These guys plugged my flat tire perfectly at an economic price and they found a patch in my tire that they fixed at no additional cost!

Great people, very skilled, fair prices, fast and reliable. No one is happy when car needs repairs as it can come headache and very costly. But when you can trust mechanic and price is fair - that brings quite relieve. Been coming down for years and intend to continue if in need. Worth checking with them to get quote. From check engine, a/c, brakes, radiator, oil change, tires used or new and much more. If it s something they don t work on, they will recommend someone honest as well.

Alert the worst experience of my life this shop did my transmission in my car and charge me $4600 the transmission is garbage the owner won't fix my car right I took back to his shop he told me to change spark plugs to put the right transmission oil on it basically to take it to the dealer he could of told me that in the beginning I trusted his word I have not driven the car ever since not even 10 miles be careful everywhere even junk yards give you warranty he said that the place he gets his transmission was the best and recommended bad bad bad business...I would not ever recommend this place to anyone.../ gracias por aserme saver I no confiar nunca en su trabajo..

I visited this shop to get my brake system repaired. I couldn't make it to my shop and this 1 was closest to me. I had already called auto zone and other places and got the price for the part which was 130. They told me exactly what I thought was wrong with the cylinder and and leak in 1 of the brake lines. He over charged for labor 420 but I needed it fixed so went with it. By the time I checked out he said the price was 589.95. They only put on 1 line but charged an extra 140 which is insane. He knew he overcharged me. I wouldn't recommend this shop due to the pricing. It only took 15 mins to put on both parts bc I stood there and watched. We spent most of the time waiting on the part to come.Service: Brakes

These are the most honest mechanics I have ever used. Fair and reasonable with excellent work ethic. I hate having my car fixed, but knowing that I have access to these mechanics makes the experience so much easier. I very highly recommend them. I have taken my prius , camry and my F-250 to them for all kinds of work and I have never been disappointed!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Sold me an 11 year old tire. Turns out that it's not even legal. Put it on backwards, in order to hide that fact. Dishonest business! Wouldn't let them work on my bicycle!

I ve been a customer of this shop for 3 years. Everything that Celso has done on my vehicle has been absolutely TOP NOTCH. The service, workmanship, price and quality here are unmatched by most shops, both big and small. I have recommended this shop to all my close friends and they ve all had similar experiences. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Celso is very knowledgeable about cars and he is great at what he does. He works fast and will have your car issue fixed in great time. He is pretty reasonable with prices. I have been using him for 4 years now and no complaints. Very good mechanic and service.

Horrible, disrespectful customer service. I called to ask about a diagnosis and repair. They said I could come in. I asked how much that would cost, and was given an answer. But then they hung up before I could respond. I drove there and waited outside. They were open, but no one came by, and there was no office in sight. I called again, and they said I have to get out of my car and leave the keys and they'll "take care of it". I began to say I needed to speak to someone first, but again they hung up after I barely got two words in. I called several other mechanics on the same day and never had this issue. I came here because of the good reviews. But you really should take your business elsewhere.

These guys restored my faith in humanity when they plugged a hole in my tire in about 3 minutes, then only asked for $10. I didn t have the cash so the owner/Mgr said I could just come back later to pay. I ran and got some cash to pay him only 10min later.All said, my morning commute was barely disrupted thanks to the friendly and fast service at Melendez Auto Repair.

Fair prices quoted, quick turnaround time, but horrendous mechanic work. These guys just bang stuff out. They don't care if it's done right, they don't care if it's safe, they just want to take your money.I couldn't believe what they had jimmy rigged on my vehicle when I got it back. No phone call, no explanation, just thrown together in the worst kind of way. It was like they had never worked on a car before and decided to 'just give it a go'.

Thankful for the times it all worked out there and it was affordable when it was. However, make sure you get a receipt from the shop as well as any parts you buy on your own. It is an usual way of doing things there; just be prepared to possibly have to pay for two rounds of service. But the good news is we discovered that Auto Zone will allow you to file a claim with them, if they give you a part that isn't perfect for the repair and it has to be redone by the shop. For some reason Melendez must not check for those things before the repair is actually done. Interesting way of business but that is his choice, and we can respect that. Just do your due diligence b/c he expects you too! : ) : ) : )

Thank You! I was stuck in a turning lane on Nolensville rd. Friday when my car died and would not start. What a nightmare! One call to Melendez Auto and they sent a reasonably priced tow truck and my car was in the shop in no time. He gave me an upfront quote after he ran a diagnostic and 3 hours the job was done. I was at work anticipating a late afternoon pick up, but was so pleasantly surprised when I recieved the call to pick up my car!!! If you are looking for an extremely honest, speedy , really good and reasonably priced Auto shop for major or minor car repairs this IS the place!!!!

I've been going to Nashville auto sales and repair for four years now and I think that they have the best service ever. The best employees and I promise that you will leave satisfied everytime. The will take care of your car and make sure that you get what you want for the best price in town.I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get thier car fixed for a really good price and a great job done on their vehicle. with a excellent customer service.

Without question he is the best mechanic I have ever known...by far! Honest, fair, and fast. Problems thoroughly solved. Don't go anywhere else for your car repairs regardless of what you drive.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I drove in off the street they took care of me right away, offered a ride for me to go to a friends near by while I waited and it was a friendly and affordable environment.

After the work was completed, they called with a price. When I went to pick up my car they charged me $50 more than what they had said with no explanation given for the difference.

I got a pre purchase inspection done here and everything seemed acceptable. Obviously, I won't know how well the inspection was unless I do or don't break down

Evitar negocios..Terribly unprofessional shop. Will have you pay for repairs that has nothing to do with the diagnostic he ran.
