparent and honest assessment of the condition of the brakes/rotors on my Acura RDX. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MIDAS STORE TO ANY AND EVERYONE

To: Adam and his Team Midas in Nashville, TN We cannot thank you enough for helping us with our Ford F150 truck!! We were driving home to Wisconsin and had to make an emergency stop at Midas in Nashville, TN due to unexpected dire issues with our truck. Adam and his team did such a wonderful and amazing job taking care of us and getting to the matter of the car issues during our trip. They were professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. They helped us to get back on the road within a good timing We feel safe driving home again.we wouldn't of been able to make it home if it wasn't for their hard work. I was experiencing issues with my exhaust and brought my car up to Midas on Murfreesboro Pike. Eric and team solved my issue in a timely fashion, and were extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for car servicing in the area. Thanks again, Eric!

They had amazing customer service and got my car in and out in under 30 minutes!! Definitely will be returning here for oil changes since they charge half the price of all other places I ve been to for full synthetic!! 10/10

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! let me just say these guys really helped me out a lot ! I m a single parent and was really tight on funds, Eric and his team really showed that there are some nice people in the world! My car was so rusted i didn t think there was no saving it . they fixed my car within days of it being there, not only that they called to let me know every step they were taking, all of the obstacles they had to go through :( these guys deserve the biggest raise! And i know for a fact an even bigger blessing is coming there way! If you are having car problems please goto them you will not regret your decision. My car is working and sounding even better now! Thank you again to the team that helped work on my car and with such speed. You guys are truly appreciated

This place is a joke. They took my money and couldn t give me a simple oil change. My gasket wasn t on there and I was leaking oil. Valvoline corrected the problem. They blamed it on the new guy. I couldn t get a refund but a credit towards service. No! I want my money and won t return to Midas. Poor service.

I spent over $1800 to have AC at the Murfreesboro Pike location. What they didn t tell me is that my car was gonna run hot because the coolant was mixing with the engine oil. As professionals when they looked at my car they should ve suggested not having the service done because it was a waste of my money and their time. I ve contacted corporate and of course, no reply. My advice is to stay away!!!!

Seriously needed new tires for my car and they had no tires the size in stock for my car...,BUT !!!!, they recommended another tire shop and that was a win win for me

Usually when I go it is really good. This time not so much. They said 1.5 hour wait more like 2.5 hour wait. I had to ask at the 1.5 hour mark, they kept putting in other cars. The bathrooms where just NASTY and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I went in for a regular oil change the guy at the counter kept mentioning higher price oil change. I am used to seeing Junior when I go in... not so anymore. Looking for a new place to get my oil changed.

Can t trust the mechanics. Went to have a squeak fixed and it was said that it was my Lower Control arm. I was quoted $3000 for that and new tires. After the repair the squeak was still there. The mechanic said Oh it s the upper control arm and that it d be $1000+ to replace. Now I m stuck paying a $3000+ balance

All my hoses had to be replaced. The cost was more than I could do. They worked with me & got it down to what I could pay. Have not had a problem since. Excellent customer service and excellent work

The customer service and the actual services were bad. The guy who checked me wasn t listening to me at all so when I asked them to do my brakes/ rotors they never got done because I m pretty sure he didn t add it on. I also had to call because I was never notified when my truck was done. Then when picking it up the guy was on FaceTime with someone and was hardly paying attention. They re alright for a quick oil change but wouldn t go back again.Service: Oil change

I always hate having work done on my car because every place I've been always tell me I need other things done. I went here last Thursday needing my brakes replaced. They checked them and told me how much it would cost and how long it would take. My car was ready when they said and at the cost they had stated. I will definitely be back.One problem is that I attempted several times to make an appointment online but it never went through. Fortunately I got there early enough that they weren't too backed up to get me in.

I took my car into the shop, spoke with Angie and explained the issues I was experiencing. I left my car there the next day I was informed of the findings and quoted a price but also told that I might need another part but she wouldn t know for sure until the technician got inside the engine. Well, because I did not get another call prior to the call to pick up my car, I assumed there was no other issues found. I was very pleased with the work and the professionalism.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning
